Ulasan ELONG ETANG Hotel (Xi'an XRL North station)

Location was very good, the room is very large and we got a free room upgrade 😊. Toilets and showers were clean, and it was convenient to get a Didi from here. The heater was also well regulated.

The staff from front desk are very helpful and patient with great room service. The location is really convenient with some local food shops downstairs. There are metro station nearby which can easily reach the various tourist spots and speed train station.

The Elong Etang Hotel in Xi’an impressed us with its excellent location, just a short distance from the North Railway Station. This makes it incredibly convenient for day trips, such as visiting Huashan. The hotel is newly built, and the modern design of the rooms reflects this. We particularly appreciated the high-quality amenities, including the Japanese-style water toilet, which added a luxurious touch. The thoughtful extras, such as complimentary gifts, were a nice surprise. We especially enjoyed the water and face masks, which showed the hotel’s attention to detail and guest comfort. The service at the reception was friendly and helpful. While the staff didn’t speak English, communication through a translation app worked well and was not a major issue. One area where the hotel could improve is the breakfast. The selection was almost entirely Chinese, except for white toast, butter, jam, and coffee. While the local cuisine was fresh and authentic, a few more options catering to international guests would be appreciated to accommodate a wider range of preferences. Another downside was that, despite booking a non-smoking room, there was a faint smell of old smoke in the room. Additionally, the window insulation was not very strong, and we could hear some outside noise, which meant the need of earplugs to sleep comfortably. Despite these minor inconveniences, the hotel offers unbeatable value for money. Its modern amenities, excellent location, and reasonable pricing make it a great choice. We would happily stay here again in the future!

房間很乾凈，入住很開心，酒店地理位置優越，房間很大，有健身房，洗衣房烘乾機，掛燙機，機器人送物，很是方便，很是智能，前台服務也很熱情，帥哥姑娘都很貼心，介紹的很到位，樓下超市購物很方便，這家酒店很是推薦。。。

這是一家非常温馨和舒適的酒店，從踏進這家酒店的那一刻，我就知道做出正確的選擇，環境寧靜，設計感十足，服務也很周到，入住和退房的過程都非常簡單快捷，非常感謝酒店工作人員的熱情招待，讓我的旅程更加完美。。。

前台服務很熱情，提供行李寄存，環境非常不錯，房間小度控制，很方便，交通便利，提供打車報銷服務，設施齊全，公區很大，住着舒服，離地鐵口也就300左右，早餐也很豐富，這家酒店值得推薦。。

性價比很高的酒店，設施全新，距離西安北站衹有2公里，出酒店300米就是地鐵四號線出行超級方便，樓下一樓就是超市和小吃一條街，房間公區大，住着也舒服，早餐也合口味，前台服務也很周到，好評。

體驗超預期啦！交通特別方便，到地鐵站、高鐵站、機場都很便利，酒店是新裝修的，又新又好價格也划算，最適合旅遊和出差人士了，床上太亂沒法拍照了！

入住體驗簡直超讚！大廳氣派非凡，房間寬敞明亮且設施一應俱全，服務人員的熱情周到讓人如沐春風。每一處細節都彰顯出酒店的高品質與專業範兒。
