説實話住之前沒抱太大希望，畢竟酒店所在樓的外立面看着有些陳舊，但實際上房間佈置很高級，十分的整潔衞生（在外住酒店最擔心的就是衞生條件），樓下就是饕界，據説是韓國人自己的美食城，隔音也很好，據説都住滿了，但在房間的時候沒有聽到一點吵鬧，對了酒店還能洗衣服，有洗衣液柔順劑消毒液挺齊全的，而且配的竟然是小罐裝的（這點超級好評）下次還來住

Excellent hotel from the breakfast to the friendliness of the staff. The toiletries provided was of very high quality and smelled amazing. The staff were always accommodating at breakfast and there a great spread of Western and Chinese food. The hotel offered a free laundry service which was so convenient for us. The hotel is close to bus stops for public transport. The only downside was the fact that the room floor was not cleaned daily, otherwise this we had a great stay and will book again if we come to Xi’an.

I can fully recommend the stay at Mr. Wu‘s Hotel. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The check-in and check-out was very easy. Even though they might not be fluent in English, I never had a problem communicating with them. We always used a translation app and we understood each other with ease. They even walked with me to the next convinient store around the corner to make sure I definitely found it. The room is very spacious with a big, comfortable bed and different pillows to chose from as well as a small bar to cook tea and enjoy a snack. It‘s very clean. Every day they come in, remove the trash, make the bed and clean everything as well as refill the water bottle which are for free during your stay. The location of hotel was perfect for me with lots of restaurants around and the merto station(line 3 and 6) just a short walk away. You can very easily go to the city centre and all the sights by metro. The Big Wild Goose Pagoda for example is just a couple stops away with line 3. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices - something for every taste. It‘s mostly chinese dishes but also with western options e.g. toast, jam, cereal. Fruit is also available. It is really delicious! To sum it up: If you want to enjoy Xi‘an and want to stay in an awesome hotel, this is the one to pick! It is a beautiful new hotel with stylish finishing touches. The room was small and was allocated to me, was overlooking a busy road close to the traffic lights at a major intersection. I could not tolerate the blaring of car hooters and the noise of vehicles driving up and down the road. I became very worried as to how I would fall asleep but decided to request for a different room. There was no issue to move to a different room. To my disappointment, the pillows had a bad smell, almost like a drain smell. I was so confused and did not know whether the smell was from behind the bed or whether it was the actual pillows. The only way out was to keep my nose away from the pillow. I did not want to report more issues to reception and decided to leave it since I was only there for one night. My friend on the other hand, had a stunning room with zero issues. Our rooms were right opposite each other but I guess I was just unlucky. The breakfast did not have a variety of Western food and there was very little to choose from. The hotel itself is classy.

Absolute perfection, the hotel is a stand-Jo alone buidling without mixing with other hotels which makes it safer. check in process was smooth as well. 2 mins walk to the nearest station, close to the city wall, bicycles are just outisde. Their service are good and 24 hrs responsive. There are convenience stores next to the hotel and food stalls within walking distance. Room chosen was upgraded automatically for us. Even tho the view from the room not able to see city wall very well, but the windows are big with good lighting into the room. No complains there. AI smart function useful as well. Room clean and modern. Will come here again and recommend friends/international travellers here.
