The hotel is quite close to the high-speed train station, but it's a bit too far to walk. Luckily, they offer a complimentary shuttle service, which is a great perk. You just need to book your departure time for the next morning the night before. Plus, the hotel facilities are new and very comfortable.

Very large and comfortable room. The hotel is very close to the train and metro station. You have a variety of choices for breakfast.

The hotel is quite old and the renovations are a bit odd, with the shower located in the middle of the room. Of course, the price is very cheap! It's super convenient if you're coming by high-speed train and just need a temporary place to stay, but if you're planning on staying for a few days to visit attractions, the location isn't ideal.

Really great hotel. I wanted to be close to the railway due to an early train. The accommodations were great, really clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious.

The front desk service was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive. The staff, especially the young lady, was gentle and patient. Check-in was efficient and quick, and their smiling service throughout made us feel very welcome. They promptly helped resolve any issues we had, showing great care and professionalism. The experience was fantastic! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

The front desk service was absolutely fantastic! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, and check-in was incredibly efficient and smooth. The hotel's location is quite awkward – not too far from the North Station, but too close for a taxi and too far to walk. The hotel doesn't offer pick-up service, only drop-off. They didn't make this clear when I checked in. The next day when I tried to arrange a car, I was told I needed to book it a day in advance. I felt cheated and it was really annoying. The hotel looks quite new, but I was surprised to find cigarette ash in the corner of the bathroom. And the shower cubicle being in the middle of the room is so bizarre, it felt like a maze. I forgot to book breakfast and adding two breakfasts the next day cost almost as much as the room rate itself, which was unbelievable. The TV channels in the room kept buffering, making it impossible to watch anything properly. It was a very bad experience overall.

The room facilities are quite old. I had to move the mini-fridge onto the table just to find a power outlet. Some outlets were loose or cracked. The shower pressure was weak. The light control panel wasn't very responsive. Also, the free drop-off service only takes guests to the roadside at the North Station, meaning guests have to lug their suitcases around to find the entrance. It's really inconvenient!

I booked this hotel online based on Ctrip reviews. First, I liked that they offered family rooms, which was perfect for our family of three. Second, I booked their pick-up service a day in advance. The young, handsome driver was excellent – friendly and attentive. He proactively told us about the hotel and reminded us to book our departure transfer with the front desk the next morning if we were taking the high-speed train. We stayed in a room at the very west end of the hotel. It felt a bit cramped and got very hot from the afternoon sun, and the air conditioning wasn't working well. I spoke with the front desk, and they promised to handle it quickly. When we returned after dinner, everything was fixed. The breakfast was indeed excellent, with a great variety of delicious dishes, and the dining environment was top-notch.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast was quite good, and the hygiene was excellent. Plus, they offer a car service to the high-speed rail station, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I was very satisfied!

Great hotel for the price. Spacious room. Polite and helpful staff. The hotel includes a taxi to the North Xi'an train station which is 5-10 minutes away.

It is interesting that the shower booth is arranged in the middle of the room. You can also watch TV in the shower. What concerns you a little is that you are facing the view of the window. You have to close the curtain carefully. The place to put towels is a glass shelf. I can feel the consideration for hygiene. I like the heavy coffee mug. The room is equipped with a private safe and a small refrigerator. The TV remote control is small and cute. But the broadcast keeps cutting off and buffering often continues. The chefs are in the open kitchen of the breakfast restaurant. The ingredients of the cooking are fresh. There are many people from early morning. Unexpectedly, there are no forks and knives. The Bodhisattva statue enshrined in the lobby is impressive. I haven't touched it, but it seems to be made of pottery

The main advantage is its convenient location, very close to Xi'an North Station. It only takes about forty minutes from waking up to getting to the station, which is perfect for business travelers with tight schedules. Some corner rooms can be cold when you first enter in winter, but the air conditioning warms them up after a while.
