Bilik bersih dan kemas, sebab bilik bersepah, saya takkan ambil gambar. Rasanya baik untuk mengatakan beberapa perkara: 1. Lokasi geografi, terletak di Jalan Zhuque, satu hujung ke Yongning Gate, satu hujung ke Pagoda Angsa Liar Kecil Muzium Shaanxi, jarak berjalan kaki kurang dari 20 minit, jalan lebih selesa untuk berjalan, terdapat banyak pusat membeli-belah dan makanan ringan bar berdekatan. Terdapat begitu banyak bar snek, 2. Kemudahan: Terdapat bilik dobi layan diri, serta pengering. Anda juga boleh mengambil air mineral dari pintu masuk lif, menjimatkan banyak masalah. 3. Perkhidmatan: Ia mungkin sebuah hotel yang dibuka oleh orang muda untuk memulakan perniagaan. Ia sememangnya ber***a dan komunikasi juga sangat baik. Kad perniagaan pembantu rumah diambil setiap hari, dan saya sangat menyukainya. Akhir sekali, saya ingin mengatakan sesuatu untuk diperbaiki, kerana kumpulan akhbar bertolak awal pagi, dan dicadangkan hotel membungkus sarapan pagi tetapi tidak dapat dilakukan. Malah, sarapan pagi ini pada asalnya mempunyai set sandwic dan roti. Ia tidak akan terlalu sukar untuk menyediakan beberapa makanan ringan. Aspek ini masih boleh lebih bertimbang rasa.

***a hiasan dalamannya sangat cantik, tempat tinggalnya sangat selesa, harganya sangat berpatutan, tetapi sikap layanan dari butler Huanhuan dan Cong Cong sangat bagus, dan ada hadiah kecil untuk dihantar, dan saya akan memilih untuk tinggal bersama lain kali.

Saya sangat berpuas hati dengan pengalaman menginap. Saya tiba di hotel sekitar jam 10 kerana penerbangan awal. Saya ingin menyimpan bagasi saya di hotel dahulu. Saya tidak menjangkakan wanita di meja depan itu sangat sopan. Saya menaik taraf jenis bilik secara percuma dan memberi saya hadiah. Saya mengambil 3 cawan kopi dan mengambil inisiatif untuk membawa kami ke bilik. Bilik itu besar, bersih, dan tiada bau. Bilik saya dua bilik tidur, dua bilik air dan satu ruang tamu. Ia dilengkapi dengan tiga pembersih udara dan dua peti sejuk, tilam dan bantal. Sangat selesa, hotel ini juga mempunyai rasa reka bentuk. Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan beberapa tempat yang indah dan boleh dikunjungi dengan berjalan kaki. Kerana kepuasan, keesokan harinya akan membantu rakan-rakan yang tiba satu hari lewat. Hotel location is near to bell tower ,50mins -1hr from airport. Check in and out were hassle free and all service staff at reception are polite and helpful. Butler JingJing and Xiao ya were around during our checkout, friendly and cheery attitude displayed. Laundry room with multiple washing machines and dryers helps a lot for long travellers like us (little wait). Only thing for light sleepers or non early bird is the room sound proofing, can hear voices from street and announcement from elementary school nearby. Overall, happy stay!

HeSu Designer Hotel was absolutely perfect. Very clean and spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.Speciql thanks to Yuan, Hao and Jing for the great breakfast and daily coffees, and for the frosty evening beer selections in the bar. I will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. On maps, it is easier to find if you type in ‘Soon Bistro’. The room was clean and spacious, although the bathroom and shower smelt a little bit bad. The carpet in the corridors also needs cleaning. We liked the USB ports to charge our phones and the laundry room was amazing, we used it for free, as well as free water every day. We also got a free gift and a free cup of coffee each. The breakfast was nice. The location is good, 20 minute walk to the city walls. The girls at reception were very kind.

Extremely impressed with the service at the hotel. - I arrived at the hotel at about 12pm, not expecting to be able to check-in but I was allowed to check-in immediately! - I added the hotel’s WeChat account when checking in and was immediately sent a word document with lots of recommendations for Xi’An and even a suggested itinerary. The staff were also very prompt in responding to any questions that I posed over WeChat. I asked them where i could buy contact lens solution and they even offered to pour me some. I truly appreciate how they went out of their way to make my stay comfortable 😊

This is a small and charming boutique hotel very conveniently located. The room is large and clean, with all amenities. Staff are super friendly and helpful. There is an attached bar & bistro with excellent cocktails and snacks. It's also where breakfast is served. The decorations are very contemporary and I love the look. I will come here again :)

A lovely boutique hotel. We stayed for 3 nights, bed was very very comfortable, room was lovely and staff very helpful. An excellent street food market just across the road. Highly recommended. They have a laundry room and the only ****** was we could not get the dryer to work; otherwise fantastic. Google maps doesn't quite locate it correctly so see attached photo. Hotel is blue dot.

We had a lovely time in Xi’an, the hotel although a bit hard to find at first was great. The entrance was impressive and the whole hotel has their own theme throughout. The staff at reception were very nice and helped us check in just a bit before the official time stated online. The hotel is secure and to be able to take the elevator up to the rooms you need to swipe your room card. There are multiple amenities inside as well for example the fifth floor had a laundry area and a bistro / bar next to reception. The rooms were nicely organised, the beds were comfortable and we even managed to watch a few movies on the TV alongside with the news and documentaries. There’s a shopping area nearby where one can get food and other necessities, there’s 2 subway lines nearby but you would still need to walk a bit to access those. During check out we received some gifts as well and overall we received a pleasant service.

Hotel was close to attractions and I could walk into the old city and to the food markets. The food and drinks available at the hotel were also quite good.

Hotels location is quite convenient as it near to drum tower and surrounding has a lot of nice foods and restaurants. The staffs are also very nice and friendly.Will book again when the next visit to Xi-an again.

Location is good and easy to travel around the Bell tower area. Near the hotel, there is a local market. Lot of local eatery near the hotel, but serve only local foods.
