Hotel berhampiran Anyuan Gate, Xi'an

前台服務態度很好，這三天碰到的幾個小姐姐都很棒，很禮貌也很熱情。辦了入住感覺很好果斷又續了一天。 酒店環境也不錯，不需要按金，還有免費停車位能省一大筆錢，西安停車費真的很貴，動不動一個小時6塊，挑了很久，離鐘樓鼓樓近的都沒有停車位，這裏一站地鐵大概，挺近的也。 屋裡很乾凈，床也很軟很舒服。酒店可以看到城樓，心情都好了。除了洗澡水一會熱一會涼，其他都很好。

First impressions were very positive. We ate dinner in the hotel, and the staff were fantastic. Couldn't do enough to make our experience wonderful. Check out wasn't as smooth, but issues were resolved, and we were able to leave.

The service was amazing. The people at the front were so kind on numerous occasions. They gave me complimentary breakfasts for one. Also, after I checked out, I decided to get a room for a couple hours before my train. They were great at speedily getting a room ready for me in only a few minutes. Lastly, the hotel is in an ideal place. It’s right across the street from the 2 line that goes to the airport and the center of town. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

I would stay in this hotel again. The room is clean, beds are very comfortable, all the room supplies are of good quality. Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is tasty. I bought it several times, every time it was enjoyable. Location is convenient, it is very close to subway station, it is close to the city wall (about 7 mins walk), it is also close to railway station (8 mins by taxi). I highly recommend this hotel for staying.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for three nights. We booked a standard room which was very affordable, and the hotel is located in the city centre, great location! There is a subway station just right next to the hotel so that’s very convenient as traffic in Xi’an is terrible! Upon check-in, a member of staff helped us and he was very friendly, he spoke English very well and that was helpful for us. Apparently the room that booked isn’t available so they upgraded us to a suite which was sweet! The room was humongous! It was very fancy, however I think the hotel is quite old, and some interior needs changing. We had a massive bed, maybe a California king bed? Very comfy bed! We had afternoon tea for two and a happy hour in the evening. (Not our favourite but it was a good deal). The gym was good too, they have some basic equipment and we were happy with it. The swimming pool was full of children so we didn’t use it, as we wanted peace and quiet. This is the most exciting part! On our final night, we got back quite late from exploring Xi’an and when we entered our room, it was pretty dark. No electricity. 🤣 I was super exhausted and I wanted to have a bath and just relax. But no can do. We had to go downstairs and update staff about the situation. We were told to wait downstairs, they gave us some water and we sat for about 15 minutes or so. And then a staff came to see us with a new set of key cards. She apologized to us for the inconvenience, like many times! We told her it wasn’t their fault but I think they really need some renovation haha (I didn’t say that to her), so she said we will be moved to a different room, from 20th floor to 28th floor. It sounded like we just got upgraded again! Haha. So we headed up to our new room, I opened the doors and wow! It was a 2-floor suite! It was amazing! I wanted to live in it haha. We were very exhausted and tired but it was a very sweet experience to have! My favourite was the bathroom as we had double sinks! (Yup that’s my thing) Overall, our stay in this hotel has been amazing. (Apart from the electricity problem) We liked the staff best, they were very helpful and kind to us. Everyone who worked in this hotel has been superb! And lastly, the manager gave us 20% discount as a compensation for the electricity incident. I would recommend this hotel to others due to its great location and incredibly helpful staff.

A friend & I stayed in a private 2-bed room with private bath. The beds and pillows were excellent, & the room cooled quickly due to good air conditioning. It was July and hot outside. The hostel has a great laundry room, including detergent and dryers! There are many young people staying here, so the environment is fun and lively, with billiards, live music, & a bar for enjoying coffee, beer, or adult beverages. The breakfast (optional) was adequate but very simple. Since Xi'an is a great foodie destination, probably most guests don't eat in the hostel. Our Chinese language skill is very low, but the front desk was helpful and patient, even though the hostel was very, very busy. Oh, the location is perfect: next to the bell tower, super-close to the metro, and a short walk to the Muslim food streets.

The hotel is located in a really convenient location for travellers. It is located between the drum tower and Bell tower.. in addition, the Huimin Street ( food street ) is behind the hotel ( 2 minutes walk). The staff at the hotel are really welcoming and kind-hearted, and help with anything you need during your stay. The front desk staff speacilly (Mrs. Lei yu) is really hospitable and kind. her kindness and welcoming face made this trip a memorable trip. The hotel rooms are hygienic and beautiful. the rooms are cleaned daily.. and the commodities ( for example, water bottels, tissue, comb, etc) are renewed every day. Although i did not use some, every time the room is cleaned, the attended puts new ones... this really reflected the staff commitment to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel has an eating area, where breakfast is provided to the guests.. the food is tasty, and both Western and chinese dishes are available. In the hotel lobby, there is a tour guide who can arrange for you to visit attractions in this beautiful city. The tour prices are cheap and the tours are really convenient. And they arranged for me an english speaking tour guide. Overall, the hotel location, hotel staff, rooms, and services are excellent.. will recommend this place for anyone who wants to come to xi'an.

Central, very convenient location from malls (for food). AC is excellent. Room is clean and quiet. Staff very willing to help. Maybe 20 meters away from （龙首村 bus stop) which has a that has a direct bus service (秦之风兵马俑直通车) to Terracota Warriors.

Location wise this is about a 7 min walk away from the nearest metro. near to the Xi an Wall (Yong Ning Men). Walkable distance to the Hui Min Food Streets and other nearby food streets and also a early morning market nearby. Hotel itself is nicely decorated, a great touch is that they offer daily supper from 10-11pm, and even afternoon tea (the barista made coffee latte was very good). Breakfast is also quite a good spread and is all the way till noon. The only gripe I had was the room I had was right at level one and right and the entrance way, thus I can hear people in and out at night an people walking along the passageway having calls. Some lights in room are malfunctioned. Do note also that the toilet/showers are transparent and can only be covered with a translucent curtain, so may be a little awkward if travelling with friends.
