Nice and clean hotel with comfortable bed. :) Breakfast spread was decent. laundry room is provided for guests. Great location with walking distance to main tourist area - Xi’an City Wall.

Very modern hotel with all amenities. Very clean with services. Excellent location and a view over city walls. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice for Asian or western tastes. I would definitely stay again

Good location, friendly restaurant staff. Was a little disappointed by the strong cigarette smell wafting through the corridor although I specifically requested for a non-smoking floor.
Special mention to a lady receptionist 丹？（didn't get her name) who was very kind to help me with my food delivery.

I am very impressed with the exceptional service provided by Aira at the front desk. Due to a last-minute decision to arrive in Xi'an a day earlier, we had to make four bookings for two rooms for a total of five nights. Aira kindly made special arrangements to ensure that we would not have to change rooms during our stay, which was greatly appreciated.
After spending one night in the double bed room, we realized that the bed was too small for my husband and me, as we are accustomed to a larger bed. Without any hesitation, Aira promptly assisted us in changing to a room with two single beds, as the double bed rooms were fully occupied at that time. We are truly grateful for her assistance and thoughtfulness in accommodating our needs.

This hotel is quite new but it’s not even close to the Hilton standard. The lift is super crowded even during the off peak hours you need to wait approximately 10-15mins to get on lift. There is only two lifts in each floor. No staff lift so the staffs will just take the life whenever they want…. They nvr give a way to customers.
The hotel service is also foreign unfriendly. They don’t provide taxi service. You have your call taxi by yourself, It’s very rare in branding hotels.
Gym is very small.

The location is great, close to train station, shopping malls and tourist attractions. Breakfast is not bad. The only drawback is the long waiting time of lifts during peak hours (only 2 lifts for the entire hotel)
