I particularly appreciated thoughtful touches like the weighing scale, which is neatly placed at the bottom of the cabinet, and the uniquely designed bed frame. The toilet features a Japanese-style seat that stays warm, offering extra comfort. The room layout is designed for convenience, allowing easy circular movement, which adds to the overall experience. Additionally, the TV offers international sports channels, including Premier League matches, a rare feature in many hotels. Enjoyed the stay. The location is very near to Da Yan Ta. The hotel also has some free tea snacks for hotel guests. Their service is excellent. Room is clean and cosy. Recommend others to stay at this hotel

Great hotel, highly recommended. Super friendly and helpful staff, they assist me on package delivery and getting to places. Great location walking distance to Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, Datang Everbright city, Sega mall, subway station and museum. Many eatery around too. Will book again next time.

I had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Hotel in Xi’an. The hotel is located close to many popular tourist attractions, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a nice retreat after a day of sightseeing. What stood out the most was the quality of the service. The staff were attentive and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay. The hotel also offers good amenities that added to the overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend the Mercure Hotel for anyone visiting the area. The combination of its prime location and excellent service makes it a top choice.

Had a lovely stay here. Hotel is clean/new/modern. Stayed in the Superior Double Bed Room With King Koil Mattress which was good size for 2 period. Bed was comfortable. Good room temperature. Good water pressure. However room/bath towel smelled like smoke/cigarettes on first night but OK/no smoking smelled following 4 days. Housekeeping kindly brought a dehumidifier (we didn’t ask for it). Plenty of bottled water offered…can pick up room temperature or warm bottles in the lobby (free). Free coffee in the lobby too. About 10min walk to the Giant Goose Pagoda and Grand Tang Mall walking street which was very clean and so pretty at night with the lights lit up along the tree lined walking paths. Subway stations are nearby - 10-15 min walk depending which station. Hotel staff were very friendly/helpful/kind. Thank you!

The room was comfortable, modern, reasonably spacious and clean.

It was a great experience 👍 The location is good, the landmark 大唐不夜城， and 2 subway stations are within walking distance, many eateries, convenience stores are just round the corner. An in-house self service laundry which is free!!! The room was spacious and seemed newly renovated. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous 👍👍. I would like to mention, in particular, the Mr Chao (曹先生) in the Front Desk who has been very helpful and accommodating 👍👍👍

Hotel is good, very good located. People in The reception desk are lovely but they could not speak English. Not understandable for a international hotel chain!

The staff was friendly, but not able to speak English. The breakfast was mainly Chinese food, there was coffee though and also oats and fruit. The hotel is nicely located and clean.
