Extremely impressed with the service at the hotel. - I arrived at the hotel at about 12pm, not expecting to be able to check-in but I was allowed to check-in immediately! - I added the hotel’s WeChat account when checking in and was immediately sent a word document with lots of recommendations for Xi’An and even a suggested itinerary. The staff were also very prompt in responding to any questions that I posed over WeChat. I asked them where i could buy contact lens solution and they even offered to pour me some. I truly appreciate how they went out of their way to make my stay comfortable 😊

After my review for one night on 8th for, we are now booked for rejuvenated room with so much more bigger room space and on 5th flr which is quiet and, I believe, smoke free flr. The day reception is sufficiently staffed and with friendly receptionists always ready to assist queries, except for travel related matters. But I suggest receptionists shld be equipped with basic knowledge of places of interest and how to get there instead of directing all quests to travel desk, located besides reception desk. For breakfast, I really hope to see improvements to variety of cooking and types of food, especially for travellers who intend to stay one week in Xian. On our second day breakfast here, we already got sick of same variety of fruits or jams or noodle etc. Hope to see improvements. On the whole, highly recommend this quiet and conveniently located hotel for would be quests. There is a very good foodcourt in WangFuqin shopping center located about 1 km walk- can find simple vegetarian options there and all at very reasonable price even for other foods.

For a European, the most amazing hotel in China ♥️♥️♥️! By far such unparalleled sophistication with incredible smart and nice staff. Especially the gentleman who helps with the luggage and stands at the entrance with the traditional outfit did an amazing job, always thinking 3 steps ahead with whatever you need. He went out of his way to help with translation, organising and any questions I had. He was more supportive than the front desk. A great thank you also to Sunny! Without her, i would have struggled. She helped me with any room services I needed and always answered immediately. What an amazing hotel, beautiful designed rooms, delicious breakfast! Afterwards you will struggle to find a place like this anywhere else in China

We stayed here for 2 nights and everyone was really nice and friendly. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable. The location is good, walking distance from South Gate. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around. The restaurant of the hotel has really good food. We went there for the two nights after exploring and the food was tasty and the portions are big from a European point of view. Breakfast has a mixture of sweet and savoury foods. We also used the laundry room that has self service. The check out went smoothly with the help of Amy, Emma and Huang.

Located near to CityWall. For those who wish to stay near to the CityWall, I recommend you stay at this hotel. There are a garden near the city wall and at night there are pubs and live music across the wall. You can visit their morning market near the wall. There are some restaurants near the hotel and you explore behind the hotel, there is a restaurant that serve barbecue meat and local food

The location is really the best. It is just across drum tower and the night market. The Muslim market is connected to the night night which is really vibrant at night. It is easy to get around coz the bell tower and the City wall sites are just nearby. This hotel’s breakfast is good. Hotel staff service is commendable. They are very helpful. Free use of their washing machine and dryer for your laundry! What a surprise! The room is big for my family. Comfy beds and pillows. Warm toilet seat and my family’s stay is so relaxing. We enjoyed our stay in Elong Anyue hotel. I only have one suggestion. Please let your house keeping clean the toilet and the bathroom everyday. Make them check if guests have enough shampoo, bath soap and conditioner. Other than that, everything is perfect!

I have stayed two hotel in Xi an this trip, however the other hotel I stayed is newer, but I still recommended to stay this hotel as the location of the hotel really win. It’s very convenient, the metro station is very near, downstair of the hotel is all the shops and eatery, even u go to the bell and drum tower or Muslim quarter, it’s just walking distance to go back to the hotel. Cons is there’s no fridge for the room , abit strange although I booked a family room, the toilet wall is made from glasses and look through abit (just abit skin colour) if u look from outside the toilet. Overall, the location of the hotel is fascinating.

I must extend a special thanks to Miss Zhong, the Customer Service Officer, for her outstanding service, particularly in catering to our needs as foreigners. Miss Zhong went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and always went the extra mile to address any concerns or questions we had. Her professionalism and dedication were truly commendable, and she made us feel right at home. Additionally, I would like to thank our room manager Ms Xie (谢立琴）for the fantastic laundry services provided during our stay. Our washed clothing was returned fully folded and in impeccable order, which was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. Such attention to detail truly reflects the high standards of service that Center Hotel Xi'an（Bell Tower) strives to maintain. The overall experience at your hotel was memorable and delightful, thanks to the efforts of your entire staff. The comfortable accommodations, delicious breakfast and afternoon tea and excellent amenities all contributed to making our stay truly enjoyable. We had a very pleasant stay at Novotel. The location was fantastic with easy access to the MRT and also to the key sights! While we had a small encounter with one of the front desk staff on the morning when we had to go off early on a day trip to Luoyang, the staff have been hospitable and would go out of their way to help us. We are particularly happy with the lady in the restaurant and the staff within the restaurant. Always ready with a smile! Would like to give an excellent review for 小任, the housekeeping staff who cleaned our rooms daily! There was an evening when we returned to find that she had taken the initiative to wash my socks for me. I was pleasantly shocked by the gesture! There was no need for her to do so, yet, she went out of her way to make us feel at home! Thank you Novotel! We would definitely choose to stay with you again!

It's a good hotel located in the center of the district. Within a walking distance around 10 minutes to the Drum Tower. Clean and tidy. They allowed us to upgrade our room without an additional charge. They have a tour service in the hotel too, where we can conveniently book our taxi to the airport or to the tourism attraction places. There were a lot of food sellers beside the hotel. And at night, there were sellers with their electric vehicle selling snacks or fruits along the pavement. Definitely recommend.
