Near Shenglimem Metro station. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Nicely decorated lobby. Recommended.

This is a modern and clean hotel. Rooms provide smart devices to control TV and AC, there are also earplugs and slippers for guests to use. There is free laundry and a small gym too. Breakfast is average but it is free.

Nice hotel. The night shift staff was wonderful(Made every attempt to communicate in English)
The room was very comfortable with all the amenities. They had wireless charging available and the room is controlled by an iPad like device.
Located just 5 mins walking distance from exit 1 of shenglimen(胜利门)-line 1 (1 stop from Wuxi railway station)
The breakfast was nice with balance choices in Chinese and western food.

I must say that I am truly impressed with this hotel. The price was excellent. The service was really fantastic. The manager even walked me to my room and helped me get the Wifi all set etc. What a nice staff. They always made sure I had tons of water and coffee. I was invited to a nice breakfast and they really look great care of me here. The location is nice with plenty of things around. The bed was really great and I slept a much needed 10.5 hours. The earplugs were a really nice touch but the floor I was on was quiet and the city pleasant. Great shower, sink etc. The guest laundry was really helpful. I took advantage, and had a workout in the hotel gym while my clothes were washing. I must say that this hotel has thought of everything. I would definitely stay here again.
