Nice staff. Still a bit far away to the cruise center.

Atour hotel fan. Clean and comfortable.

Staff is very friendly and helpful despite no english. Location depends what you want to do but still close to several spot (especially Xiamen Mountains-to-Sea Trail - Health Footpaths- photo attached). Unfortunately, there is no restaurant in the hotel, which would have been quite convenient.

This hotel didn’t even clean the room. I had to ask them at 16:00 to send someone to clean the room. I have no idea how this is a 4- star hotel. The shower floods into the bathroom because it was built poorly and no seal on the shower door. The air conditioner vent is taped on to the wall with clear tape. It took 20 minutes to check-in because they could not find my reservation or something. The buffet is not good. It’s very limited. The eggs are burnt and brown. Yes, the eggs are brown! There are people smoking cigarettes in the hallways next to the elevator. The wifi does not work. The signal is so low that it is unusable. This is the worst Atour Hotel that I have stayed in.

The front desk service was wonderful but the cleaners were not good. Our room was always poorly cleaned, sometimes they didn’t even change the bathroom towel.

I love this place. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were all professional and friendly. Great location, very close to the Rd station, and Huweishan park. Breakfast was very good. Late checkout!!

Because I had to take a boat to Gulangyu from Dongdu Passenger Terminal the next morning, I specially changed from the five-star sea view room by the sea to this Atour. The hotel facilities look new and tidy, but there is no peculiar smell of new decoration. Although the room is not big, it has everything it should have. Compared with the previous five-star hotel, which did not even put tea bags, this one has prepared tea bags and drip coffee in advance, and also prepared disposable coffee cups considerately. The bathrobes are all washed, disinfected and packaged, and the drinks in the refrigerator are free to drink, and the large TV can be projected. The service is particularly praised. When we arrived at the store, we were upgraded to a family room, and we took the initiative to provide relevant supplies when we saw that there were minors staying (all the hotels along the way, including five-star hotels, had to call repeatedly to provide an extra set of toiletries after adding a bed). On the first day of stay, because the child was sick, I ordered four takeouts in succession, and the security guards delivered them to my door as soon as possible when the robot was busy. The laundry room in the hotel also runs in an orderly manner and considerately, allowing me to wash the dirty clothes accumulated for several days, including jeans. The front desk staff gave me two days of breakfast just because they asked about my son's identity (because he really didn't look like my son). The breakfast was both Chinese and Western, which was far beyond my expectations. There is also a small library in the lobby on the first floor, and the quality of the books is quite good. If I have to find some faults, the sound insulation of the room cannot be compared with that of a five-star hotel. After 8 or 9 in the morning, the sound of the doors next door can still be heard. As a super neurasthenia patient, I wore earplugs to sleep this time and it did not affect my rest at night. Finally, my son said, who would stay in a five-star hotel after this! The reception was very welcoming! The room was clean and hygienic, and the mattress was very comfortable. Backed by the mountains, the environment was beautiful. The warm color design style of the lobby was very comfortable. The breakfast was also good.

This is my second time staying at Atour. My biggest goal is to return the books I borrowed from the last hotel in Xiamen. I feel like I have achieved a lot. Thanks to the beautiful lady Yujuan from the hotel for helping me upgrade the room. She is beautiful and has a sweet voice. The must-have is washing clothes. It is quite good to wash and dry the clothes before leaving. It is quite good to wash away the dust and fog and set off on the way home.

I came to see Sandy Lam's concert and passed by here. I think it's quiet in the bustling city, easy to park, and convenient to travel. It's not far from the subway station Jianye Road, and next to it is the Xiamen Municipal Government. You can see the real window when you enter the room. When you open it, you can see Foxtail Mountain opposite. The green flowers are so beautiful, and the air is so good. I feel good when I hear birds singing in the morning. The most important thing is that you can't hear the sound of cars on the road. This hotel next to the elevated road that can be seen everywhere in the small city of Xiamen is really superior! At least I think so personally, I sleep very quietly! Some hotels are not soundproof for human and car sounds. I personally care about sleep quality and environmental noise. This hotel can be said to be full marks for this. There are also more attentive supplies, which are comfortable to use. The hair dryer is quite powerful and blows very comfortably. The shower gel and shampoo smell good. Breakfast is quite rich in Xiamen, with fruits, side dishes, five or six cooked dishes, some pastries (rarely seeing jujube paste cakes), cooking, fried eggs (I don't know why, there are fewer fried eggs for breakfast in Xiamen hotels), drinks, fried food, staple food, breakfast is indeed quite rich. Room card and power card will be given upon check-in. I tried it and both can be powered, but the power card can't open the door. The front desk means to take only the room card when going out, which can avoid forgetting to take the room card when going out. It only takes ten minutes to walk to the Xiamen-Gulangyu Wharf, the cruise center. If you are traveling, it is quite convenient. Not far away is the Yundang Lake, and there are many banks and financial centers nearby. Feng Shui is also a good place to gather wealth! I will stay here next time!
