Penginapan Wow Courtyard Hotels di Xi'an

Disappointed with this hotel for the following reasons: 1. Check in time was 2pm but our room was still not ready when we reached for check in at about 4 plus pm. Had to wait for housekeeping to clean our room, very bad! 2. Upon check in, room had urine smell and had to request housekeeping to come clean again and sprayed air refresher. 3. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and the lift broke down on second day of our stay and all the guests had to climb the stairs. Very bad they took so long to repair and lift was not made good when we checked out. The poor hotel staff and security guard had to hand carry our luggages down from the fourth floor. Really appreciative! They did it for the other guests also 😅😅😅 4. Hotel breakfast was the same everyday and not much variety, so do not expect too much. Much said for the above, staff was generally friendly and pretty responsive when we had queries or required assistance though...

中間出了一些小插曲，但是在入住期間住的還是很舒服的，特別喜歡床墊，很解乏，而且位置真的很好很好，周邊吃的逛的都很多，愛了旁邊的新疆伊犁飯店，麪坐的是真真好吃，已經安利給身邊的小夥伴了。 酒店給做了延遲退房兩點，但是我晚上的飛機，續鐘點房的時候前台小妹態度很好，給打了折。 但是還是想吐槽兩句…剛入住的時候真的很不爽很不爽，第一個房間房卡開不開，旁邊有個房間，那就先安排我去旁邊房間，馬桶上有毛髮，床單上有污漬…然後保潔阿姨給換床單清理，然後可算弄好了，要中午休息一會，窗簾關不上…拉也拉不動，按開關也關不了，給前台打電話，前台説不會吧…然後不相信這回事，等了十分鐘還沒上來又打電話催促，才上來發現確實如此，遇到這種情況不是第一時間應該過來人處理解決嗎？等那十多分鐘等的有點惱火。 又給我換房… 結果換到樓上新房間，打開被子準備休息，床單上一根長長的女士頭髮在裏面…真無語…感覺保潔打掃真的是不上心，大概有二三十釐米的長頭髮…算了算了自己給扔了睡覺吧。 然後這個房間的洗手池插座也是壞的，這兩天吹頭髮都是用的床頭的插座。 説完不好的，也要説説好的，服務人員也都挺客氣的，整體環境真的很好，兩百多的價格我感覺性價比挺高，關鍵很安靜，房間寬敞，是我喜歡的風格，住的也很舒服，個人覺得不遜色全季桔子，但是房間衞生檢查和設備維護這一塊跟不上，就是後勤拉跨。 下次來西安還會入住這裏。
