Location was very convenient, there’s a food street right behind the hotel and the metro is right in front of the hotel.

Been stayed here for six night, the service from receptionist was very attentive and speedy. The room is clean and nice. Good location as the metro and bus station are nearby. Walking distance to bell tower and Muslim quarter too. Strongly recommended!

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. 2 mins from the metro and 5 mins from the drum tower and street market. Room was large and very comfortable and it was great to have a bath. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was amazing and reasonably priced. We have travelled for 2 weeks and this was our best hotel- the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone who is thinking of going to Xi’an

Location was great and in a quieter area so not noisy. The only noise were from the tourists arriving in tour buses. Good selection at the buffet breakfast. Room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Miss Ma, customer service at the reception area was very helpful. Thank you!

Boutique hotel experience. The rooms are very much like the photos. 王小姐at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a larger family room with a huge projection screen. Beds were comfortable. The afternoon tea very nice and so was breakfast. Did not get the noodles late at night. Food is served at the larger hotel across the small lane. The location is close to the bell tower and most sites within the city wall of Xian. One thing is taxis might not be able to find it due to it located on a small side street /lane behind a hospital and the subway station. So we had to walk out and in dragging our luggage. The hotel is owned by the same hotel across the lane- Merlingate (I think). Now for the bad: someone smoked in the hallway outside our room and there was ash on the trash can. No dresser in the room which was weird. And I had to request to have the small bed made up for the evening, as well as air out the hallway. Then the worst was when I stepped into the really cool looking shower, it smelled like urine. I was so disgusted and sprayed down the whole shower with hot water. The same guy probably peed in the shower and smoked in the hallway.

Room was super spacious and the toiletries provided were amazing. Service staff were very prompt and helpful. Located at the heart of the Muslim Quarters which is very convenient

Room was a bit worn and definitely showing age. Bathroom wall was in need of drywall repair, old surround sound speakers (not connected) dangling from ceiling. Amplifier under desk not connected to anything. We made a decision not to use the tub. Sure it was a lovely room at one time. The view was great though (7th floor facing north). Despite all this we really enjoyed the location and small touches like late night noodles and afternoon tea/snacks.

Hotel is at good location and staff helped me every thing I asked for. The room is clean and good size. Breakfast are very good. Definitely I will return to this hotel and recommend to everyone to stay there.

After leaving a previous hote which was nothing like it’s pictures. We travelled to this one. It was in a really good location off the main road so was quite every close to the bell tower. Convenient to get to all tourist locations in Xi’an. The rooms look exactly like the pictures on the website The staff were welcoming , friendly and extremely helpful.

Good service, good location, staff very helpful and friendly. The only thing is that the room is a bit tired and smell of cigarette smoke.

The hotel is located as you come out of the metro station, so it is very close. It is also several minutes walk to the muslim street, really convenient for sightseeing. The room is large and comfortable. The breakfast was nice as it changed every day. The hospitality is great. The only thing is that the room is a bit dark. I will highly recommend and book again when I go to Xi'an in the future.
