Ulasan Ibis Hotel (Xi'anDaming Palace West Subway Station)

Good price, good location and good room. A noticeable negative is that the bathroom door and shower door are semi transparent. Not much privacy for the person in the washroom/shower.

There are a few Ibis in Xian. I choose Ibis Daminggong due to impressive reviews and our stay was truly enjoyable. The customer service at Ibis Daminggong is truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure their customer’s stay was comfortable and enjoyable. There was once we were late to pick up our washed laundry and the staff even helped us fold our clothes! Ibis Daminggong breakfast offers a wide array of delicious food, such as milk, coffee, fruits, desserts, cold dish, hot dish and even ShaanXi Chinese Hamburger. We enjoyed the breakfast so much! We have stayed in Ibis China, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and this is the best Ibis we have stayed in so far! We truly enjoyed our stay in Ibis Daminggong. Will definitely stay in Ibis Daminggong if come to Xi’an again.

Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was also good, buffet style.

The hotel far from subway the area do not have much restarant. The room can't keep the noisy you we hear anything from next door.

I would recommend this spot to anyone arriving late from the north train station. The breakfast exceeded my expectations and the staff are attentive and friendly. Very soft beds and clean rooms 👍🏻

This is an excellent place to stay, our apt was being painted so we needed a place for a week, the hotel staff allowed us to checkin early and were so helpful throughout our stay, would definitely stay again.

It's a hotel you can find anywhere in the world, but it was very comfortable. The room was clean, there was a free washer and dryer, and breakfast was included (it was just as tasty). They also looked after my luggage, and it was easy to order Uber Eats.

I was planning to stay for 3 nights but left immediately the next morning. I couldn’t bear to stay one more second in that room. Firstly, the room has a really bad odor. I thought it was just my room, but then I was told most of the rooms have that odor due to the material they used in the room. To me, the smell is excruciating. Secondly, my room window faces the south, hence it’s getting morning and afternoon sun (it was really sunny). I turned on the AC, but there was no cold air. In the morning at 9 a.m., the temperature was 28 °C (as shown here), and it was very uncomfortable the whole night. They told me they have shut off the AC main unit preparing for the cold season, so I guess those who stay in the rooms with the sun shining through would just have to bear the uncomfortable, warm stuffiness of the rooms. Lastly, the gym is opened very late in the morning, at 10 a.m. (just because they have breakfast on the same floor; the logic didn’t make sense to me)! I have traveled in Asia for almost two years, and this is the first hotel I have encountered where the gym opened so late in the morning. Basically, it’s a bad decision to pick this hotel. I trusted the brand; guess I was wrong. I will definitely think twice before I choose “ibis” again.

A very clean room and near to the metro station. Staffs are friendly to the customer. Recommended to book this hotel.
