是麗楓剛開業不久的新酒店，開了六個小時車，抱着舒適乾淨新的心情去預訂準備好好睡一覺，結果，兩個枕頭有好幾衹不明黑小蟲子，房間電話也打不了，攜程打了四次電話沒人接。但是有一説一，房間格局挺不錯，廁所也很大，乾濕分離，但是淋浴噴頭個人覺得不是很舒服！！回到重點，説到蟲子這個事情，過後退房去前台溝通了這個問題，希望你們酒店能處理好，結果，她説送我一套洗護，讓我消消氣，作為品牌酒店，出現蟲子不是小事吧？就這麼潦草處理問題？服務態度讓我覺得很不滿意，好像在指責我沒有及時跑到一樓大廳去換房間，甚至還跟我説昨天剛消殺完蟲子，最讓我覺得無法接受的是，整件事搞得好像是我有問題一樣，我想請問，消殺完還有蟲子，是不是應該重視一下消殺部門的工作？真的，對麗楓酒店最失望的一次，也是我住酒店以來沒遇到的情況，本人不給酒店差評，給這件事的處理方式結果給嚴重差評！！！！！！太不可理喻了，換做你們自己是消費者，又會怎樣，可否換位思考？？
