Hotel yang sangat selesa yang terletak berhampiran dengan stesen kereta api. Biliknya besar, bersih dan selesa. Saya akan menginap di hotel ini lain kali!

Lokasi yang sempurna. Berdekatan dengan stesen kereta api dan banyak restoran berdekatan. Daftar masuk agak memakan masa. Kakitangan hampir takut untuk bercakap dengan kami, walaupun saya bercakap bahasa Cina. Bilik adalah katil yang bersih dan selesa

Ibis hotels are good and this one is also good ☺️ Free water, tea, breakfast is absolutely amazing yummy 😋 😋 People on the reception were helpful. They give you money back for the taxi from Xi'an north, this station itself is just 10 mins far from the hotel (by car). [Don't try to walk there, by Google maps you will not find it. Dear hotel, adjust your location on Google maps] Unfortunately, i had really bad smell of sigarrets from the room nearby, it was very heavy... You shouldn't allow ppl smoke near the rooms with non smoking people.

Location is good near by xi'an north station. You can walk 100 metre will see a lot of shop as starbuck, kfc etc. Breakfast is good as well

Good hotel, good chinese breakfast, nice staff, very big room, comfortable bed. Close to a subway station and the North Xi'An train station (1 subway stop away).

Hotel staff were very friendly. We got free breakfast every day. The room was large and clean. It was cleaned and serviced each day. As our flight was later in the day the hotel was very good and let us check out a bit later.

A bit out of town, But an excellent hotel, clean, comfortable and a great breakfast - Recommended.

Surface clean but room had underlying toilet and smoke smell. The hotel is in need of an update. Carpets old and worn, lifts not pleasant..

Great size room and conveniently located not too far from Xi’an North railway station. Lots of little shops close by in walking distance

Good hotel branch nearby North Station (1 metro stop away). Clean rooms, and quiet environment, which is always essential. Would be a good option to stay for 3-4 days.

This hotel reeks like smoke and the rooms are not very clean. The first room was so bad that we asked for a non smoking room. We got a different room, but it smelled like smoke nonetheless. People smoke in the elevators and everywhere. Why do you even advertise your hotel as a non smoking hotel, if this is clearly not the case? I would not come here again.

Highly recommended and will stay again..close to metro and many eateries and supermarket nearby. Clean and easy access. Service is excellent

Great service and helpful staff. They even have a free washer and dryer.
