We set the reservation for 2 rooms 413 and 415, one of which had dampness on the wall, indescribate spots, false nails on the floor and pipes. The shower on 415 could not be used. Hicimos la reserva para 2 habitaciones 413 y 415, una de las cuales tenía humedad en la pared, manchas indescriptibles, uñas postizas en el suelo y pipas. La ducha del 415 no se pudo utilizar.

Nice stay in Xi'an. The location is superb right next to the Bell Tower. Close to metro. Huge room and helpful staff. Be back in a future!

Hotel under renovation and the phone and fridge are not working. But location is fantastic.

Well, to start with I would like to start with the positive points. - the hotel’s location is amazing and its in the middle of a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. -muslims road and food is 2 mins away by walking -price is really good for location. To move further with the negative points, -the cleanliness of the rooms is 2/10, I didn’t feel like they cleaned it before and during my stay they just give the daily tissues and water with no cleaning service. -its summer time but the ac is always on and cold no matter weather you switched it off or no. -Taxis find a hard time getting the address which was given with the confirmation. -There was no bag service, you have to do it on your own. -The lobby smells with some kind of irritating smell. -Electricity went off for 10 mins once and there was a struggle with the hot water for shower after it. -The entrance door has no good sensors, so take care! Overall i would rate the experience 4/10

Good location. Near Xian Bell and Drum Towers. A little bit old but that is ok with price.

The hotel was built probably in early 70s and there it still is. The room was big but absolutely not acceptable even for just one night. In fact I checked out after 1 hour! The carpet on the floor was full of holes and in some points it was burned. The furniture was old and damaged. In some parts the wallpaper was coming off the wall. In the bathroom the hinges of the door of the shower were rusty and the bathroom didn’t smell so good. The staff from the reception are not able to say anything in English. The position was good, near to the bell tower. Don’t trust of their photos of the rooms because you will receive a bad surprise.

The room was exactly as advertised, though the corridores are urging for some maintenance (carpets are all out of place, wallpaper is coming off). I’d say it has a good value-price because price was very convenient, nog because of the value, really. Location was superb.

This hotel is very run down and old, seem that the owner don't care and do not have any budget for renovation.The main lobby had a sofa that is already torn on the seat fabric with a hole and they still display and allow gursts to sit on it.The rooms are very big, good for families but the wall need a fresh coat of paint as it's peeling and some areas need to be repaired as concrete already falling off.Not recommended.

The housekeeping is terrible. Our tray with the toothbrushes etc was coated with some soap or gel. Had to wash the things before we could open and use the things. They did not supply new things the next day and Tray was left as is. Towels were not changed. When we asked if they had breakfast they said no. But we saw others having a western buffet the next 2 mornings. We were willing to pay extra for it but they just told us they didn't have anything. They put us on the highest floor and our 2 rooms were so warm. When we asked they said it was like that. One room had a total blackout on first night. When we booked a 4th night due to our midnight flight, we were put on the 4th floor and the aircon was working fine. I think they just didn't want to do anything for us.
