The Xiamen Airlines Golden Egret Hotel truly delivers a five-star experience with its top-notch facilities! The guest rooms are spacious and bright, featuring smart electric curtains and branded bathroom fixtures. The wet/dry separation design is practical and thoughtful, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. The public areas are well-equipped, with an indoor pool and a fitness center boasting advanced equipment. High-speed WiFi is available throughout, and the conference facilities are professional. From the rooms to the public spaces, the amenities reflect both quality and attention to detail. Everything is clean, tidy, and well-maintained. My stay exceeded expectations, and this will definitely be my go-to choice next time I visit Xiamen!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the lake view is beautiful. The service was impeccable, with a rich breakfast and even late-night snacks. Highly recommended!

My stay at the Xiamen Airlines Golden Egret Hotel was fantastic! The location is superb, right next to Yuandang Lake, making for pleasant walks and sightseeing. Getting to other attractions was also very convenient. The service was thoughtful and attentive; check-in at the front desk was efficient, and they patiently answered all my questions. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and it was quiet. Breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh ingredients. Attention to detail was evident everywhere, and it offered great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Xiamen!

Arrived at 5 AM, and the front desk staff was incredibly polite with excellent service. The room was great; I even got an upgrade. They also allowed for a late check-out, which really shows they care about their guests' needs and comfort. Fantastic experience, I'll definitely be back.

Never disappoints, it's consistently clean and cozy. For a late-night snack, they had my favorite cold dressed bamboo shoots. The room was upgraded to an executive room, and the small details were spot on, like the cotton swabs for ear cleaning and hair ties. Butler Linyi's service was attentive and always there when needed.

I mainly came to Xiamen for an exhibition, and all the services were excellent. They contacted me in advance on the evening before my check-in and assigned a butler to assist me. They were able to accommodate my special room requests. On the second day, they even noticed I had hand-washed clothes and thoughtfully provided laundry detergent. The front desk also upgraded my room type and arranged for a late-night snack. The facilities, hygiene, environment, and service were all superb. Truly worthy of a XiamenAir hotel!

Centrally located in Xiamen, right next to Bailuzhou Park, with lake-view rooms offering stunning views of Yuandang Lake. I chose this hotel because it's close to my friend's place. The front desk lady was super enthusiastic and provided concierge service. All my questions during my stay were answered and resolved, and they even gave me a welcome gift, upgraded my room, and provided a late-night snack. Definitely a hotel with great value for money! 👍 (Realized I forgot to take pictures, so I can only show the luggage tag I received, some of the breakfast, and the lake view to give you an idea.)

The hotel under Xiamen Airlines is really good. The armchair in the room is very comfortable, like a first-class cabin sofa, and the lake view from the room is beautiful when you wake up during the day. Even during the National Day holiday, there was no unreasonable price hike. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and tidy with elegant decor, and the airplane-style recliners were especially relaxing. The staff were warm and attentive, providing detailed recommendations for local specialty foods and attractions. They even personally escorted us to our room, which was a very thoughtful touch. The breakfast offered a rich variety and high quality. What made it even better was that during the Mid-Autumn Festival, the hotel gifted us mooncakes and a greeting card, making us feel incredibly welcomed. Highly recommended!

Pros: The lake view is nice and the room is clean. The young lady at the front desk had a great service attitude. Free mineral water. Cons: The room is small, the bathroom is small, the window is sealed shut, and the decor feels dated. The price was high during the National Day holiday, so it wasn't good value for money. Other: I didn't have time to experience the hairpin-making activity included in the package. I asked, and they provide costumes and headwear, but you need to do your own makeup. The late-night snack service started after 10 PM, which was too late, so I didn't go. Breakfast was only included for adults; children's breakfast required an extra charge. However, the breakfast was quite rich.

Highly recommend the butler service! They were very enthusiastic and provided a comprehensive guide to the surrounding area. The view of Yundang Lake from the window was lovely. Valet parking is available, and the late-night snacks were plentiful. We even got a nice surprise since we stayed during the Mid-Autumn Festival 🥮.

A Perfect Stay with Stunning Views! Every staff member was friendly and went above and beyond. The breakfast buffet was also very good. We highly recommend this hotel.

It was great that the prices didn't go up for the National Day holiday, but having to stand in the bathtub to shower was a really poor design choice. The space wasn't big enough, they could have easily skipped the tub. After showering, I had to climb out of the tub and almost slipped. The lighting in the room was also a major issue. We were fast asleep around 6 AM when all the lights in the room suddenly came on, waking us up. We turned them off and went back to sleep, only for them to turn on again half an hour later. We ended up having to pull the key card out. When I checked out, I told the front desk staff, and he suggested calling to change rooms. But who wants to go through the hassle of changing rooms when they're sound asleep? There were no other solutions offered. I suggest training staff on how to handle negative feedback during checkout to prevent bad reviews.

The Golden Wild Goose Hotel is absolutely fantastic, truly impressive! The location is super convenient, right in the heart of Xiamen, so everything is easily accessible, and some places are even better reached by bike. The service is also top-notch; we received a welcome gift just by checking in at the front desk, and my child got an extra present. The hotel is very generous, with complimentary bottled water and fruit available at the elevator entrance for guests to take, and there was plenty of water in the room too. The room itself was very clean. The hotel service was excellent overall. The breakfast and late-night snacks were also great, with fresh ingredients, delicious flavors, and a wide variety of options. Plus, the hotel pool environment is beautiful. All in all, it was an incredibly satisfying stay. This will definitely be our first choice next time we visit Xiamen!
