Ulasan SIG Resort

Absolutely loved our stay at SIG Resort for the second time, now with our baby! From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was incredibly accommodating and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for our little one. The renovations have really elevated the experience; the updated pool and hot spring areas are fantastic—so much better than before! They provide a refreshing oasis to unwind and enjoy family time. Overall, SIG Resort continues to impress, and we can't wait to return again. Highly recommend it for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!

Usually I’d have something good to say but this time when my fiancé and I went for a lovely getaway, SIG’s amenities were horrible and they fail to mention that on their booking information. There was construction within the hot springs and the the spa was closed. There was no special massage for us. We would usually get the Jade massage but that was not possible this trip. Furthermore, being the only foreigners that had the Vanilla Villa, no one knew what we wanted when it came to driver coming to retrieve us—we spoke mandarin on the phone; they still did not understand us. Lastly, the “western” dinner and breakfast buffet was missing the western food. Needless to say, SIG is not what it use to be. We’ll try again in 2023; this when the place should be done with construction and offer all its great amenities again.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, this hotel has potential for more... unfortunately a little bit worn out, rooms need renovation...

房間雖然不是很新了，但是還是乾淨舒適的，兩張床，一張1.8，一張1.5，太寬敞了，前台給升級有陽台的，可以看到園區和温泉遊樂區滑滑梯，孩子們玩得很開心，温泉都玩了兩趟捨不得走。服務員態度也很友善，早餐自助餐也太好吃了，一樓乒乓球、桌球、書房，兩天真是玩不夠，二樓小童遊樂區都還沒去。下次還會再選盛之鄉🥰

服務：珀萊尼的粉底液忘記帶了，大家都知道珀萊尼遮瑕不好用，所以一直就放着，拿回來打開發現被人用力按了一個懂，甚至不懂粉底有沒有被人偷偷用，雖然是找回來了，但是也不敢用，膈應得很，服務素質太低了

温泉很多，私密性很強；温泉以外設施也很多，趣味性很強；房間景色優美，乾淨舒適；前台接待人員小鄭以及温泉和酒店其他工作人員服務態度都很友好，前台還幫忙升級了房型以及送了水果

酒店內的温泉設施非常完善，不僅有多個不同功能的泡池，還有桑拿房、蒸汽室等，滿足了不同客人的需求。特別值得一提的是，部分泡池還設有私密空間，讓人在享受温泉的同時也能保持一份寧靜與私密。 園區還有室內外的小童遊樂區，是遛娃最佳選擇。

重新裝修後還是第一次來，也是廈門老牌温泉了，室內的湯更多了，很適合想泡温泉又怕曬的人，私密性更好，很適合家庭去，泡泡樂很有創意，小朋友超愛。

同安商住遊玩的首選，很舒適的居住環境與服務人員的用心與貼心，真的很有賓至如歸的感覺。尤其是小袁的熱情服務與餐飲黃家員工服務有米其林一顆星的感覺。連住兩晚，第一天早上用餐的特殊需要，在第二天看到我還主動提供貼心服務，讓我感覺非常棒！感謝！

帶小朋友來度假真的非常適合，孩子玩的非常開心。酒店很多親子設施都是包含在房價裏的，工作人員服務都非常棒，門僮，前台， 客房，泳池，温泉的工作人員對待工作都是駕輕就熟的那種感覺，看得出對公司的喜愛，表現出來就是熱情耐心和積極。

服務態度很好，管家處理事情又親切又麻利。 住的小別墅自帶車庫，有室內室外兩個私人泡池。晚上還能燒烤，燒烤的用具、食材、調味品一應俱全，吃完還有阿姨馬上幫忙收拾，好評～ 就是住房設施有點久了，房門鎖有點不太好使。户外蚊蟲有點多，但是管家有幫忙點艾草驅蟲（好評）。ktv唱不了歌，有點遺憾…

愉快的兩天一夜，温泉很大，還有小童區，孩子玩的不亦樂乎，無限次進出省去很多麻煩，酒店賓客有專屬通道，來的時候人少還給免費升級了豪華房，房型很大，還有大大的浴缸，放出來的也是温泉水，前台小姐姐的態度都很好，泡完温泉還能去周邊逛逛，推薦車廂大排檔夜宵走起~

很讚的住宿體驗!訂的是大房床，前台幫忙升級了房型，帶陽台看園景~棒極了房間寬敞明亮，~房間帶有小陽台~很愜意!泡完温泉回來還可以享受酒店準備的水果!非常貼心

來廈門過生日，朋友推薦的盛之鄉，酒店環境很好，前台小姐姐人很nice，入住後突然高燒身體不舒服小姐姐還讓工作人員準備退燒貼和薑茶送到房間，知道過生日酒店還特意準備了草莓小蛋糕！很好吃，私湯的環境也很好，水質不錯，下次有機會還會再來！😊
