Hotel di Kawasan selatan, Xi'an

This must be the most beautiful hotel and superb hospitality I have stayed. Hotel is housed in a traditional and culturally significant building with history. 是一座多么华丽壮观的建筑。Hotel Staff is well versed in every aspect. Special Compliments to Mario & Hubery. They are so kind to attend to our needs and recommend good Muslim restaurants to us. They even help us book tickets to Terracotta Army Museum and Tang Paradise. Special thanks to Hubery who is well versed in English , took good care of us , offer suggestions and explanation for some Xi’An tourist attractions . Well definitely come back again.

Great hotel, highly recommended. Super friendly and helpful staff, they assist me on package delivery and getting to places. Great location walking distance to Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, Datang Everbright city, Sega mall, subway station and museum. Many eatery around too. Will book again next time.

I’ve stayed at Hyatt Regency hotel a few times. It is always a pleasure! A lot of staff speaks English, everyone is so helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Mari bincang tentang pengangkutan dahulu, 7 minit berjalan kaki ke Muzium Shaanxi, 15 minit ke Bandar Datang Everbright. Sangat mudah untuk tinggal di Bandar Datang Everbright jika anda tidak dapat mendapatkan teksi apabila anda pulang pada waktu malam. Terdapat banyak makanan di bawah hotel, dan terdapat kopi di kedai serbaneka. Kemudian bercakap tentang perkhidmatan, sangat terperinci tahu bahawa seorang kanak-kanak khas membawa saya berus gigi dan selipar kanak-kanak. Terdapat restoran, bilik dobi dan gimnasium di tingkat lima. Bilik-biliknya sangat bersih dan dilengkapi dengan sistem pintar Xiaodu. Kelab Huazhu memberi saya naik taraf selama dua hari. Sarapan pagi sangat kaya. Terdapat tempat untuk menjemur pakaian apabila memasuki pintu. Bilik air dan tandas dipisahkan, dan ada sofa kecil. Walaupun burung pipit kecil, ia mempunyai semua organ dalaman, dan butirannya sangat baik. Terdapat juga tali lif di bilik mandi untuk menggantung pakaian anda. Terdapat peti sejuk kecil, dan peralatan mandian juga bagus. Secara keseluruhannya, saya sangat berpuas hati. Saya terlupa untuk menyatakan bahawa minum petang percuma juga sangat lazat. Saya akan menempah Mercure lain kali saya datang ke Xi'an. Juga akan mengesyorkan kepada rakan-rakan. Hebat!

I stayed in this hotel for three days in a row.Very cost-effective, very close to the city that never sleeps in Datang.The traffic is very convenient.I recommend everyone to stay, and the price is very high.

A very decent place to stayover. Smooth check in and check out processes. The rooms are clean and you can see the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda by just peaking out of the window. Reasonable distance to the nearest metro station and very abundant choices of restaurants. The Grand Tang Mall, which is basically where this stay is located was mind-blowing. Taking a walk at the Grand Tang Mall at night after dinner is definitely recommended. The only thing about this hotel is that it is not actually a hotel but rather a serviced apartment/Airbnb so you can't locate it directly with the name of the stay (google map doesn't work, nor some Chinese gps), but the attendee/manager will

The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff were all very helpful. The rooms are modern and clean. The location is walking distance from metro and Dayanta. The breakfast is pretty good. However, the canteen for the restaurant is too small for the size of the hotel. This is ok if you're single, because people sit at counters or share, but families often had to stand around waiting for someone to finish eating. This should be looked at.

Having a great time at this hotel so far, the room is a total steal for the price. I especially love the tub by the window with the chaise lounger both overlooking the streets below. I booked the room while the hotel is renovating their restaurant perhaps the price was further discounted, but even without the convenience of the hotel restaurant there's plenty of food options, convenience stores, and the pagoda all within walking distance. Service is excellent, props off particularly to Lisa 李圓圓 at the front desk being incredibly professional and accommodating to my requests for more soft drinks and answering all my questions about the hotel's services and the area in general with patience and attention. The 5th floor manager / cleaning lady has also been extra thorough and even left a note with a hard warmer packet on my table.

酒店非常不錯，就在大雁塔附近幾百米距離，邊上就是大唐不夜城，房間木質結構，乾淨整潔古樸，設施齊全，真的超出預期！因為帶了孩子，和前台溝通幫我們安排了一間比較安靜的房間，整個溝通過程非常的順利。前台兩位美女服務員非常友好，在我們入住當天一早就打電話確認是否入住，並且發送了詳細的周邊旅遊訊息。原本打算衹住兩晚，但是各種感受和體驗非常好，所以又續住了兩晚。總之體驗很好，會推薦朋友過來。如果下次來西安旅遊，還會入住。
