我這次來西安和家人旅遊，在網上預訂的這家酒店。住過之後感覺非常好，特來寫一篇好評。首先，酒店的地理位置非常好，離地鐵口非常近，步行衹需幾鍾。非常方便。酒店也有免費停車，到前台登記一下酒店會有小姐姐帶你去停車。酒店還提供免費下午茶和夜宵。酒店周邊有很多小吃街、特色的餐廳和商場，酒店在小區裏面可能不太好找，但是酒店非常安靜，像我這種睡眠淺的人來説是很不錯的。其次，酒店的設施非常好，房間寬敞明亮，給人非常舒適的感覺。還幫我免費升級了房型，房間內的設施也非常齊全。大廳有小吃免費供應，還有不限量礦泉水，免費打印區域，酒店也是非常貼心的，在各個樓層電梯口都有擺放的，樓道還有一股淡淡的香薰味，床鋪非常舒適，讓人有一夜好眠。此外，酒店的服務也非常周到，前台的工作人員熱情好客，盡心盡力的為客人提供服務。客服管家小陳一進大廳就給我們到了他們自己煮的紅棗薑茶，味道很不錯，辦理入住時介紹了酒店的各項用餐時間，看我們定的沒有早餐還給我們送了早餐，入住之後還給我們房間送了歡迎水果，還給小朋友送了小玩具地鼠機總之，美豪酒店給我留下了非常好的體驗，我以來西安還會選擇入住這裏，也會推薦大家入住，真心不錯。

I was very impressed by this hotel on all fronts. We arrived very early, hoping just to leave our bags and return in a few hours to check in, and the front desk staff very kindly arranged for a room to be cleaned early in order to let us check in. I have to say the customer service we received was excellent at all stages of our three night stay. The room itself was very impressive and spacious with a huge bed, luxe bathroom and electronic WC. The breakfast offering was of a good standard and the lounge area with indoor/outdoor seating had a nice ambiance. Laundry facilities were very good with fast industrial washer dryers. The gym facilities looked quite limited with only two machines but this wasn’t a concern for us. Location was fine and a one minute walk to a metro station, DiDi drop offs were also very simple right outside the hotel. I would very happily stay in this hotel again and would recommend it to travellers to Xian.

非常滿意的入住體驗，老闆娘提前一天加微信告訴我們地址，工作人員早早的在外面等我們，幫我們搬行李箱，還給我們發了遊玩攻略！老闆娘和工作人員都非常熱情，我們5個媽媽帶了5個孩子，入住了4天3晚，從大人到小孩都非常喜歡這個民宿，小孩子每天擼貓擼狗，每天玩的不亦樂乎，老闆娘還給孩子們拍照片，真的覺得是一家特別有愛的民宿！我們定的4人間，有4張大床，2張榻榻米，非常大的一個客廳，小孩子看電視玩樂場地非常大，還有一間茶室，麻將桌，大人們打打麻將喝喝茶，非常悠哉！房間住10個人綽綽有餘，這個價格這個服務真的非常贊。我們退房的時候也是因為訂票時間，老闆娘還給我們延遲退房，小孩子多了，房間弄的很亂，地毯還被小孩子們弄了膠，我們説給老闆娘清洗費，老闆娘和工作人員也沒有收取清洗費，真的覺得是一家特別特別棒的民宿

Especially the gentleman who helps with the luggage and stands at the entrance with the traditional outfit did an amazing job, always thinking 3 steps ahead with whatever you need. He went out of his way to help with translation, organising and any questions I had. He was more supportive than the front desk. A great thank you also to Sunny! Without her, i would have struggled. PPengguna TetamuI can fully recommend the stay at Mr. Wu‘s Hotel. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The check-in and check-out was very easy. Even though they might not be fluent in English, I never had a problem communicating with them. We always used a translation app and we understood each other with ease. They even walked with me to the next convinient store around the corner to make sure I definitely found it. The room is very spacious with a big, comfortable bed and different pillows to chose from as well as a small bar to cook tea and enjoy a snack. It‘s very clean. Every day they come in, remove the trash, make the bed and clean everything as well as refill the water bottle which are for free during your stay. The location of hotel was perfect for me with lots of restaurants around and the merto station(line 3 and 6) just a short walk away. You can very easily go to the city centre and all the sights by metro. The Big Wild Goose Pagoda for example is just a couple stops away with line 3. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices - something for every taste. It‘s mostly chinese dishes but also with western options e.g. toast, jam, cereal. Fruit is also available. It is really delicious! To sum it up: If you want to enjoy Xi‘an and want to stay in an awesome hotel, this is the one to pick! TTinaMThis is a lovely hotel with kind, welcoming staff. I read some reviews saying the rooms are very old etc, but I don't see how that makes this hotel any less great - the rooms are still clean and well maintained. I arrived in Xi'an after 48 hours of hectic traveling due to a missed train, and the staff at Meihao Hotel were very welcoming, were happy to use translation apps to communicate with me. The room was large, with a view of the neighbourhood outside (mostly just traffic jams haha, but that's Xi'an). The location may not be super ideal for some as it isn't in the city centre, but honestly it was no inconvenience at all, as the nearest subway station is a brisk walk away -- about 5-7 minutes. If you're arriving by train and carrying a lot of heavy luggage, then yes, coming via subway might be a bit of a challenge (but not impossible!) The housekeeping staff especially were very warm and kind. Thank you for always brightening my day when I walked by you all. A few hours after I checked in, a lovely staff member knocked on my door and offered me a small bowl of soup. I was very confused as I hadn't ordered anything, but upon seeing other guests were receiving this too, I gladly accepted. It was such an unexpected, kind gesture -- this hotel truly knows how to make one feel welcome. I fell ill on the second day of my stay, and thankfully the room was so comfortable, I could recuperate well. My only complaint is that the bedsheets, comforter, pillowcases etc -- all the bedding essentially smells of cigarette smoke. I could also smell cigarette smoke from beyond my room's door at night. This was despite there being a clear sign in the room saying smoking was not allowed inside. Though this is certainly not something you can fault hotel staff for (if guests are adamant to smoke inside, what can housekeeping possibly do?), I just thought I would mention this for any other guests who might be very sensitive to the smell, perhaps you could request staff to rewash the bedding until the smoke smell is entirely gone. After checking out, I also noticed there were some freebies that were part of my booking that I unfortunately missed out on :( There was meant to be welcome fruit, afternoon tea for two and a midnight snack, which I would have loved to try. There was no welcome fruit offered, but I did receive some refreshing juice when I arrived to check in -- it was a hot day and I was grateful for the welcome drink. For the other stuff, as I didn't realise it was part of the booking perks, I never asked, and consequently seem to have missed out. I also want to say that aside from the rooms, the lobby area is quite lovely -- very tastefully decorated, peaceful, and I even saw they had some free coffee out for guests! I only noticed this when I was checking out though, and my taxi was already on the way to pick me up, so I could not indulge. Maybe it would be helpful if the reception staff could share all this info with guests when they check in, especially with the foreign guests who are already a bit confused and trying to get their bearings ^-^ Just a suggestion! Thank you for a nice stay. I will definitely be back again soon.

YYWWe had a very pleasant stay at Novotel. The location was fantastic with easy access to the MRT and also to the key sights! While we had a small encounter with one of the front desk staff on the morning when we had to go off early on a day trip to Luoyang, the staff have been hospitable and would go out of their way to help us. We are particularly happy with the lady in the restaurant and the staff within the restaurant. Always ready with a smile! Would like to give an excellent review for 小任, the housekeeping staff who cleaned our rooms daily! There was an evening when we returned to find that she had taken the initiative to wash my socks for me. I was pleasantly shocked by the gesture! There was no need for her to do so, yet, she went out of her way to make us feel at home! Thank you Novotel! We would definitely choose to stay with you again!

KKhoy KhengThis is a very good hotel where things work, which do not happen all the time in Chinese hotels. It is clean, has good sanitation and good sound insulation. Even though we cannot set temperature for the room's air-conditioner, the central air-con was set cold enough in the hot summer heat. Its location is superb, just less than 50m from the metro station. The 酸梅汤 it provided in the lobby was very much welcome in the heat.

LLiza HaronThis has got to be the cleanest and most comfortable hostel i have ever stayed in during my travels in China, with great views of the city since it's on the 21st floor, located right next to the metro surrounded by malls and restaurants. The host was very friendly, helpful and speaks pretty good English. The staff were nice as well. Although there was a minor setback during my stay, it was quickly resolved with mutual understanding. Overall, i had a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting Xian to choose Tiny Spot Youth Hostel.
