Ulasan Xiamen University Tianlu Seaview Apartment

I hope the next guest will think twice before you book this service Apartment. I saw the similar poor review by other guest that i didnt take note previously. Consequently,I have had a very bad experience as below: 1) Room Type: -  The room I stayed was supposed to be a Seaview Premier Room. But however, i was not given a Peninsula standard room type at 8 floor, and It is at the lower floor not as advertised Floor: 20-57 floor. 2) Room Price: -  The room I booked was supposed to be a Premier Room ( Floor: 20-57). But I got a standard Peninsula Room at lower floor and being charged for double for this smaller too 3) Hotel Service: -  The customer service is really poor. -  They have called me to tell that they have only a low floor seaview room.  -  In wechat, the hotel customer sevice told will try his best to see anything can be arranged better. But after that I have no reply or reponse even though I sent them messages back Amenities: - Toilet is not cleaned properly and small. They are even using one time use recycle towels. The worst hotel I have had stayed at this range in my life.

The quilt was very dirty and yellowed. I used the bath towel and it itched all over. It's ok for a room without windows, but in the room with windows, the central air conditioner was very noisy.

There is a beach downstairs and you can see the beautiful scenery of Gulangyu Island from the hotel!

It's a pity that the rooms in this famous landmark of the Petronas Towers are really bad. I can accept that the facilities are old, but I really can't accept that the equipment is broken and not repaired. The TV is not responding and the lights are broken. After the response, I changed the room, but the TV is still not responding. The customer service later simply refused. We responded. The kitchen sink is also very clogged, the bathroom door screws are loose, and there are small cockroaches. The refrigerator also has food left by the previous tenant... The scariest thing is that another tenant can open our door. So What’s the point of a building that requires facial recognition to enter every day... Very bad check-in experience

The Twin Towers are landmark buildings in this area. I stayed on the 42nd floor, and the view was very good. I could overlook the entire Xiamen University and also the sea view. The service guy was also very nice, and the luggage was properly arranged.
