The hotel room was very spacious, fully equipped, clean, and hygienic, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel's environment and location are both excellent, with many dining options downstairs. My high-floor room was quiet, and the soundproofing was also very good. I almost always choose Citadines for my travels; it's high-end, professional, and has a great international standard.

Wonderful stay! The service was excellent—staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and everything felt well-maintained and comfortable. Room was spacious for our family of 3. Breakfast was a decent spread of Chinese and international. Truly a pleasant and relaxing experience. Highly recommended!

Clean and complete with necessary amenities as described. However, should you plan to take the room without the washer and dryer, you can still use the common laundry facilities

Room is clean, surrounding have plenty of local food. Location is quite far from the bell tower & City wall.

This is my fourth stay with them and I even recommend to my friend to stay when we visit Xi'An. Overall, it was a good experience. However, I was a bit surprised to find that smoking is allowed in the rooms. I could even smell it from my room. When I passed by the room next door, their door and window were open, and the smell of smoke was quite noticeable.

The quality of the service apt matches the price point. Counter staff service level is lower than other higher end hotels

Clean and spacious rooms. The location is good and there are restaurants located within walking distance to the hotel. My family had a good stay at the hotel.

It was perfect, big room, soft bed, easy for foreigners to check in. Room service was really helpful, the microwave worked. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Hot water worked just fine. is directly located next to many helpful stores. Highly recommend

Very good hotel apartment. Just it's a little bit far with tourist monuments. But there are many restaurants beside the hotel. You are in a local atmosphere. Recommend!

The suite I booked was excellent! It had all the necessary amenities, and the hotel's location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants downstairs. I was in a rush to check out and left my face wash behind, but the front desk contacted me promptly; their service was excellent!

I always stay here when I'm on business trips. The location is convenient, with a food street nearby. Parking is easy; if you register your license plate in advance, you won't run out of spaces. Laundry and a gym are also available.

A hotel you must avoid when you come to Xi'an!!! Let me explain first, we stayed in a suite that cost more than 700 yuan, which is considered to be a more expensive room in this hotel. The first thing that happened on the first day was that the drain in the shower room was blocked. Fortunately, this can be solved, so I didn't take it seriously. Then I found blood on the bed sheet. I called the hotel to report the situation. The hotel directly gave us new sheets and asked us to change them ourselves. I also endured it. Later, I washed my face and wiped it with the hotel's towel. The next day, my eyes were infected with bacteria and swollen directly!!! There is even more exaggerated. The air conditioner in the room is broken every day. Our two children are very young and need to turn on the fan to sleep at night. Yes, the only compensation from the hotel is to send a fan. When I asked to change rooms, they refused on the grounds that they were full. In general, this hotel has old facilities, extremely poor sanitary conditions, and no service. Don't stay in this hotel when you come to Xi'an!!!
