W XI'AN

Chang'an seribu tahun, kini tampil moden dan memukau. W Hotel Xi'an, diinspirasikan oleh konsep “Pesona Masa Lalu & Kini”, menggabungkan corak Dinasti Tang yang megah, elemen apsara (bidadari terbang), dan siluet tembok kota ke dalam reka bentuk moden yang canggih. Permukaan cermin gangsa menjalin masa lalu dan kini, manakala cahaya neon mengubah suasana Dinasti Tang menjadi kemewahan moden. Sebaik sahaja membuka pintu, terbentang pemandangan tasik yang indah. Tasik Selatan yang hijau dan cahaya lampu Pagoda Angsa Liar Terbesar (Dayan Pagoda) terpampang di hadapan tingkap. Tab mandi diletakkan di tepi tingkap, membolehkan angin malam membawa masuk keindahan malam Chang'an. Sistem rumah pintar menghilangkan kepenatan perjalanan, manakala kelengkapan tidur yang lembut dan peralatan mandian yang mewah melengkapkan suasana percutian yang santai sepenuhnya.

Sekali lagi, saya dan keluarga memilih untuk menginap di W Hotel Xi'an. Hotel ini terletak di tengah Qujiang, betul-betul di sebelah Qujiang Pool. Hanya beberapa minit perjalanan teksi ke Pagoda Angsa Liar Besar dan Jalan Pejalan Kaki Datang Everbright. Lokasinya memang sangat strategik! Bilik-bilik dilengkapi balkoni pemandangan panoramik, cadar katil yang lembut dan penebat bunyi yang sangat baik. Produk mandian dan pengering rambut Dyson disediakan dengan lengkap. Sarapan pagi menawarkan hidangan Barat dan Cina, dengan hidangan tempatan seperti roujiamo, zenggao, dan bihun berminyak yang rasanya asli. Kakitangan, terutamanya Winnie, sangat proaktif dan prihatin sepanjang masa. Pasti akan memilih hotel ini lagi pada kunjungan seterusnya ke Xi'an!

Pengalaman di W Hotel Xi'an memang terbaik! Reka bentuk lobi yang memukau. Saya mahu daftar masuk awal, jadi saya menelefon hotel dan operator wanita itu membantu mencari bilik dan juga mengaturkan naik taraf bilik. Pengalaman keseluruhan memang sangat memuaskan, dan perkhidmatan penyambut tetamu memang tidak dapat dipertikaikan. Saya sangat mengesyorkan anda datang ke sini!

1000% must stay!! We’ve really enjoyed the stay in the hotel. Spacious room with lake view, amazing facilities spa, gym and pool. Very attentive staff. We’ve enjoyed the Saturday show as well, luckily enough they were organising box matches on top of the roof and they got us tickets!! Excellent stay

The hotel itself is an art installation with beautiful pieces scattered across the property. The lake is gorgeous to see at night from the rooms. Breakfast is delicious with many xi’an local specialities …

The hotel is an upscale neighborhood next to the lake, so you enjoy beautiful views and relaxing strolls along the lake. Plenty of restaurants in the direct vicinity (I’d skip the actual restaurant at the hotel - Yen - a bit overpriced and we didn’t find the food quality was average. Much better options are available next to the hotel). The breakfast is amazing - don’t skip it. The rooms are spacious, super clean and very comfortable, we had an amazing view from our balcony). We ordered room service - wow - go for it! Recommend

Very comfortable, clean , very spacious room with nice layout , service was good , the overall hotel very vibrant , the breakfast buffet was good and variety .

Stayed at this fantastic hotel again! The hotel staff remembered me and welcomed me, making me feel like I had come back home in Xi’an. At the reception, Mr. Liu was very kind and even wished me a happy birthday in excellent English. ☺️ The staff at the hotel entrance were also incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. Thank you to Charles and the entire team! The room was amazing, and the breakfast was superb, especially the local dishes. The bar had a relaxing atmosphere, and the cocktails recommended by one of the ladies at the bar were excellent as well. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this hotel!

Our stay at the W Hotel was absolutely incredible. I was completely blown away by the sheer scale and beauty of the building — everything felt luxurious, modern, and thoughtfully designed from the moment we arrived. The lighting, flooring, and stunning views over the lake created such an impressive atmosphere throughout the hotel. I had asked if it would be possible to upgrade to a lake view room, and the staff kindly arranged it for us the following day, which we really appreciated. It was also our anniversary, so the hotel surprised us with balloons and a cake in the room, which was such a thoughtful touch. My partner especially loved the cake — she probably ate 90% of it herself! The food throughout our stay was amazing, and the breakfast spread was one of the best I’ve experienced anywhere. There was such a huge variety of options, all beautifully presented. The cocktail bar / Betty Boop bar was also fantastic, with a really stylish atmosphere, and the complimentary cocktail each day was a great bonus. The facilities were equally impressive. The swimming pool was massive, the hot tub was excellent, and the gym was honestly incredible — modern, spacious, and very well equipped. What stood out most was how unique the hotel felt. The Art Deco influences mixed with the modern design made it unlike anywhere I’ve stayed before. Every detail felt polished and high-end while still feeling welcoming and enjoyable. Overall, one of the most beautiful, stylish, and memorable hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I would happily return again.
