Very nice hotel. Big and clean family room with a picturesque view to Tang Paradise West Gate. Delicious breakfast. Very good attitude. Very convenient location near many touristic sights

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access nearby attractions. The room was very spacious and featured both a bathtub and a shower, which was a nice touch. The high ceilings added to the sense of space and comfort. The service was outstanding; the staff was attentive and eager to assist with any requests. The breakfast was average, catering more to Chinese tastes, and could use a bit more variety to accommodate Western preferences. While the English proficiency of the staff could be improved, it did not significantly hinder my stay. Despite these minor issues, my stay was enjoyable, and I would recommend this hotel.

Juerael Hotel is definitely the only hotel to stay whenever in Xi'an Reason ====== i. The location is perfect for tourist who are not very familiar with Xi’an and the staff are very professional and helpful.

Very convenient location and affordable price. Accessible to many nearby attractions. Front desk staffs, Anna and Rose are very pleasant and helpful with all our needs.

位置優越交通便利，大唐芙蓉園地鐵A口出門幾分鐘就到了，距離景點都很近，步行5到10分鐘就到不夜城，大雁塔。酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒服。房間配備小冰箱，裏面的飲料和餅乾都是免費，暖氣很足，房間還很貼心的準備了加濕器。洗手間都是乾濕分離的，很方便。前台人員服務都很好，尤其是Lucy和Rose很主動，很熱情。早餐也不錯很精緻，個人覺得性價比蠻高的。一到酒店前台還給我們送了銀耳湯，很貼心。非常推薦！

帶孩子來旅遊，訂了浴缸🛁房間，孩子非常喜歡🥰。 酒店在大唐芙蓉園對面，到不夜城步行十分鐘。 房間在一樓，特別方便。 房間很大，有家的感覺，不小心還有點轉向。 床🛏️和枕頭很舒服，尤其枕頭，回彈力強。 坐便是暖的，不用擔心PP被冰🧊到。 酒店服務很好，直接做了升級（可能因為淡季出行，房間不緊張）。 Rose 和Maggie很熱心。我們剛進房間就送了銀耳紅棗湯，説外面冷讓我們娘倆熱熱身子。😘這也太暖心了吧！ 餐廳在三樓，很乾凈。品種也不錯，也有咖啡。服務員大姐很熱心，愛跟人聊天，看着挺善良。 對了，電梯路過二樓，是個漢唐服出租店，很大，衣服超多，化粧很認真。穿着唐裝到不夜城，簡直心情大美。 推薦此酒店，下次還來。唯一遺憾的是，第二天沒有告知前台💁♀️不要打掃衞生，打掃衞生大姐把我平常不捨得用的化粧品便攜裝也清理了（我還刻意都放到盤子裏的。）😭 建議酒店一定要在入住前問好是否需要第二天打掃房間，我覺得很多客人是不願意的。

酒店大致上各方面都非常好，位置、清潔及設施都滿分。離旅遊景點又近，酒店2樓又可以租用漢服，3樓又有自助早餐提供。有機會再來，要留一間好景觀房子給我啦！

房間條件還是很滿意的，條件設施都不錯，智能馬桶，一鍵總控很方便，到了西安在這裏住了三天，交通方便，出門地鐵，在大唐芙蓉園對面，特別要説一下酒店有個自助餐廳，可以用早餐，餐廳不大，環境很乾凈，帶一個用餐露台，夏天在露台上用餐絕佳。

這是一家非常不錯的酒店，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，入住後還贈送了銀耳湯，讓我得以安享良好的睡眠。員工服務很熱情，酒店提供了豐富的自助早餐菜品，一抬頭就可以看到對面的大唐芙蓉園，外圍早餐區也很不錯。不僅滿足基本的需求，還能為客人提供個性化的建議。此外，酒店周圍有許多知名景點和購物中心，交通十分便利，是一個既能讓你享受到時尚生活又能方便旅行的理想選擇。
