The room was clean and tidy, and it's super convenient as it's very close to the attractions with great public transport nearby. Definitely recommend!

Great location and service. Hotel is a little old, no refrigerator or microwave, empty drawers where I guess wine and cups used to be. Front desk on 5, really good service, large tub in a small bathroom, still worth the stay.

The hotel is pleasantly great for its price. The room is large with a great city view and comes with a large bathroom that’s a hit with my daughter. The amenities within the room are 5 stars. I can’t comment about the hotel amenities as I didn’t use them. The one problem I have with the room is that despite aligning the shower curtain perfectly, I still end up with a soaking wet bathroom floor after every shower. The hotel should seriously look into this phenomenon.

Hotel is quiet and off the beaten path. It is a bit of a walk to the pagoda and metro, but that us advertised. ******* is delivered to shelves outside the main entrance. Room is clean and bed is comfy. Carpet and amenities are dated, but overall it is a solid crash pad.

Walking distance to history museum. Over priced though considering poor quality of hardware. AC was not functioning well.

Carpets are not clean in the room, breakfast spread is very minimal compared to others that I have stayed for similar price in China. As an IHG Member I get welcome drink, I chose wine and it was served in paper glass 😀😀😀. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The service was very good and the personnel was excellent. The cleanliness should be improved.

It's a little bit far from the city centre but the subway station is near enough.

1. The toilet paper was empty after just a few sheets. 2. The carpet looked like it hadn't been washed in six months. 3. I bought a watermelon and asked for a knife at the front desk. The answer was, "Knives are dangerous goods and cannot be provided." I questioned this, saying that other hotels have knives in their rooms, so how could they be dangerous goods here? The answer was irrelevant: "The knife is blunt and not suitable for cutting watermelon." I had no choice but to use a toothpick and a key to cut the watermelon (carefully, I could see no spills). I chose "Holiday" (Crown, Holiday Inn, Express) for the duration. This experience was a disappointment!

Booked based on chain brand hotels + location. Because I stayed in Xi'an, I didn't book a room with breakfast, so I don't know how the breakfast is. The location is really good. It only takes 20 minutes to walk to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, but it's still tiring to walk there. It's also 15-20 minutes away from the nearby subway station, so it's actually best to ride a bicycle + subway. In addition, it's really close to the Shaanxi History Museum, a 10-minute walk. So the location is really good. But because of the good location, there is traffic control here during holidays, and you can't call a car. It's very embarrassing when you really want to take a taxi, because you have to walk out of the restricted area. So if you plan to stay during the holidays, you need to weigh it in advance. In addition, the room was booked as a family room with a large bed + a small bed, but when you enter the room, you can see that it was temporarily changed. A single bed was placed in the original sofa position, and the sofa was moved under the TV, so the single bed didn't even have a headboard, but was placed next to the window against the wall. It was probably because it was temporarily put together during the holiday, so it didn't feel very good. There is only one standard large bed in the family suite, and it is recommended that this can be optimized in the future. From the facilities, it is obviously an older hotel, but it is just OK. Because it is next to the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the environment is still good. Opposite is Chang'an University. The floor is high and the view is good. In this season, you don't need to turn on the air conditioner when you open the window. The only problem is that the windows don't have screens, I hope they can be added.

This Holiday Inn is very close to Shaanxi Museum and Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and has a superior location. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the overall environment and service are OK. When you finish the mineral water in the room, you can ask the front desk to give it to you for free, and the attitude is good. In addition, the breakfast is also very rich, with a variety of Shaanxi special snacks.
