Several issues occurred during my stay that I feel could’ve been easily resolved had their housekeeping team been more vigilant. For example, the cold water didnt work from the bathroom faucet, no toilet paper, hairdryer was broken, and window couldn’t close fully. These were resolved eventually by the staff, but took multiple requests to get them to fix one thing. Almost like I made a request and they immediately forgot. At least the property is right next to a subway station. That’s its saving grace.

Very impressed. 艾米 at the front desk is a great helper. She suggested that we upgrade to a much bigger and better room with a small extra. She also solved our problem of double bookings.
