The room was very clean! The bedding was very comfortable! There was absolutely no smell; the bedding didn't have that strong disinfectant smell, it was fresh and comfortable.
The hotel's location is also great; all attractions are within 5 kilometers by taxi.
There's a Qiulin Company nearby, where you can try various snacks—highly recommended!

We stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel. The service was excellent, including an upgraded room and complimentary mineral water. The bespectacled front desk guy was especially friendly, a thumbs-up!
However, the room was quite small, and the sofa had stubborn stains. The trash can was awkward and grimy. The sink faucet was also a bit finicky; the temperature was difficult to control, and the water flow was too strong, easily causing splashes.
The hotel corridors smelled pleasant, the bedding was clean, and the breakfast was quite good.

I usually book All Seasons without checking reviews, believing it would be a trouble-free hotel. This time, however, I was a bit surprised. First, let me explain the unique circumstances: there was a municipal power outage, starting roughly from Wenchang Gate and extending all the way to the All Seasons. However, All Seasons couldn't immediately activate the backup power supply. The staff contacted property management, and it took about an hour before the backup power was activated, allowing guests to gradually return to their rooms. There was no hot water in the room, so my child took a cold shower and went to bed. I called several times to ask when hot water would be available, and they said it was coming soon, saying the boiler was restarting. I waited until 11:30, and then hot water came back. Then, the water was a thick, yellowish mess. I kept running it, but it remained yellow. The overhead showerhead wouldn't even release hot water. I waited until 1:30, finally unable to bear it any longer, and took a cold shower and went to bed. I woke up at 7:30 in the morning, thinking hot water would be available by then, so I took a shower. The water was still yellow (see the picture, it's visibly yellow). I went to have breakfast and check out, but the breakfast area was incredibly small and sparsely stocked. When I checked out, the elevator was broken again, so I had to lug a bunch of luggage up the stairs. It was a long, long trip, and I wonder if these unexpected events are normal. By the way, the parking lot is on the second floor below ground, but there's no elevator. You have to walk back the way you drove down. Just a heads up; if I'd known, I would have definitely avoided it. The service was consistently excellent. When I left, they gave me a generous bag of water, a fridge magnet, and other small gifts, so I give it a high score. Everything else was deducted.

However, we failed to do so, resulting in you waiting from evening until the early hours of the morning, and the water was still yellowish, and your child had to shower with cold water. This is a significant oversight in our service procedures. We have had our engineering department revise the "Standard Operating Procedures for Hot Water Supply After an Unexpected Power Outage." In the future, we will have someone monitor the boiler and check the water quality every 10 minutes. Once it meets the standards, we will notify each room immediately. We are particularly ashamed of the parking issue. We should have repeatedly reminded you of the lack of a direct elevator to the basement level, both during booking and upon arrival. Instead, you had to walk back with your luggage, and then, upon check-out, the elevator broke down, leaving you hauling a mountain of luggage up the stairs—a truly disruptive experience. We apologize for the elevator outage the previous day. We also need to address the breakfast issue. The small dining area and limited selection indicate a significant underestimation of guest flow. We have adjusted our breakfast plan: we prepare meals daily based on reservations and use the adjacent living room as a backup dining area to ensure guests don't have to crowd. You mentioned that the service maintained the same high standards as all seasons and the water and small gift you received upon departure. This is somewhat reassuring, but it also raises a sobering question: enthusiastic service cannot compensate for a lack of basic amenities. Genuine service should provide guests with peace of mind and peace of mind, not offer small apologies after problems arise. These incidents are by no means the norm, but they serve as a wake-up call. We have established a dedicated rectification team, which will spend the next week thoroughly investigating potential problems in our facilities and optimizing emergency response procedures. We will then report to headquarters every three days on progress. If you are willing to give us another chance, please contact the store manager directly the next time you visit. We will personally arrange everything and make up for this regret with practical actions. Overall, the location is easy to find, right between Wenchang Gate and Heping Gate of Xi'an City Wall. The environment is clean and elegant, and the service staff are also friendly. The only thing that needs to be improved is that the water pressure in the bathroom shower is too low. It is considered a relatively cost-effective hotel nearby.

The hotel is in a great location, right outside the city wall and close to the Forest of Steles Museum and Shuyuan Gate. Taxis are also very convenient. The staff, especially the security guard, were very friendly. I was a little disappointed not to have roujiamo for breakfast. However, the cleanliness could be improved. The hair dryer was full of dust, there were melon seed shells under the tiled cabinets, and there was even a hair in the tea box. Parking space is very expensive.

The room smelled terrible when I entered, and all the windows seemed to be blocked by trees or billboards, which made the experience unpleasant. I felt a bit oppressed. Parking was inconvenient; if you parked on the second basement level, you had to go back the same way, and the corner of the parking lot was very dangerous.

I stayed in the hotel for 6 consecutive days and didn't have breakfast for 4 days. I had asked the front desk to pack 2 breakfasts in advance, but on the second day they said the restaurant was closed. Look at the picture, this is what the packaged breakfast looks like, with the bread slices just placed there without any outer packaging. 8218 There was a bad smell when I first entered the room. The temperature inside was 15 degrees. I asked the front desk for a quilt, but they said there was none because there were so many people. They gave me an electric heater. I understand that there are so many people during the Spring Festival, but our room rate is already much more expensive, so can't the service be discounted?

Extremely satisfied. Traveling with my husband and brother, we not only managed to book a family room at a very reasonable price, but they also didn't arbitrarily raise prices for Eid al-Fitr. The house was cleaned promptly every day. The location was also excellent; every morning when we left, we were greeted by the bright and open cityscape of early spring. The toiletries are not replaced when the room is cleaned. I asked the hotel staff and they said they usually do not change them (unless requested by the customer). When the towels are used, they are found to be smelly and the cleaning items are left at the sink.
