The room was very nice, quiet, and had everything we needed. The location was quite a long way from a lot of the attraction. It was over 30 minutes walk from the city walls, which was quite a long walk in the heat. Other than the location, everything was good. Free laundry facilities included!

Cannot praise this hotel too highly. Staff efficient and friendly. Food excellent and moderately priced. Within easy reach of several major attractions and not too far from city centre

Was clean and tidy. Breakfast was adequate and plentiful. The front desk assistants were very helpful. Location was great.

That carpet in the main floor smells very bad and dirty

The room is big but no soundproof, trolley and machines/elevator run all night. I got room#8602 with window but it's just another unused space with another door to pathway, feel uncomfortable/unsafe. Smoke smell from neighbor room can get through room easier. Room floor need to be more clean, toilet floor is so slippery. Reception can't speak English but has good service to try communication.

I only stayed in the hotel for a night and I am impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the facilities. However, they should have a system when it comes to serving their buffet breakfast. There should be someone assisting the guests when it comes to food or other concerns. But overall, it was a great stay!

Bang for the bucks, close to the bus station and able to get to everywhere! Love it! Also its very clean, which I like very much ahah

Hotel is located 5 minutes from many eateries and restaurants. Check In was easy. Staff had no communication issue using translated though they don't speak English. Surprisingly good breakfast and all staff from reception, restaurant, to manager were very nice. Service and respecting guests was better than western hotels in USA, Europe and other parts of Asia. Room is huge, clean, and well equipped.

This is the worst Ibis that I ever stayed in my life. The worst part was the smell or it was smelling like cigarettes or an awful smell of garlic. It was also not super clean, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was also a disaster with food all over the floor and no one cleaning it.To be honest I don't recommend staying here....

Room is big, bed is comfortable, small breakfast but has some options ok, the big problem is the smell of cigarette in most of the areas of the hotel, including the room

The location was okay, the metro was 15 min walk away, it was quiet. The room was nice and clean. One thing that was weird was regular glass door for bathroom which we didn’t appreciate that much. The annoying thing was the AC, which made very loud noise and seemed a bit broken. Breakfast was Chinese style. Staff was very nice.
