EASTERN HOUSE(Near Bell&Drum Tower City Wall)

Good hotel to stay...provided free mineral bottle water which are convincing. Near to many attractions

Stayed for 5 nights and did a last minute additional night booking as our flight was at night. Staff was accommodating and helpful to switch my family and I (total 7 pax) on the morning of checkout to the new room. Special mention to Doris and the team for being so on the ball and flexible. Location was good, away from the main city center but near enough for a short morning walk ~10-15 minutes. Near stretches of food streets and cafe. Room was a bit dim. We asked for an additional room fan because the aircon switched to heater and even with the windows opened, it wasn’t cool enough.

We stayed in a three beds family room for four days. The location is very good, walking distance to Gulou, Zhonglou, huimin street. The breakfast is very good, has an onsite noodle or wanton cooking station, it features different Xian flavors every day, the liangpi is good, the Zhengao is good too. The hotel also has afternoon tea, it has different Chinese or western pastries, we enjoyed it the first day we came. In the evening, it provided sweet soup, I enjoyed very much. The room is always clean, the shower is strong and the hair blower is powerful. The towels and linens are all of super quality. The hotel also offered to lead umbrella, it was raining every day we stayed there. We had enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again next time we come to Xian.

A great hotel in a good location. We walked to all the main locations. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was good. I like the fact that they had a fridge full of complimentary water bottles near the elevator on our floor.

Great location, right in the city center, close to the Bell & Drum Tower and Zhonglou subway station, making it very convenient to get around & visit many attractions (just one subway stop away from Yongningmen Gate of the Xi’an city wall & the morning market). We booked the Eastern King Room, locate on the 12th (top) floor of the hotel - the room was quite spacious & well-equipped. Especially convenient was the separated of the toilet, shower, and sink areas, which made usage very comfortable. We arrived in Xi’an by early morning and the hotel promptly helped us store our luggage. Both the check-in & check-out procedures were fast & efficient. As a Trip.com customer, I received a welcome fresh fruit plate & thoughtful gifts from the hotel upon check-in & check-out, including snacks, a hand-painted bilingual Xi’an color map, and a souvenir representing China’s intangible cultural heritage. A special thanks to Doris, the hotel’s front desk staff, for her enthusiastic & helpful support throughout our stay, from the moment we arrived until we checked out. Her service truly reflected the hotel’s impressive motto “60 seconds for critic”
