Hotel berhampiran Xi'an City Wall, Xi'an

Tempah tiga malam dan hotel ini menaik taraf bilik secara percuma. Perkhidmatan bilik sangat baik, begitu juga dengan perkhidmatan di meja depan. Mereka memberi baucar percuma untuk secawan Americano di kafe lobi tingkat bawah (perlu tambah bayaran jika tukar kepada minuman lain). Pilihan sarapan pagi banyak dan hidangannya segar. Lokasi hotel juga sangat bagus (kira-kira 12 minit berjalan kaki dari SKP dan Wenchang Gate). Secara keseluruhan, bilik ini berbaloi dengan harganya.

Menginap di kawasan istana 华清池 merupakan satu keistimewaan. Anda bukan sahaja boleh menikmati akses sepanjang hari ke tempat mandian air panas, malah anda juga mendapat kemasukan tanpa had ke taman. Saya pasti akan kembali ke hotel ini sebagai tempat percutian peribadi saya, untuk menyelami masa lalu namun dengan perkhidmatan yang terbaik dan benar-benar luar biasa. Terima kasih khas kepada layanan Cikgu yang membuatkan kami rasa seperti berada di rumah sendiri. Kakitangan di restoran juga sangat membantu, terutamanya untuk alahan makanan kami. Dan kemudahan moden adalah satu kelebihan. Hotel ini benar-benar merangkumi intipati sebuah hotel 5 bintang.

I have stayed at hotels of this brand in two different locations. In overall, I like Urcove by Hyatt a lot given it's good amenities such as self-serviced laundry and in-room coffee maker. They have excellent bedding and clean linens which really gave us a good rest. The bed is huge ! In terms of services, I am rather disappointed with the front desk (米饭妹）. She is impatient and rude when we were checking in and also the next day when we were enquiring about shuttle services. The other staffs (Carl and 浩浩）were very helpful although they seems a bit ”robotic” but they tried their best which we really appreciate their efforts. Location wise, it's slightly away from all the tourists spots but easily accessible. The hotel location also gave an advantage of not being trapped in the traffics especially during weekends. Shuttle services added some convenience but provided we have a local phone number, else it's difficult to find the waiting location especially the return trip. Perhaps the hotel can sort this out in near future. To add-on, the hotel is in a shared building with other business units hence the lift takes longer to reach. No worries on the security and privacy, it's well guarded, outsiders won't be able to access the hotel levels without an access card. In all , we had a good room but there's still room for improvement in terms of services.

After two dozen-plus countries, I've learned to judge a hotel less by the room and more by the staff, because no room is ever perfect and you have to pick your battles. This place is one of the rare cases where I didn't have to sacrifice either. I was given a room I genuinely loved. The front desk even called after check-in to make sure I was happy, and I was. Around day four, a neighbor threw a party (smoking in the hallway, doors slamming, the works), and rather than make me deal with it, the staff moved me immediately to make my stay more comfortable. The second room didn't feel as good to me, and when I told the front desk I couldn't settle or sleep, they moved me a third time without any pushback. I ended up just as happy as I was in the first room, entirely because the front desk clearly cared about getting it right. A genuine shout-out to the gentleman at the front desk (not sure if he's the manager). One person, but he single-handedly turned my opinion around. There was almost always an English speaker on duty. I had exactly one bad interaction: I went down to the desk in the early evening and the woman there just said ”I don't speak English” and left me standing there. No attempt to translate on her phone, nothing. But that was a single person on a single occasion, and everyone else was great. A few honest heads-ups: The address situation is a real problem. If you use the American version of Alipay, food delivery and DiDi cannot find this place. The listed address pulls up a different location, the hotel name pulls up yet another, and on Trip.com the hotel name even changes between the English and local-language versions. I lost one food delivery entirely and nearly lost a second (the front desk walked me over to another part of the building to help find it). I started attaching a photo with an arrow pointing to the entrance every time I ordered. Reception is on the fourth floor and the entrance is genuinely hard to find. It took me 30 minutes my first day, so I'm amazed any driver located me at all. The beds are firm, the hardest I've slept on in China and very American in feel. If you like a softer mattress, know that going in. It's fine, just not plush. The water gets hotter than any hotel I've stayed at, and you can fill the tub completely for a proper soak after a 25,000-step day. I only wish they provided Epsom salt, though almost no hotel does. Bring your own razors and conditioner. Other hotels included razors in the bathroom kit; this one doesn't. I'll be back in the area, and I'll be staying here again for a significantly longer stretch. When I do, I'll be requesting either my first or third room, because both were perfect.

We rent a total 5 rooms 5 night total of 10 people trip. The front desk has provided an excellent job and very good in keeping up in touch with us before, during and during emergency time. Good communication and gave us a free shuttle ride from the airport to the hotel. Due to the flight cancel, the front desk also helps us to rebook anothet of stay. Helping us to send a parcel. One of my friend forgot his very valueble item in the room. By the time my friend realised this. He already 100 miiles away from the hotel. We called the front desk. And the front desk helped us by live video communication and searching thru out the room. And found the item. 100% and i will recommend this hotel. Good worker Very clean room, toilet very clean

設施：酒店設施很好，古色古香，該有的都有。 衞生：衞生條件很好，阿姨打掃非常及時，房間很乾凈，在入住前會做無煙處理。 環境：交通很方便，離地鐵口三四分鐘的路程，房間很安靜。 服務：重點誇一下前台和各位服務人員，前台態度非常好，主動提供免費升房及各種歡迎服務。服務意識非常到位，有什麼要求都會滿足。 總之住的很開心，感謝各位酒店工作人員。

We had a great stay at this hotel. Special thanks to Ivy at reception for the smooth check-in and check-out. The staff were very thoughtful — they even lent us contact lens solution when we asked where to buy one. We also received complimentary magnets and a free room upgrade. The rooms were big, spacious, and comfortable. It’s about 10mins walk to the Great Mosque, Bell Tower and Muslim street. One tip: be careful when selecting the hotel on DiDi, as there is another hotel with the same name nearby. Our taxi brought us to the wrong hotel twice. I guess difference in the translation

Cons: - Service was unprofessional. During check in on the first day, the front desk staff seemed clueless as to what he was supposed to do — he asked for our name (which was in English as we made the booking on Trip.com) and did not seem to be able to find our booking. Following this, he did not seem to know how to solve the problem and neither did he take the initiative to ask us for our passport. I had to offer our passport to him to help him find our booking. - After checking us in, the front desk staff did not provide any details as to where the restaurant was (as our package was inclusive of breakfast). Neither did he provide details as to where the washing machine and gym rooms were until we asked for these details. No instructions were given for connecting to the hotel WiFi, and we had to thereafter ask the staff for help with the connection as foreigners were unable to connect to the WiFi via the usual methods. - On the second day of our stay, we received a call from the front desk, who said that they were calling to verify our booking, as they were facing a shortage of rooms. This threw us off as it seemed that the hotel did not do their job of checking us in properly and the staff were not familiar with their own front desk or hotel procedures. Further, the staff made it sound as if we should bear the brunt of the consequences for this error and that we would have to move out given that they did not check us in properly and were facing a shortage of rooms. We had to emphasise again that our booking was confirmed on Trip.com. - One of the front desk staff who was on the night shift was also inattentive, rude and unprofessional. She was using her phone when we informed her that our room needed to be cleaned for the day, and subsequently did not seem to make a note of what we had told her. She merely gave us a dismissive “ok” and went back to using her phone. - The hallways would often have a strong cigarette smell even though we had requested for a non-smoking floor - As previous reviews had highlighted, the shower’s heating system would fluctuate between being hot and cold all of a sudden, which made it easy for users to fall sick especially in winter or be at risk of being scalded by the shower system. It would be good for the hotel to look into this, especially since this has not been fixed since the issue was surfaced in previous reviews - Location-wise there was a bus stop within 5 minutes walking distance, and lots of neighbourhood eateries nearby. However, the metro was rather far (about a 15 minute walk), unlike what is represented on the hotel’s Trip.com page. For those who would like to stay closer to the attractions such as the Bell and Drum tower and shopping malls, this location might be less ideal depending on preference. - One of the cleaning staff who cleaned our room on 27 December 2025 did not clean our room despite being reminded to do so, and when she eventually came, she did a slipshod job — she failed to refill the vanity kit, and while tidying the study desk, knocked over our boxes and bottles and did not even attempt to reorganise our items properly after leaving them in such a state. Pros: - Cleanliness was excellent and must be commended. The room, bedsheets, towels and amenities were always clean and spotless every day, which made this a pleasant and comfortable stay. - Most of the staff responsible for tidying our rooms were all extremely friendly and diligent, and was truly the highlight of our stay. They were also generous if we needed to request for more bottles of water or tissues. We had a pleasant experience with most of the cleaning staff, with the exception of one of them as mentioned above. - Hotel is very high-tech, with smart controls installed in the room which made it very convenient to access the lights, TV and air conditioning - Facilities including the hairdryer were very new and cleano

Good hotel! Very good location, and easy to find! The room is good, in shower and toilet is very clear! But in the floor in room vas a little bit dirty. But anyway room is good, and bed is soft. Just I couldn’t close the window and was a little bit cold in night

我們是五個大老爺們入住，住得非常舒服，這個就是在小區裏的民宿，裝修很好，周圍安靜，設施齊全，地暖很暖和，開着窗户都不冷，新風空調啥的都沒毛病，小區管理很嚴，周圍就是萬達和兩條小吃街！吃的應有盡有，不過在房間吃太舒服了，有兩天晚上我們都故意打包回來吃的，吃完打麻將打撲克…都不想出去玩了；周圍交通很方便，走幾步就是地鐵站；有兩間卧室是一個小套房，一間帶獨衞，還有兩間用一個衞生間，三個衞生間確實足夠用了總之，大平層住着真舒服啊
