Ulasan Le Méridien Xi'an Chanba

If you want an awesome view and beautiful photos, this is a place for you. Very comfy room, spacious, soft bed, western design, details as soaps, or colors they use, it's a proper European feeling. Same goes for a breakfast, you can still choose Chinese stuff, but we enjoyed Western options ( special accent on cheese in olive oil and little focaccias). Very pleasant and helpful stuff in a dinning room. Also Igor, at a reception desk, who was more than kind and helpful with some requirements we had. And yes, English speaking reception desk with a foreign stuff, same as in a dinning room, THAT was a dramatic change after experiences we usually have in China. A hotel is not a brand new, but somebody really invested in a design and rethink how things should work here. Not close to shops, you will have to walk for about 2km if you want something. Or just order delivery, or a cab. It doesn't feel as Xi'an, at least not Gaoxin where we live. All together, our staycation was great, we would go there again.

Very nice hotel, clean and well looked after. During the evening it is nice to sit outside the breakfast area and have food and drinks infront of the Le meridien sign which leads down to the water front walk. Great views all round and friendly staff. (Shout out to Igor!)

Lovely location overlooking the river. The entrance road is pretty, about 1km drive. Room was clean, nice layout, with a fantastic view of the river. Breakfast was standard. Used the sauna, steam room, both clean and comfortable environment. The pool was a little small but not a major issue. Staff were friendly and most spoke some level of English.

Terrible. The toilet smells like public bathroom. At 10:50 pm there is no place to buy a cola, I went to the lounge on the 30th floor to buy one. They turned me down said my room doesn't have the privilege must go to the reception to buy access. The reception said I must pay 200 rmb extra to access the lounge. It's the only way to buy a cola or soda water in this hotel. Very unfriendly stuff.

It was amazing stay. The location and view are awesome. Clean room, delicious breakfast, nice swimming pool. I also liked gym area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the team of Le Meridien

It is very new and comfortable.

Honestly, it was a waste of money and time, The check in wasn't easy no one guides us where to go, they didn't help me to carry my luggage even I have a baby. Besides, Some utilities don't work, And you can hear noises from the other room. The swimming pool was crowded and no place to relax, a lot of people from outside the hotel, we really couldn't enjoy swimming. Few seats in the swimming pool, they're all occupied, However, the most awkward thing happened to me, They refused me to access to the bar lounge, they said that I didn't reserve earlier, which is kind of weird the place was empty, no customers there. One last thing the view from the room was great, and the pool's staff were kind.

之前來過艾美，這次又選擇了這裏！環境依舊絕美，這次來發現了酒店為了提升客户體驗，添加了機器人，大堂吧新上了很多麪包！最值得一提的是酒廊，有特色的飲品都是自調的！服務還是很到位，Yuly幫我安排了高樓層，入住期間一直找的她，告訴了我附近的餐廳和商圈！張經理給我指引了去河堤路的入口，人很nice！

房間乾淨整潔夠大，大窗户和坐枱特別吸引人，大浴缸也特別招孩子喜歡，洗澡不洗澡都想進去躺一躺，窗户正對着外面的灞河，風景很美。早餐，下午茶還有晚餐都很棒，拍照也很出片，晚上週邊騎騎車，很愜意。泳池也很贊，乾淨，衞生，還提供飲用水。

設施：很贊 衞生：蠻好 環境：很棒，可以沿河看到日出🌄日落🌇，美極了 服務：十分感謝前台所有為我們服務的小朋友，Verna 小馮，Alsa 小李，還有 Gavin,Jack 等等，從辦入住到介紹酒店，送我們回房間，都很熱情，服務都很贊
