First time staying at Doubletree. Cleanliness as expected from Hilton group. Breakfast spread is sufficient but not exceptional. Will recommend for short stay.

位置：距離火車站很近，大概1公里左右 打車一個起步價。 公區：大堂敞亮，電梯速度挺快得。 房間：房間面積不是很大，預訂得時候特意備註高區，安靜得房間，酒店前台安排到位。房間智能馬桶，床品舒適。 早餐：早餐正如網評所説，品種選擇性較少，除了麪檔得混沌和麪可以吃吃，其他沒什麼可選擇得。 服務：酒店前台服務熱情，有問題也及時響應。 性價比不錯得酒店，下次入住還是會選擇得。

春節小夥伴集體出遊，今年選擇了無錫。春晚分會場，南長街，惠山古鎮人多得把大夥嚇住了。最後果斷放棄了黿頭渚，適逢一天下雨，真的就徹底泡酒店，也不浪費，能足夠體驗酒店的下午茶，行政禮遇。大夥兒對我定的酒店非常滿意，體驗感很棒！春節1598的3天2晚，行政房包含兩早，兩天行政酒廊下午茶，晚餐，性價比太槓槓了！ 設施：酒店位於地鐵口，春節景區停車不方便，我們選擇地鐵出行，才一元車費，給無錫政府點贊👍🏻離惠山，南長街，黿頭渚景區都10公里左右，還算便捷。1公里有個海岸城購物中心，用餐方便。酒店的房間很大，又有浴缸，雙床房，床可拼，對我們二胎家庭非常友好。行政房36，樓層高，不過旁邊都是高樓，景色別期待😂 衞生：房間打掃得挺乾淨，整個房間我們非常滿意的！健身房在41樓，視野開闊，游泳池天冷人少，不過旁邊有兩個娃娃玩的小水池，水温挺高，娃娃們玩的很歡樂！ 服務：不管前台，早餐，行政酒廊，這個酒店的服務，我覺着還是用心了，每個工作人員都非常熱情！早餐非常豐富，有娃娃們喜歡的無錫小籠，麪包水果品質也非常棒👍🏻行政酒廊下午2點多開始了，下雨天，我們坐在會議室聊聊天，喝喝咖啡☕，吃點下午茶，非常愜意度過兩個愉快的下午。晚餐5點半開始，有麪條，炒飯，蔬菜，雞塊等，吃飽足矣。非常感謝酒店，早餐，行政酒廊都免費給了我們娃娃們待遇！年初三，家中小寶生日，酒店送了一個可愛小蛋糕🧁！大概唯一遺憾就是這沒有個小童樂園😂 此行非常愉悦，有機會再打卡體驗！

We stayed in a 2 bedroom serviced apartment and were pleasantly surprised by the facilities in the room, especially the appliances. The beds were comfortable and it was a great space. The buffet breakfast was well-presented and tasted pleasing however I would have like latte as an option and it would be good to have children’s crockery and cutlery as this was missing as well as regular spoons which made eating cereal and yoghurt a little inconvenient. These small additions would definitely improve the experience. The children’s play area was great for our 3 year old to have fun for an hour or so too, as well as the swimming pool. We did have to pay to park our car but it wasn’t expensive. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay here. Excellent bed, bath tub, swimming pool etc. The hotel is a little old and is tough to spot at first but I loved it here. It was nice and quiet, easy check in etc. Tons of things around, I recommend the ”#65 coffee shop” up the street. The pool was good. The changing room in the pool was a bit old but it didn't affect me. Nice gym. Staff were all very pleasant, easy to get deliveries etc. Would definitely stay again. Excellent for the price especially.

I would recommend the hotel for other foreign travellers. I appreciated very much, that even some people of the breakfast staff spoke English. Makes it much easier for guests, which cannot speak Mandarin. Everything else also on a very good standard.
