We had a truly wonderful stay! Thank you for accommodating our late checkout and making everything so comfortable. The hospitality was excellent, and we felt very well taken care of throughout. A special mention to Chef Mukesh Singh for the delicious breakfast — it was a highlight of our stay and made the experience even more memorable. Warm, attentive service combined with great food and a welcoming atmosphere made this a perfect stay. Highly recommended!

Location is ideal, just beside Datang walking street which is lively at night. Note that some rooms can be noisy as there are singing performance at night.

Goods

We were traveling with a large family and booked a suite. Each room had a bathroom, which was nice. However, I was a little confused about the bathroom trash can. It was ugly, like something from a street vendor, and didn't fit in with the decor. I suggest changing it. The Tang Dynasty City is downstairs, which is very convenient, and there's also a Hema store.

The fan is too bad and the power supply is out of power. This is a real review. Please don't mind the merchant.

The apartment is a standard two-bedroom, two-living room apartment with a washing machine and kitchen. The room was relatively clean, though some areas could be improved. The view room offers a view of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Tang Dynasty City, making it a prime location. Breakfast was a bit of a hassle, requiring a walk to the Wyndham Hotel restaurant next to the apartment. The breakfast selection was quite extensive. The hotel's information on Baidu Maps was incorrect. The Wyndham hotel and apartment, both located on adjacent floors, were located next to each other, but the navigation indicated the apartment's location as the hotel, forcing us to turn around and continue on to the apartment. We hope this information will be corrected to avoid unnecessary inconvenience for guests. Furthermore, the guest bedroom in the two-bedroom, two-living room apartment doesn't have a private bathroom, which is a bit inconvenient for larger groups. We hope Ctrip will address this. Also, the breakfast included in the two-bedroom, two-living room apartment is significantly smaller. Most guests who book a two-bedroom, two-living room apartment are staying with at least three or even four people, so the breakfast is quite limited. Overall, the apartment was nice, and the stay was enjoyable, but some details could be improved.

The hotel was the most satisfying thing for my family during this trip to Xi'an. I started to miss it as soon as I came back. The hotel is in an excellent location, with sufficient air conditioning and comfortable bedding. It's very good. I look forward to staying there again next time!

The front desk service and room service were great. They also prepared a fence for children. The breakfast was also very rich. The location is also very good. It takes only three to five minutes to walk to the main street of the Tang Dynasty City.

The location is just across the wall from the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps, which is very convenient for tourism, shopping and dining. It is also very close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda.
