All was good except not as clean as it could be, and I booked a non smoking room but there were ash trays in the room.

The room was so hot I couldn’t sleep. I thought when other reviews said that, it couldnt Be true, but it is. The shower was great though and the staff is friendly. Breakfast ends at 9am, which is way too early.

Central location in between Bus terminal (720m, 10mins walk) & Labrang Monastery (7mins walk) along the Main Street. Got upgraded to a huge suite- big comfy bed, hot water and usual accompaniments. Good service, breakfast was ok - Chinese style.

It was very difficult to communicate in English with the staff despite using the apps. Recommended only for Chinese speakers. Not suitable if you're looking for information on tourist sites and how to get there.

Dirty hotel —> My room had a carpet soaked with damp and covered in large stains. The next day, cleaning was minimal. No breakfast for Westerners, no English-speaking staff. This type of hotel should be avoided by Westerners.

The hotel environment was so-so. They turned off the air conditioning at 10:00 AM, making it very stuffy and difficult to sleep.

The rooms are well equipped and the room service and restaurant service are satisfactory. Two problems: First, the room temperature was too high, about 30 degrees, and there was no temperature control. I reported this to the hotel, and they said that the heating temperature in Xiahe is always that high and the hotel cannot control it. We opened the windows and drew the curtains, but didn't dare turn on the lights because there was a hotel across the street. We couldn't fall asleep in bed at all. It felt like we were in a scorching hot room with no ventilation or air conditioning. It was minus 14 degrees outside, but it was suffocatingly hot inside! We, an elder who was almost 70 years old, had to travel the next day, so we didn't sleep the whole night and just endured the scorching heat.

Located in the bustling area of ​​Xiahe County, it is a top-ranked hotel. The hygiene is average. It is not cold at night. It should be heated. The hotel provides unified food. But the nose is very dry. The breakfast is average. If you are not used to it, you can go out to eat. The waiters are very kind and friendly. There is a small supermarket near the hotel. Xiahe County is not big, with 2 main roads.

This hotel is quite conspicuous on the main street of Xiahe Town, with convenient parking lot. The hotel was built a long time ago and the facilities are old, but the transportation is convenient and there are many restaurants nearby.

It's very good. The front desk upgraded us to a room type. Parking is also convenient.

The hotel is quite remarkable. It's a ten-minute walk to the station and an eight-minute walk to Labrang Monastery. The hotel is probably the best on that street. It's more convenient and the staff is friendly. The room is very big and the sanitary conditions are OK. Overall it's great. I will stay here again next time I come to Xiahe.
