We really loved this hotel!
We got a room upgrade when we arrived and stayed in the suite. The view out the window is amazing!!
The staff is really friendly and the hotel is located well, you can get to lots of sights with the metro line 2!
The breakfast is perfect for the price!
We were very happy and will definetly come here again, when we are in Xi'an again.

This hotel is in a pretty good location. The room we were in had very bad lighting and it was pretty dark. The themed room is nice. There was a smell in the rest room I believe it was from the drain that has a bad design. I covered it to eliminate the smell on the hot day.

I am a senior user of Ctrip for many years. This is my first review. It is really bad. Compared with the Meilihao Hotel where I stayed in Lanzhou, the house is small and the windows are small. The tatami for a child I ordered only had a mattress and no sheets! I contacted the front desk to get the sheets and made them myself. The service quality is too poor! I left my things at the hotel, so I contacted the customer service and sent them to the hotel front desk in advance because I was in a hurry! But when I went to pick them up, they didn’t deliver them. I stayed at the front desk for seven minutes before they came down. The service is not in place! The pillow is pure cotton, just like the pillow. I woke up with a stiff neck. The experience is very poor and the sound insulation is also poor! Everyone avoid thunder!!!
