Nice & very clean hotel ,comfortable bed and staff very helpful even They can't speak English so our communication was a bit lost sometimes. house keeper are very nice she even hang all care products /new water etc at the door room when you don't want a room cleaning . the hotel located in very center of all attractions,will definitely going back to stay here again if I visit Xi'an

The hotel is amazing. Convenient, clean and looks really new. Id come back to stay here again. However the gym advertised on the website is not yet ready.

As a foreigner who speaks no Chinese I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Communicating with them through translating apps wasn’t a problem at all. The room was perfectly clean and everything worked as it’s supposed to. The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient as many attractions and restaurants are within walking distance and there’s a metro station right in front of the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would return here anytime.

The front desk service crews have been amazing especially Miss Li Qi Nan. During my stay, she has been helpful and sharing where the local eats and how to get to places. She is always smiling and friendly. The hotel is near to exit G1 of Line 6. Housekeeping service is not consistent. One of the day they did not clean the bathroom, change the floor mat and replenish the bathroom supplies. All in all it has been a great stay.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. It was comfortable and quiet. The staff was very helpful. Even though they do not speak English with a little patience and some help with translation apps communication can be managed. For some reason my booking was confirmed to be one day before my intended date so I had to extend my stay for one night. They were helpful with resolving this issue and managed to extend my stay in a few seconds by paying through Alipay. I was even offered a breakfast coupon for my last day before checking out! The hotel placement is very good, close to everything (transportation, Huimin street, commerce, etc...). Highly recommended for foreign travelers.

A couple of minutes walk from the metro, five minutes from the bell tower. Nearby are several shopping streets with cafes and street food, shopping centers with food courts. Comfortable bed, fresh towels, clean bed linen, but required updating upon check-in; they were replaced without question. We booked a non-smoking room, but upon check-in there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the toilet. The number was replaced, but only the third one did not smell of cigarettes. There isn't much choice for breakfast, but you can fill up. There are few tables, but for two days there were no queues for breakfast. Helpful staff.

The staff over all were very friendly and helpful, they always have a smile and greet you as you come in or leave the premises. The cleaning crew did a great job of cleaning our room, especially the bathroom. The in house breafast, though they do not have a lot of selection compared to other hotels, the food was delicous and very fresh. The one staff member that stood out for us and worth a special mention is Bai Ji, He was a front desk staff on duty when we went to them for help. Bai ji, although he didn't speak very fluent English, went out of his way to help us book our train tickets to our next destination. Between my broken Mandarin, his English and google translate, we managed to book some last minute train tickets all thanks to his efforts and hard work. Thank you again Bai Ji (Ni hao pang).

The hotel is a superb world class hotel.. The hospitality is flawless with modern amenities.. Will definitely stay again in the future.. Truly recommended for families and solo tourists... Kudos to the receptionists for the 5A's services...

The hotel staff are very helpful in addressing queries and meeting my needs during my stay, such as to book transport to the airport. The check-in process was smooth and fast, despite my late check-in at midnight. The hotel is located along the main road, with easy access to various food options, bubble tea joints and malls. While it is located just a few minutes' walk away from the metro exit (line 6), do note that if taking line 2 of the metro (where some of the attractions are located at), you would have to walk a bit more.

Location very centre,staff helpful and friendly, breakfast tasty.is convenient for travellers.and will choose this hotel when next trip.

Nice hotel, perfectly situated in the Xi'an city walls for easy access to the main sites. Tasty and fresh breakfast, comfy bed.

new hotel which is very clean and comfortable. the staffs are friendly and always prepare warm water for us before going out. do take note that there’s another hotel of the same name on the opposite street.

Super convenient location with close proximity to many landmarks and easy access to public transport. Friendly and helpful staff. The room is quite spacious with basic facilities, but the phone and internet signal inside the room is not really ideal. Much appreciated the self-service laundry room too!
