Place is convenience for walking to the centre of the Wall . Room is beautiful and cleaning .

Firstly the place is not a hotel it’s something like an AirBnB. They waited until 5pm of the check in date to tell me the room I booked has been taken and they will move me to another room which is a family room upgraded.
The family room was smelly, dirty and dusty. It had cockroaches to show up the owner didn’t even prepare it for guests. They told me the next day they will give me a pet room and pay me the difference back not sure if they did yet. Originally I booked one room for two nights but since they are telling me their stories I said okay they can move me. The pet room was clean but it has no hot water from the shower. The worst experience

The location is excellent: within walking distance of the metro station and the ancient wall, the Bell Tower can be reached on foot too if you don’t mind a little stretch. The owner is super responsive via text. Price is honestly too cheap for this location. Room is clean, spacious and comfy. Multiple convenience stores just off the elevator on ground level.
The only downside is that the apartment is a little hard to find. We called the owner and he came down to take us to the room. I would recommend arriving during daytime hours for this reason. Owner is super helpful. Will definitely stay again next time I visit Xi’an.

It is close to both modern and residential facilities also near to xi'an city wall. In the room it has good facilities such as toilet, walm shower, working air conditioner and a television. The neighbourhood is filled with local food and it is close to the metro.

Great location close to the south door of Xi'an city wall
