Hotel di Xiaozhai/Shaanxi History Museum, Xi'an

The room was clean and tidy. I chose the king-size bed room with double breakfast, and after comparing prices, Trip.com offered the best deal. One particularly great thing was that if the bottled water in the room wasn't enough, you could ask the service staff for more, and they usually provided it. Later, the cleaning lady just started leaving us four bottles every day. However, the facilities are a bit old, but they generally meet all needs. Most importantly, the location is excellent; it's very close to the Grand Tang Mall and a short taxi ride to the Shaanxi History Museum, Bell Tower, and Drum Tower. Life is very convenient here. Highly recommended!

The hotel service is warm and friendly, the hygiene is clean and tidy, and the rooms are cozy and spacious. The hotel's location is excellent, and the housekeeping staff are also very kind. The front desk ladies are very enthusiastic, and the room prices are very reasonable, offering great value for money! I've had more than just comfortable and pleasant stays here; it's also given me a taste of local life, which is my overall impression of this hotel. However, I do have two small suggestions: 1. There's really only one power outlet and one USB port by the bed, which isn't very convenient for phone users. 2. The air conditioning's heating effect isn't particularly good. I tried all three fan speeds, and it still wasn't very effective (it's also possible my friend and I just didn't know how to operate it, and by then it was too late to call staff to check).

The hostel is located inside area of Tang Paradise City and nearby Dayan Pagoda (it’s next to Four Season hotel) that are both famous attractions so you can walk around easily. It’s also convenient to go to metro for other attractions in the inner Xian city or Didi to Terra-cotta. The people of the hostel are very nice, friendly and helpful. I cannot speak Chinese but she tried her best to guide us through on NY’s Eve. Thank you for hosting us 🫶🏻🫶🏻 The room is a bit old but still in good conditions, free bottles of mineral water. General is good experience 🫶🏻

Everything is good. They only have one washing machine and heater. So we need to wait for some time to wash our cloths as we stay over there for one weeks. Remarkable service from Soon Xiao Ni and the crew provide daily breakfast. She is professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness made a big difference. I truly appreciate her dedication to her works.

Definitely worth choosing ! If you can accept some small inconvenience it is a good deal trust me ! Honest review: Primary need - perfect : location, average size room. clean bed sheet, clean air, disposable slippers, toothbrush, shampoo, towel, tv working, nearby socket, ac new looking. Wifi is okay. All is almost great ! DISPOSABLE TOWELS THAT IS WONDERFUL IDEA!!! (Who gave that idea you should raise salary) Secondary need - 8/10 : all is good but no door to toilet and shower. That’s so strange. lights aren’t bright enough or not perfectly set. Little noise can be heard but not much disturbing. Overall i highly recommend to use for those who seek budget friendly but clean proper hotels. Even though receptionist can’t talk English properly but attitude was so warm. Foreigners face some difficulties in registering in hotels but here it was smooth. Dear owner update photos they look so scary i risked to choose this place but very pleased at the end.

Passing by on a business trip, this stay experience is great! The location of the hotel is super convenient, the surrounding transportation is convenient, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I sleep until dawn. The breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western, and the taste is very good. The front desk lady is warm and thoughtful, answer all questions, and intimately recommend nearby attractions and food. I will definitely choose this next time I come here!

Hotel is in a great location. Short walk to the attractions and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff service was great. The downsides were the lack of air conditioning and security. We were told we couldn't adjust our room temperature as it runs on the building's centralised system so the hotel provided a single portable tower fan for the bedroom...it was not enough for the hot day/nights. Regarding security, anyone could get up to the hotel floors without a pass and the rooms didn't have any 'additional' locks to secure door from the inside. As a traveler with a young family, comfort and security goes a long way.

A very nice smart hotel with comprehensive amenities, including a mini-fridge and electric curtains. Facilities: Smart. Cleanliness: Clean. Environment: Good and quiet. Service: Excellent. Free souvenirs. Enjoy afternoon tea. Two cans of Bingfeng, a Shaanxi specialty beverage. The souvenirs are excellent and highly recommended. Facial recognition is available for door opening and mobile check-in is available.

The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Free parking was available during our stay, and the breakfast offered a rich variety. The room was clean and tidy with complete amenities. There was black tea available at the front desk, and a small sofa in the lobby for resting, which was very nice. The surrounding area has convenient transportation. Highly recommended!

I loved the design of this hotel in Xi'an. It boasts excellent and comprehensive facilities, including a gym, meeting room, laundry room, and a restaurant. The hotel is conveniently located near the shopping district, but the subway station is a bit of a walk, which might be a consideration if you're traveling with heavy luggage. My sleep was very comfortable at night, as I barely heard any outside noise. There's also a Cotti Coffee downstairs, perfect for grabbing a drink before heading out. The front desk staff were incredibly patient and helpful, answering all my questions. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.
