Hotel di Zon Taman Perindustrian, Wuxi

I don't know why, but the room was upgraded as it's different from what i was shown. It's spacious, cosy and the bird eye view was spectacular. The room has a huge TV soft and comfy queen bed, jacuzzi, separate toilet and bathroom. What was even cooler was the robot that delivered our water when we requested for extra bottles. Breakfast was continental and yummy! I really would love to relive the experience in the nearest future.

That was the second time I had stayed at this hotel purely due to its magnificence. I booked a deluxe room and it was perfectly furnished with wood that gave it a scent of retro style unlike many modern and hi-tech hotels. And the lobby of the hotel is another thing worth coming for, it is a pure pleasure and lustre, everything is made down to the smallest detail. The only thing that I was disappointed in was a lack of decent sauna and hammam. There was a sauna but it was tiny - just around 1 by 1 square meters and you had to turn it on and wait for it to warm up, and the hammam, which was just as tiny, didn't work at all. The swimming pool was normal, but there was no jacuzzi section (there was a small separate pool that was supposed to be with warm water, but in fact it was quite cool. Other than that, the breakfast food range was excellent (although not much Western food). I would definitely recommend this hotel for a one or two day stay.

酒店即古鎮，古鎮即酒店，非常滿意的體驗。還沒有入住，貼心的服務就開始了，管家馮鈺楷周到的提醒很温馨。還親自到停車場來接我們，幫着提箱拎包，服務很到位。我們訂的是雅緻雙卧套房，上下二層還有會客廳，房間的衞浴設施是高端精緻的，洗浴用品都是寶格麗的，看得出店家的精心和高品質。餐食很精緻，尤其是現磨咖啡純正，是好的咖啡豆，值得點贊。古鎮環境幽靜，可以拍出很多好照片。總之，下次還會來。

這間酒店的房間很舒適。冷氣和暖氣都很足。衞生間也乾淨。我今年住了好幾次了。最讓我感動的是總枱的服務。今天離店時錢包落在總枱了。我人已經到蘇州了。總枱的工作人員見沒人來拿不厭其煩的看監控最終找到了我！我非常感動。以後來無錫還住你家店。感謝店長和全體工作人員！

We were SO happy with the service here. They took AMAZING care of us and gave us first class treatment all the way. The room was super clean and super nice. The pool was wonderful. I lost one of my favorite earrings somewhere and they sent out a search party and found it. We are likely to frequent this hotel. I highly recommend it.

今年過年我們與往年不同，我們選擇了在酒店式公寓過年。我們一行老少三代7人，定了一個雙房套房和一個標準間。客廳寬敞明亮，廚房設施齊全。大家可以聚在一起喝茶聊天，又可以一起動手做一些自己愛吃的菜餚，輕鬆又自由。酒店服務也非常到位，提出的要求快速響應，特別是前台的小汪，服務主動親切周到。本來預訂四天三晚的計劃，同行的家人們也都非常滿意，果斷又延長了三天兩晚，我們下次還會再來的。

一直很喜歡英迪格的設計理念，房間裏用了太湖和拱橋元素，全木質裝飾傢俱營造出別具一格的風雅空間。 設施：房內設施依舊完備，浴缸、空氣凈化器、戴森吹風機、小童洗漱用品一應俱全。房間空間沒有我想象中的大，衞生間區域較大。提前備註了有2歲寶寶同行，還準備了嬰兒床和小被子。嬰兒床還是kids的，能感受到酒店對於親子家庭的用心。 服務：酒店員工服務熱情周到，能夠及時響應客人的需求。入住前就有管家提前對接，感謝Katherine和Gloria服務很周到，我先生隨口提到一句酒店開業時間不長房間傢俱還是有點味道，很貼心送來香薰大大的改善了入住體驗。 環境：酒店位置在無錫濱湖區屬於新區，周邊較冷清，好在無錫不大 開車十五分鐘基本能抵達商圈。 訂房間送的啤酒券距離5公里…這個有點無語 開車怎麼去？建議可以換一些更實在的體驗券 這種沒啥意義。 關於游泳也不方便，英迪格是户外泳池冬天關閉了…需要游泳就得去隔壁洲際的室內泳池，但需要外面走或者走車庫穿過去，這點對於低幼小童家庭來説不太友好，建議泳池可以標一下室外泳池具天氣因素開放 這樣方便客户選擇。 餐食方面，英迪格只有早餐且品類也不是很多，就餐時間到10點半，但如果你沒吃完收餐後還可以點！這點又能體現服務真的很不錯。別的時段如需酒店用餐又需要前往洲際😅 總體而言，入住體驗還是很不錯的，小姐姐還給升級了房間，可以看到無錫的夕陽很美。

這次出行入住的酒店真的太驚艷了！從預訂到退房，每一個環節都讓我感受到了家一般的温暖。 每次訂房間，Sarah都會提前幫我安排得妥妥當當，充分考慮我的需求，給我提供最合適的房型。辦理入住時，Anna熱情又高效，很快就幫我完成了手續，還細心地介紹酒店的各項設施和服務。退房的時候，Sarah依舊耐心周到，不僅快速處理好了退**宜，還貼心詢問我入住體驗，這種對細節的關注和服務的熱情真的很難得。 酒店的早餐也值得一提，種類豐富多樣，從健康的穀物、新鮮的水果，到美味的熱食，每一樣都品質上乘，滿足了我這個挑剔的胃。 這次的入住體驗堪稱完美，感謝Sarah、Anna和酒店全體工作人員，期待下次還能入住！

在那個位置感覺是性價比最高的了，前台服務人員也很熱情，美女唐軍更是辦事周到，早餐符合商旅的標準，還有小餛燉和麪，唯一的遺憾是網速略慢。
