I wasn't going to leave a review, but last night, the room next door was occupied. Every time their doorbell rang, I thought it was for my room, which was really alarming late at night. There's zero soundproofing. And let's talk about the start of my stay: no hot water on the first day for a shower. The Aurora TV couldn't use my own membership; I had to scan a code and pay extra to buy a new one. I also called the front desk for a nail clipper and had to chase them three times over an hour... they finally brought it at 11 PM. Unbelievable. When I was checking out, I asked for a shopping bag to pack some things, and they asked me 'what shopping bag?' The breakfast wasn't great either; I'm not sure if it was because of the New Year crowd, but there were very few dishes and fruits. Oh, and the TV was tiny. Taxis couldn't drop me off right at the hotel entrance because the 'parking full' sign was always up outside, so cars couldn't get in... All in all, a pretty poor experience.

Traveling with friends, we blindly picked this hotel and it completely exceeded our expectations! The moment we stepped into the lobby, we were charmed by the warm lighting and pleasant fragrance. The front desk attendant, YIYI, had such a sweet smile and checked us in incredibly fast. She even thoughtfully recommended a nearby snack street. The room was surprisingly clean, the bedding felt so soft and plush, and the bathroom toiletries were all branded – the attention to detail was top-notch. The view from the window was fantastic! We spent the evening with friends, sitting by the window, chatting and snacking, which was just pure happiness! The next day, at check-out, they even gave us a souvenir, a local-themed fridge magnet – truly a thoughtful touch! The next time I come here with friends, I will definitely choose this hotel again. I absolutely have to recommend it to all my travel companions!

Well, but for a Hilton hotel, it doesn't offer good wifi, essential for business trips.

Clean, comfortable and nice. Breakfast was okay and the shower leaked a lot of water, otherwise it was good.

Excellent hotel from the breakfast to the friendliness of the staff. The toiletries provided was of very high quality and smelled amazing. The staff were always accommodating at breakfast and there a great spread of Western and Chinese food. The hotel offered a free laundry service which was so convenient for us. The hotel is close to bus stops for public transport. The only downside was the fact that the room floor was not cleaned daily, otherwise this we had a great stay and will book again if we come to Xi’an.

The hotel location is convenient for business activities taking place within the Hi Tech area.
Public transports are not easy to reach (at least 15 minutes walk for the nearest subway station).
Rooms and facilities are well maintained and staff is very helpful. The free breakfast is really good but too popular and over crowded during peak hours! :)
The environment is peaceful and some surrounding shops provide basic facilities.
Good choice for a business trip and alternative solution for tourists who are will to visit Xian (but better with a car!!)

This time I was completely attracted by Yan Zi, the front desk lady at the hotel! From the moment I entered the hotel, she greeted me with a warm and professional attitude, patiently answered all kinds of questions about room types and breakfast time, and also recommended nearby attractions worth checking in. The service was meticulous. When I checked out, I urgently needed to issue an invoice. I was worried that it would delay my trip, but I didn't expect Yan Zi to have superb business ability, skilled and quick operation. In less than 5 minutes, she issued the invoice and handed it to me, and took the initiative to remind me to check whether the invoice information was correct. During the process, she always kept a warm smile and whispered to ask if there were any other needs. This serious and responsible work attitude made people feel at ease. The whole stay experience became particularly comfortable and pleasant because of Yan Zi's service. She used practical actions to interpret the standard of high-quality service, which made me feel full of sincerity and care. I strongly recommend this hotel, and I have to call Yan Zi's efficient service!

This stay was great! This hotel is of high quality from the environment to the facilities, and the overall service is impeccable. I especially want to praise Miss JOJO at the front desk, her service is amazing!
