Opened in 2022, the Xiangbanhuajian B&B (Qinling Wildlife Park) is a great accommodation choice in Xi'an. Xi'an South Railway Station and Xi'an Xianyang International Airport are located 27km and 63km away respectively. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Chang'an Tianziyu Huaxiang Base, Baita Temple and Baolong Valley all nearby. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This Xi'an hotel offers parking on site. There's never a dull moment at this hotel, our guests indicate that the facilities are excellent.

受夠了都市的人山人海，尤其是近幾年西安人越來越多。兩家人一起帶孩子來秦嶺的民宿跨年，一進民宿，文藝清新的小院子讓人很舒心。各種細緻的小裝扮非常有過年的氣氛。
老闆是個超級文藝的暖男，民宿樓上樓下兩層，樓頂還有可以露營的區域，每個房間都裝修地很簡約，小裝飾也很漂亮。有音響，有多功能插座很貼心。公共區域是一個很大的讀書區域還有喝茶下棋的區域，哥哥和妹妹在一起下棋非常温馨
房間又文藝又乾淨。餐廳裝修地也很漂亮，我們來的早，房間還沒打掃出來就在外面喝了一會茶。晚餐在餐廳吃的，無論是菜還是酸湯麪都非常棒，孩子們吃的非常好。這裏還有各種飲品，現磨咖啡，真真的 是放鬆的一天，特別滿意，跨年的氣氛真的拉滿。[贊R]
竟然還有充電樁哦，老闆還送了砂糖橘和大桶可樂，我們給娃煮開了喝，真的是甜在心裏哦[萌萌噠R]

In the twenty-first year of Tang Zhenguan, Emperor Taizong of Tang, Li Shimin, ordered Yan Lide to re-expand and repair the original Taihe Palace, and named it Cuiwei Palace. And surrounded by a large foothill north of Cuiwei Palace to form the Royal Forbidden Garden, called "Inner Garden", also known as Cuiwei Palace Lower Garden. The village was originally related to the imperial temple and theater building, which was changed to a private school during the Republic of China, and after liberation, it was an elementary school, with rich piers, curved cornices, carved plant and animal patterns, thick mountain flowers at the tip of the mountain, and flower-shaped iron nails fixed between the Bofeng bricks; There is also an immovable cultural relic An Clan Ancestral Hall, which is used as a Buddhist hall. 洗髮水和沐浴露呢？第二天才知道有管家服務。
如你週末周邊爬山當天想住在山裡，不太建議。因為不太適合親子，。整體低於預期。性價比自然一般。
浮雲間和白雲外套間的吊頂裏有老鼠，大晚上老鼠咯噠咯噠的跑步聲（如視頻），吵的太難受，睡不好😣，我還是深睡眠患者都被吵醒，過週末過得很躁。

1.終南人家的房間位於走廊，很吵，過來過去像一個九十年代的招待所，衞生不達標，馬桶裏還未清洗乾淨。住宿這塊像是一個好一點的農家樂。酒店想要提升一定要在住宿上下功夫。2.游泳館內拖鞋不消毒，亂拉亂穿，游泳池內水有雜質。換衣洗澡區滿地頭髮，衞生臟兮兮無人打掃，活脱脱十幾年前大眾澡堂的樣子。又冷又不衞生。
説點好的:1.酒店辦入住吃飯的主樓裝修的是最好的，餐廳咖啡廳書屋便利店比較完善。2.生態環境公園式的，路遇好幾位長者，長者們都比較喜歡，有涼亭有燈光秀有歷史背景，空氣好，慢節奏。3.小廣場有小孩玩的石滑梯，小型攀巖，小孩玩的不亦樂乎。還有收費的無動力樂園和馬場，小孩户外活動豐富。
真心希望酒店越來越好，背靠這麼好的生態環境和歷史背景，酒店要想持續發展需引入專業管理團隊，提升品質，擺脱老化管理，人員不專業的農家樂水準。設施提升的同時一定要衞生達標！各方位的衞生都不好，希望酒店管理層注意。

PPengguna TetamuI recently stayed at Yunhe Yebo Hotel, booked through Trip.com, and it has easily become one of the most remarkable hotel experiences I've ever had. This 4-star hotel offers unparalleled service and cost performance value, surpassing even some of the 5-star hotels I've stayed in across 15+ countries.
From the thoughtful touches like the daily replenished welcome fruits to the ferry service, every detail reflects their commitment to guest satisfaction. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its people—especially the exceptional receptionist, Shujie (舒洁).
An hour before I was scheduled to leave for the airport via the ferry service, I decided on a last-minute cab ride to savor one more taste of Xi'an. Unfortunately, I misplaced my work phone in the taxi (DiDi), which could have resulted in a nightmare of police reports and stressful explanations to my employer. To make matters worse, I had no local mainland contact number to reach the driver directly.
Enter Shujie. With only 10 minutes before our departure, she sprang into action, bridging the communication gap between us and the driver through the ride-hailing platform's customer service. She persisted despite the complexity of the situation, calmly navigating through endless explanations to the service representatives. Shujie didn’t just stop there—she went above and beyond, exploring options to have the phone delivered to the airport or couriered to my destination if needed.
Thanks to her persistence, genuine care, and determination, I am happily writing this review today, with my work phone safely returned. Shujie exemplifies the kind of service that transforms a stressful crisis into a positive, memorable experience.
If Yunhe Yebo Hotel has locations in other cities I visit, I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. This is a place where the staff genuinely cares about their guests, and their actions reflect it in every way. Highly recommend!
我最近通过Trip.com预订了云和夜泊酒店的住宿，这次体验毫无疑问成为了我最难忘的一次酒店体验之一。这家四星级酒店的服务和性价比令人惊艳，甚至超过了我在15多个国家入住过的一些五星级或超五星级酒店。
从每天补充的欢迎水果到渡船服务，酒店的每一个细节都体现了对客人的周到关怀。但真正让这家酒店脱颖而出的，是他们的服务团队，特别是接待员舒洁的卓越表现。
在我准备搭乘酒店渡船前往机场的一个小时前，我为了不留遗憾，决定打车去一家餐厅再品尝一次西安的美食。不幸的是，我把工作手机落在了出租车（滴滴）上。这几乎意味着我需要提交至少两份警察报告，还得向老板解释为何会有几天无法联系的状况，更别提重新激活备用手机所需的时间了。雪上加霜的是，由于我没有本地大陆的联系电话，无法直接联系到司机。
这时候，舒洁挺身而出。在听到我的困境后，她迅速采取行动，通过滴滴的客服帮助我们与司机建立了联系。在离开酒店前往机场仅剩10分钟的情况下，她冷静高效地与客服进行了多次沟通，耐心地解释了我们的情况。而且，她的努力并没有止步于此——她甚至主动帮助安排司机将手机送到机场，或者在无法实现的情况下寄送到我们的目的地。
正是因为她的坚持、真诚的关怀和决心，我才能在此愉快地撰写这篇评论，并且手机也已经顺利找回。舒洁的服务堪称典范，她把一次潜在的危机变成了令人感动的美好回忆。
如果我去其他城市旅行时有云和夜泊酒店的分店，这将是我唯一的选择。这是一家真正关心客人的酒店，他们用实际行动展现了这一点。强烈推荐！

PPengguna TetamuWhat an amazing stay!!! The room was very amazing, breakfast was also very good. The front desk personnel is very nice and helpful. They have upgraded our room for free and offered us some fruits in the room. Our room had air conditioning and the mattress was quite comfortable. At check-out we were gifted a goodbye souvenir which was a very sweet gesture!
Altogether we really enjoyed our stay here. The neighbourhood is also very nice and modern with many restaurants around. The only minor downside is that the metro is slightly far by foot, especially if you walk 15-20km per day. For this we highly highly recommend DiDi (taxi app). It’s very affordable (only 16 rmb = 2 euros to the South Gate).

GgraceThe two stars on service, one for concierge one for the hotel bar’s waitress (Rose 游娜，a trainee but who offered us excellent service , made up for other issue we felt being unfairly treated).
The itself, being a historical building and all, looks magnificent. Even though the decor may seem dated, but inside our room was comfortable, and cosy, we got nothing to complain.
Concierge would accept our deliveries and helped with luggage and all, again, nothing to complain.
BUT, on the second day, the hotel housekeeping mistakenly took a huge bagful of our travel stuff ( including snacks, mini packed laundry detergents, biscuits, fruits, alcohol wipes , packed tissues etc), they simply throw away as garbage. We deliberately left it in a corner so it WONT be mistaken as rubbish. We did NOT leave it next to the bin, and we HAVE already taken out our takeaway boxes.
Because we did not at all expect this to happen at a five star hotel , we did not realise it was missing until the next morning when we were getting ready to leave for train station. At this point, when we called, the hotel told us, housekeeping merely thrown out two EMPTY takeaway boxes, that was NOT true! They could confirm it from surveillance camera that it’s s about heavy yellow bag been taken out instead of two empty takeaway boxes.
Yes, perhaps it’s not valuable, it’s not a gold chain or a camera, but it’s something very handy to our long journey , and their initial response was not acceptable. We are also not sure what other small things we have left inside the bag ( Because we didn’t think someone will throw it out!!!!).
It was obvious it’s not a bag of garbage, if they were not sure why not keep it until we are back and ask? In all the years staying in any international five star hotel chains, we’ve never had to deal with such situation …
And one more thing, made us uncomfortable, was before we depart we decided to have a drink in the hotel bar. I asked the bar staff for two Proseccos, she replied if it’s the bubbly free drink being offer upon check in. I spent about 60rmb for two sips, and only to find out it was offer for free which we never been offered upon our arrival ( was nobody else just us two on the arrival night).
However. After hearing my complain, the bar staff Rose was very thoughtful gave me a second pour, I still paid, but at least feeling not as mistreated. Perhaps this just the final straw on the pile.
On check out, the front desk staffs were busy, no one asked how was our stay , so I did not tell them our experience as above, I had only this one chanel to let out.
Legend, not so legend.
传奇酒店让我期待已久，毕竟全球六家，而且在西安的历史建筑内，所以完全没有考虑其他酒店，哪怕我本身几乎不住索菲特，也没有用过accor的loyalty program。
酒店所在建筑的确很棒，我很喜欢，里面的设施也都达到需求。礼宾部前台都很有礼貌，让人觉得很帮助。但是我遇到了两件事，让我觉得以后恐怕不会回来。
1，我们有一个旅途中用的袋子（黄色美团超市袋，里面是一个大的绿色纸袋，因为美团袋子不怕脏放在火车站火车上地上都不担心弄脏，到家了直接拿下来丢掉即可）。里面放了各种小零食，全部可以肉眼看到没有拆开，还有路上用的小包纸巾，ole买的小包酒精湿纸巾，还有小号垃圾袋，以及旅行装洗洁精等。我们把它放在书桌边上的一个墙角，特地放得离垃圾桶区域远一些（房间也没有很多空间放东西我们也不能当路中间）。在我们用完了外卖以及快递后，按照酒店茶几上放的小牌子的要求，打电话请客房部也来收走了。我们理解古建筑立面万一染上污渍会比较难清理。
结果我们离开了一个白天，回来也没特意检查，毕竟这是我们住的地方，我也不想一天到晚防贼一样，也没有对自己的物品拍照。到了第二天我们准备收拾东西离开酒店了，发现这个袋子不见了，这是一个至少有8-10斤左右的袋子，不会轻易错过，于是我们致电酒店管家，在插叙后，告知的确丢掉，但就是一包里面两个空外卖盒… 这是让我最生气和不愿意接受的部分，不小心处理了，不能理解也得理解，但是总不能说瞎话，cctv调出来，我来看看这位清理人员拎出来的是什么东西？？？ 随便看一眼就看到里面的东西都是没有吃过没有用过，就算不确定我也能理解，为什么不放半天等客人回来了确认一下？这里面没有任何异味和汁水，存放一下并不会妨碍你们的酒店。或许对酒店来说，都是些不值钱的东西，没了就没了，有什么好抱怨的，但是将心比心，东西的价值很多时候不在意实际价钱的高低。我们在外面旅行，这些东西是我们的需求，不是钱能买的。
第二个点，我们在离店前，去酒店的酒吧喝一杯，我问吧台服务员点起泡酒（之前我在房间点过，意大利起泡酒），她问我是不是入住时候免费送的起泡酒，我当时就愣了，入住的时候，没有任何人offer我们任何到店饮品。而且到店时就我们俩没有别的客人（所以不是因为太忙）。我拿着一小杯我要付钱别人免费的起泡酒加上被丢了东西，心里不是滋味，不患寡而患不均。是，说我小气，60多一杯的酒在这儿逼逼… 我朋友点了个咖啡，我看到旁边来了另外两个客人，其中一位和一个服务员说，我上次来你们也送的哦，别忘了哦，服务员轻声说知道知道。之间随她的咖啡一起来的，是一份曲奇饼干… 看这个我们桌上孤零零的饮品，心里又是一根稻草压上去。
可能吧台一位员工看到了这个问题，她还是个实习生，也知道了我关于免费不免费起泡酒的不满，于是主动给我续了一杯酒，还拿了饼干（虽然我们也没有吃）、但是心里好受了很多。人真是奇怪的动物（我自己），确实这些都是小东西小细节不值钱可能，但是感觉不公平那就像损失了一个亿，同样是客人为什么没有标准化的服务流程，需要客人去“哭奶喝”，… 逼着大家小气。我不知道这个酒店开了多少时间，但是与传奇这个品牌相比，远远还做的不够。希望传奇品牌有的不紧是历史人物们踏足过的辉煌， 更能够创造属于自己新的传奇。

PPengguna Tetamu酒店環境很好，衞生乾淨設施設備齊全，門口就是免費停車場，出行也很方便，雙向地鐵口旁邊就是三號線和六號線離一些旅遊景點也非常的近，前台辦理入住速度也很快，還贈送了歡迎水果，並介紹上下午茶的時間，早餐也是多種多樣，非常好吃，晚上22:00到00:00還有免費的夜宵，西紅柿雞蛋麪和炸醬麪房間沒有任何的隱形消費礦泉水也是無限供應酒店，所有工作人員也很熱情的打招呼，Wi-Fi都是無密碼直接連接，退房時，前台小姐姐還會問我們對房間的一個入住感受，總之服務好，交通便利，地理位置優越，周邊進店也眾多，非常推薦！

PPengguna TetamuWe checked in at 2am. There were one person at the reception and another bellhop at his 60s. Other than then 60s bellhop was friendly greeting us, the receptionist has no chill or whatsoever to welcome us. We have 6 luggages and our rooms can’t be accessed by just a lift directly. This hotel failed to mention that all these rooms can only be accessed by different flight of stairs and elevator. This particular large room can only be accessed by 3 different flights of stairs at different location. There is this particular stairs we have to climb down to our room, has no lights, we have to use our own phone torch. At first we were told it’s their procedure to switch off the stairs light after 12am. After complaints, they decided to switch it on for the rest of our stays. Throughout we carried our luggages our self to the room as the bellhop is old, we were afraid we gave him too much stress. Room wise, the tv, living room, wardrobe arrangement has no common sense at all. 2 tvs each facing the bed. The living room has no tv, so if you wanna chill and watch tv with your family, go to your bed and watch. There is only one wardrobe at the living room blocked by the sofa. You have to squeeze in to hang your jacket. There is no coffee cups or spoon. I stir my coffee with their tooth brush provided in a Champaign glass. You might ask why a Champaign glass, because the room service just doesn’t wash your normal glasses after you use it. Worth mentioning, the coffee I drank in the morning, the glass is still there unwashed at night. The can of coke I left it there on the first day, was still there on the last day. Probably they think leaving it there for long will taste better. The room service is really bare min. I understand this is a garden balcony kind of hotel, like a chalet, but they should really buck up on their bellhop services and room cleaning services. It’s really tiring to walk and carry our luggages to our own room. Not to mention checking out is the same. The safety of the guest are not really taken care of given that they expect you to use your own torch to navigate down the stairs on the first day. Also, the everyday room service does not clean the bedsheets even if there are clothes tags or clothes linen on the bed. They simply pull the sheets, tuck in, as long as it looks nice, they doesn’t care about what’s on it and underneath the blanket. Just wanna say, The price we paid for this hotel is same as those nearby.

The room is fully equipped with all the things that we need. Location wise, it is very convenient with an underground train station just next to it. Scenic spots are also just down the road! Will definitely recommend Sheraton to others.

LLuteliteTiny Spots Youth Hostel is a small and comfortable place conveniently located conveniently located in the city center, a few steps away from the Sports Center subway station along the Red line. Just 500meters away is the Small Pagoda. From the 21st floor, where the backpackers place is at, one can have views of the Drum Tower 钟楼 , the small pagoda, the Shaanxi Historical Museum and other views of the Tao Gu area.
As soon as I got inside the backpackers place, I felt comfortable with the spaciousness and tidiness. A decently large living room sits various furnitures, ensuring space for backpackers who want to watch the television, play video games, or just lounge around on the sofa. There are also working spaces for those who wish to find a place to use the laptop or read. Soft music can be heard filling the place. Water is free for all; snacks, tea and coffee are also available for all. There is adequate space in the large fridge for those who wish to store their food. Although the kitchen is not available to be used, they do offer a microwave to heat up food.
The rooms are clean and sparsely furnished. On my first night, i got a bunk in a room that had no windows, but the front desk staff initiated a bunk at another room that has a large window with better ventilation. I was pleased with his promptness. I stayed for two nights at this place.
Cleanliness is top notched. A.cleaner woman is usually there in the day for routine and prompt cleaning. Toilet tissue is always in ready supply. Bathrooms and toilet cubicles are shared among the genders. I thought it was gonna be a problem, but my concerns were unfounded. Guests were all respectful, cordial and help keep the place clean.
The hostel is owned and designed by a warm and friendly local, Mr Ba, who is there most times to welcome the guests and to supervise. He was a gracious host who made me feel welcome and gave me some local knowledge about this beautiful amcient city. Overall, I can't say enough how thankful I am with my stay here. Convenient location, clean, safe, relaxing, welcoming... I highly recommend this place.
