Ulasan Atour X Hotel, South Square of Xiamen Railway Station

At first I wanted to write a good review, but my ongoing stay through weekends there turned out to be not a great idea. The room was nice. Design was very aesthetic and spacious. It is so close to Metro and train. The best feature is the very generous laundry area. However, this is one of those properties with no cooling in winter. The staff kindly offered me electric fan, else I would have lodged for relocation. The problem, however did not stop there. My room, even when on the highest level, was facing a club running throughout the night from 10PM until late morning in the weekend. Since there is no cooling, I had to open the very small window chute for cool air. It is not helping when the air polution were very bad during my stay. The worst thing was that the nightclub music was very loud on sunday and it was running until 430AM. I think the management should look into negotiating with the nightclub, which was apparently also a 'talents agency'. I only had 2 hours of sleep at most before my flight. No aircon, bad air, noise from outside throughout the night. I would recommend people to only stay there during weekdays on the coldest winter when factories are not working, unless you want to miss out on good night sleep. What a pity, because the rest of the experience was great.

Very good location and clean condition

Hotel is very central south exit for the Railway Station, room is clean and no second hand smell of smoke which is wonderful however what let's this hotel down is the breakfast, it's absolutely terrible, I have lived in China for 8 years and not bothered if the food Chinese style or Western Style but the food is cold, inedible especially the sausages which are not even cooked, the noodle station is not to good flavor is bland and shame because Xiamen has lots of yummy food, furthermore the breakfast room is very very depressing!

The hotel is quite new and the rooms were spacious. It is just 10 mins walk from the train station.

Very nice design hotel with hard wood floor for the room,marble and natural stone for bathroom wall and floor. Excellent service at front desk and house keeping . Location is very convenient, too. Would highly recommend this hotel to visitors to Xiamen.

On the first night of stay we had a little issue with the toilet. The staffs at the time didn't handle the situation well. I then left a message to the trip.com customer agent and the next day the general manager Mr Ma greeted us personally and resolved our issue to a very high standard. Mr Ma thank you very much for your hospitality. 谢谢马总的款待

The hotel did the job for a one night stay. The bed and room were generally comfortable. The location is ok, but as Xiamen is so small I suppose any location would be ok!

我非常滿意，本人協母春節期間來廈門旅遊，我是一個比較潔癖的人，入住前樓層管理特地幫忙又檢查了一遍房間的衞生情況，房間的位置也比較中心，去機場、景點都很方便。工作人員也特別有禮貌，見到會主動打招呼問好，對於我的需求，前台會第一時間接到電話後處理解決。且酒店晚上9:30-11:00還有温馨的粥品，讓人有一種賓至如歸的感覺，樓層基礎設施也很完善，有免費的健身房和洗衣房，洗衣烘乾非常方便。酒店門口步行大概二三百米就是公交車站。晚上住宿也很安靜，我和母親非常滿意，也感謝亞朵酒店和全體工作人員，為我們本次旅程增添了很多温馨，致使我們的旅程非常愉快。如果有機會再臨廈門，我依然會選擇亞朵X。

酒店服務人員態度都很和善，房間很大也很乾淨，隔音也很好，特別好的是有機器人把外賣送到房間，房間一次性用具也都很有質感，不是很差的那種。晚上還有免費的稀飯供應，有洗衣機烘乾機可以免費使用，更厲害的是連洗衣液都是自動加入，不用額外準備，還有人幫忙把一些洗的衣服沒有及時下來拿的，放去烘乾或者幫忙收起來。地點離火車站南廣場很近，如果要從廈門輻射出去泉州漳州去玩很方便，走一個地下道就可以到北廣場，那邊吃的選擇就多很多了。

首先地理位置就非常便捷，廈門火車站南廣場出站之後步行2分鐘就到達酒店大堂。其測試酒店硬件設施非常過關，乾淨舒適，房間也非常的安靜，另外指導表揚的是細節感滿滿，這是獨自一人來廈門跑馬拉松，從入住的時候酒店服務員就詢問是否需要延遲退房，而且還可以準備了加油能量包和祝福語，讓人感到非常驚喜和温暖。
