Hotel berhampiran Wanghumen, Wuxi

Roucase Boutique hotel offers a great value for money! You get a 5-star environment, amazing swimming pool, caring and hospitable staff and a spacious comfortable room for the price that is twice lower than other 5-star hotel options in China. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel for two days. Very good coffee and fresh juices at breakfast were a great plus! We were very grateful to the hotel staff for helping us with all our requests and will be happy to come again!

The hotel is near to the metro with lot of small food stalls. Extremely convenient location to travel to multiple attractions. The family connecting room are very big.

Very clean place and snack right in the city of WuXi. It’s in a High rise commercial building. Like a mix development of condo. Beside it is the shopping mall. I was given level 40 giving me an eye level view of the city. The best thing is you can see sunrise when you wake up (see picture). Seeing sunrise while enjoying your coffee. Very high tech room, no cards for door, you are given pin. don’t need to worry about losing the room card. Overall I think this is very good for travellers of all type. Unless you are looking for 5 star hotel kind of service level. If not this is very good. One disadvantage is, there is only 4 lift serving so many floors or unit, if one of the lift breaks down then the waiting time for life can be long. Things to note: There is no signboard of this apartment shown at the building, you just alight at the building beside Sanyang plaza shopping centre and walk in the commercial tall building and go to level 29. That’s the check in location

10月8號去無錫南長街遊玩，在攜程上定了這家酒店，位置到南長街很近，吃逛都很方便。店內服務人員都很熱情，還幫我升級了房間，小哥哥直接送我們到房間，還一一介紹了房間的使用情況。房間很乾凈整潔舒適，落地窗很大，在沙發🛋️上坐着喝喝茶🍵，看看窗外風景很愜意😌，小冰箱還幫客人準備了飲料哦。第二天我去了拈花灣還介紹其他遊客準備10號去南長街玩，我直接推薦她住在這家漫心府。我下次再去無錫也還會訂這家酒店。

I really loved the hotel. Everything from the helpful and friendly front desk staff to the room were perfect. Breakfast is reach and there weren’t many people so I could enjoy the meal in calm atmosphere. The smell in the lobby is the other thing, so nice, smells like a real vacation :) they even gave me a gift upon check-in. Good location: not far from the train station, not far from the pedestrian street. I would totally recommend it to my friends to stay. They even called me to notice about the breakfast busy hours and recommended me better time to come for breakfast. That’s was really nice.

The location of Hotel Usuites was ideal, as it allowed for easy access to various attractions, restaurants, and shops. Whether I wanted to explore the city's vibrant nightlife or discover its cultural treasures, I found myself conveniently situated to do so. All in all, my extended stay at Hotel Usuites was nothing short of exceptional. The stunning view, impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and prime location combined to create a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. Good service by the hotel once I arrived the hotel someone help me to open the door and someone help me with the luggages until my room. That service staff is an elderly which I truly respected him for hold on this job responsibility. Check in procedure is fuss free as well. Kudos to all the staff there. We get to see a lot of fireworks from our room

Old oriental style hotel witha rich history. Look majestic and grand on the outside. (Interior of hotel in many nooks n corners are poorly maintained) Room service is superb. Super comfortable n firm bed. Located right within 太湖 (taihu lake) so you can jog/walk around the beautiful lake and giant ferris wheel in the morning and take in the fresh air. With outdoor pool n gym. Hotel food is mainly big fancy chinese restaurants n buffet. No casual dining . No western selection except the high tea cafe which serves some sandwiches and pasta. Hotel can organise ferry trip to turtlehead island

I don't know why, but the room was upgraded as it's different from what i was shown. It's spacious, cosy and the bird eye view was spectacular. The room has a huge TV soft and comfy queen bed, jacuzzi, separate toilet and bathroom. What was even cooler was the robot that delivered our water when we requested for extra bottles. Breakfast was continental and yummy! I really would love to relive the experience in the nearest future.

老牌五星酒店，非常大，有自己的花園，地上地下都有停車位。酒店離太湖還有點距離，無法直接到太湖邊上遛彎。很多在酒店辦婚禮和生日宴的，初來時感覺亂亂的印象不是很好。定的西樓，是老的那棟，房間是套房，有兩個廁所，很寬敞。早餐很豐盛，有無錫小籠包和糖醋排骨。最驚喜的是在房間可以看到十一的煙花，免費在沙發上看了場煙花盛宴，角度很正，房間在8層高度也很好，買票的話要280一張。酒店裡有小鴨子，鸚鵡，孔雀。小童設施很小，活動也不算多，和三亞的五星酒店比有些差距。成人泳池水深1.4，有個小小童戲水池。
