Ulasan Holiday Inn Express Xi'an Ancient Town West

What an amazing experience! We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Xi'an. We found the rooms were tidy and clean. The staff Xiao Xiang and Ivy were exceptionally hospitable and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

I went there with my family and we booked two rooms in a rush through a third party app. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful when i requested to make a modification on our current booking. The rooms were clean and tidy. highly recommended if you are visiting Xi'an.

The room had some black marks on the wall but only in one or two places. The desk team were helpful and were happy to give water and coffee when we asked for it. Breakfast had good choices such as toast and croissants, hot dishes of vegetables, and plenty of drinks such as tea, coffee, juices, and soy milk. It’s located about 10 minutes away from two metro stations and two gates to the old city.

Very happy with this hotel. I loved the decor. I would say one of the nicer holiday Inns I have stayed at in China. The staff were very helpful and friendly and I loved the 2pm check out. Perfect time for my train. ivy xianxiang was very helpful specifically and made my stay lovely

This is a great hotel in most ways. It is very convenient to the Xi'an metro! The breakfast is good. The front desk service is great. The laundry machines work very well. The rooms are adequate and clean. The only downside is the lack of soundproofing. People in the hallway sound as if your door is open. People walking or moving chairs in the room above are easily heard. If you are a sound sleeper, this hotel is excellent. If not, it is good.

Great location near the weat gate of the wall. Easy access to line 6 and line 1 of metro. Rooms are clean and breakfast is sufficient.

Hotel is in very convenient location, the breakfast offer few option. The staff very kind, helpful and do an extra mile to assist you.

Helpful staff, clean rooms, close to line1 and line6 metro and city wall. Breakfast buffet needs to have more options (for example fresh fruit, omelette station etc..). The menu is too boring.

Excellent hotel, warm welcoming staff. It is near to subway line 1, 5 minutes walk. Centerlized heating is a big plus during winters. Strongly recommended.

The location is opposite the west side of the City Wall and a five minute walk to the West Gate. The metro station interchange of lines 1 & 2 is also nearby. The breakfast was a nice surprise, as was the very helpful staff who tried to speak English with me. My room was comfortable and the overall ambience was lovely.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They can speak in english language. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn hotel in Xi'an for anyone visiting Xi'an. Would definitely send a friends there.

The Holiday Inn Express hotel in Xi’an was very disappointing. When we made the booking with Trip.com the information given said there were two restaurants, a cafe and lobby bar. This was untrue. I queried this immediately upon our arrival which was after 18.00 due to a delayed flight. I had called the hotel to let them know this. I told Trip.com that their information about the hotel was misleading and that we wished to cancel after our first night and obtain a refund. I said we were not happy. I was informed that we were not allowed to cancel or get a refund due to the hotel policy, even though the information on Trip.com said that cancellation was possible after 18.00. So we booked another hotel and moved out the next day. We paid in full for the four nights, and are extremely unhappy
