The hotel is very conveniently located for travel and has its own parking lot. It also features a heated swimming pool. The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Wang, was very enthusiastic and provided great service.

good and comfort stay at here, many local food nearby. we also can have KFC and McD in 20 minutes walking distance.

Hotel is very close to subway, and very close to Xiann center - 15 min by subway. I lived here 4 days during my trip to Xian. Very good view from window But interior of room is little similar to Soviet Union style - not modern (anyway, cosy and clean room). And price is very good. Breakfast is very delicious.

Generally a nice hotel Room was big and comfortable Bathroom wasn’t very nice. Shower was bad Aircon was terrible, it was 35 degrees outside and felt that hot and humid in the room. Even though the aircon was on all day and at 15 degrees didn’t cool it especially at night, made it difficult to sleep. Tour guide told the receptionist and she wasn’t friendly about it, said was working but nothing else.

Hotel’s location is the best, but the overall of hotel’s facilities are old but clean. Hotel’s staff can communicate English and very helpful especially reception.

Good hotel with swimming pool, great location next to the metro and the Muslim quarter. Only minus the breakfast.

Love the location that’s close to the Muslim street. Nice interesting place to explore. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel rooms and corridor carpets are looking a bit old. But we were happy with our stay and will recommend.

The best hotel I stayed in Xi'an. Very calm, what is very unusual here. The temperature in the room was very warm. The tea in the room was a very good surprise. The only unpleasant thing was the trash under the bed... My pin fell on the floor, so I had to search for it under the furniture. I didn't find my pin, but discovered many other things...

We stayed in Xi'an for three days, and it rained two days in a row. We spent our days eating and strolling around Sajinqiao, and then went back to the hotel to rest. The room we were given was not facing the street, but we could see people training on the hotel's tennis court every day. Finally, I want to praise Sister Zhang, the cleaner on the twelfth floor. She was efficient, thorough, and had a great attitude!

Our family has stayed at this hotel many times. Since our hometown is nearby, we always stay here whenever we visit Xi'an. Although it's an older hotel, the management is very professional, and the service is exceptionally attentive and meticulous. Xiao Li at the front desk always greets us like family, offering thoughtful care and proactively introducing us to local delicacies, making us feel very welcome! The hotel is located near the Sajinqiao subway station, making it very convenient for getting around, and it has its own free parking. The hotel's Chinese restaurant serves delicious and authentic dishes; I especially recommend the minced meat noodles, sour soup noodles, and three-color cold noodles! Having stayed at the Ancient Capital Hotel multiple times, we find it to be excellent value for money.

The facilities are rather old, and the hygiene is just average; the hotel is not very clean, and the atmosphere is gloomy, making for a less than comfortable stay. However, there is a food street downstairs, making it relatively convenient for getting around. Overall, the review is acceptable.

You deserve better service than this one! Facilities: The 18-meter indoor pool was the main reason for booking here. Since it's also open to the public, the crowds made the experience poor. It's understandable that it's open to the public, but better management and separate lanes for children and fast and slow swimming would greatly alleviate the crowding. However, there were no staff in the swimming areas. There are many better hotels with pools, so there's no need to book here. Other facilities are outdated, with no robot service, so you have to get your takeout yourself. The only USB port in the room is by the bed. Although the elevator says there's a hair salon on the first floor, there isn't one. And considering this is the era, you still have to pay a deposit upon check-in. Cleanliness: Average Environment: Excellent location, near the Xi'an Ancient City Wall. Service: Perhaps due to the prime location and the fact that it's summer, peak tourist season, there's no shortage of people staying here, but the front desk staff here are awful. They act like you can come if you want, and they don't even look at you. They even have the title of manager, but aside from their age, I don't see any qualities that would qualify them for a manager position. I give it a 0 out of 0. This was the worst service of our 13-day trip from southern Shanxi to Xi'an. Congratulations on making it memorable.
