The hotel exceeded my expectations, new and clean, perfect location. All staff were friendly and helpful. Free drink fridge in the lobby is awesome, can grab a drink whenever needed saves some mon koey but most importantly saves the trouble to go to a store for more drinks as it was hot while we were in Xiamen. They even provide contact lenses case for free in case one forgets to bring one.
This will definitly be my go to hotel when I visit Xiamen again in the future.

The hotel was very nice and clean , great location, clean and with all amenities. The staff was super nice and helpful, Zhang jiangfei was a very sweet girl who helped us and told us about interesting places to visit🤍

My friends and I enjoyed our stay! I got put in a B-Duck room and thought the decor was very cute, both in and out of the rooms (there's very chic lighting in the hall). Our rooms weren't ready when we came to check in, but the front desk was very apologetic and helpful, and everything was neat and clean when arranged. My room was spacious with plenty of amenities, and the hotel's right near the main shopping area so we had plenty to do when heading out. There's a big lobby downstairs with rentable portable chargers and refreshments, which is great for anyone not used to the heat. Only stayed for one night, but definitely would come back next time I'm in Xiamen!

在我們剛入住時 詳細的講解 旅店內的設施 以及週邊的景點 另外不懂的地方也可以詢問她 店長相當的溫柔和善 正所謂人美心善 前台的服務人員 每個也都一樣 服務態度相當的良好 一點都不會不耐煩 甚至會幫忙查詢旅遊的相關資訊 服務的熱忱 這點讓我印象深刻 給想去廈門遊玩的朋友 推薦 這間旅店不會讓您失望 當然也是有點小建議 房間內沒有冰箱 不過前台可以幫忙冰在前台內的冰箱 然後早餐內容比較簡單 不過其他真的沒話說 相當棒 尤其（ 妳好小維 ） 語音智能管家也很方便 能聲控 燈光 空調 窗簾 總體來說 下次如有在重遊廈門 會想回再入住的旅店 ！！

the hotel is in the center near the station, very convenient also for the pedestrian area. we arrived 2 days after a typhoon and found a bit of a damp smell in the room, so this is justifiable because it had rained a lot the previous days. I will return to this hotel if need be.

I have been here before and I love this hotel. They have a shuttle services from and to the airport for free and the room is clean and spacious👍🏼🤩 The beds are so soft and comfy❤️ I always stay in this hotel for layovers👍🏼 The staff couldn't speak English though but you can add the Hotel's wechat for easier communication. oh and the hallways are well ventilated with newly installed AC

This place is exquisite! The service, the people and the environment was exceptional. Justin and his colleagues made sure we were taken care of, even booking our spa day for us because we don't speak Chinese. Sometimes things are harder to navigate when you don't speak the language but they made sure we were always taken care of. Thank you all for making Xiamen an amazing experience for us. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

DDavis LimUpon check in, Manager Andy was at the reception and offered an upgrade when he saw that I was with my eighty years old mother and children.
He was amazingly polite and I truly appreciated his effort to make our stay as comfortable as can be.
The hotel is amongst the best in the region and I was given a room with sea view.
Highly recommend this hotel to those who love a great view and impeccable service.

PPengguna TetamuThe room is spacious and wonderful. They have two toilets here but unfortunately only one bathroom. Kitchen set with all things needed if you need to reheat or Cook a simple meal.
Gym was very nice so does the swimming pool (the one meant for swimming). They have all the noodle pools, swim board etc that needed for kids. Do not forget to bring the swim caps, it is a compulsory. We got free 3 hours kids club each day/stay but we did not manage to play. It was not so big but enough for kids 5 years and below.
5 minutes walk to Zhong Shan lu pedestrian street and a mall. Short drive to the Ferry terminal as well.
The breakfast selection are wide, fitting for Asian or intercontinental type of breakfast. We bought the package with breakfast already, but if you have not, on the day of check-in they cahrge 100rmb/person if you needed, and it becomes 180rmb/person if you are buying the breakfast on the day.
Definetely one of the best choice for family to travel with ease.

RRam KondaPada mulanya, kami kecewa kerana mereka memasukkan kami ke dalam bilik kecil yang kami rasa tidak berbaloi dengan harga yang kami bayar. Walau bagaimanapun, keesokan harinya mereka menaik taraf bilik kami menjadi bilik yang bagus dengan tandas dan kawasan pancuran mandian yang berasingan. Terdapat tingkap yang luas dan pemandangan adalah jalan yang tenang di bawah dan dua gunung kecil di kejauhan. Tak teruk eh! Inilah masanya kami mula berasa selesa dan santai dalam 4 malam kami menginap di sini. Katil dan bantalnya padat dan sangat sesuai untuk tidur. Sesuai untuk berehat selepas seharian melawat atau bekerja. Terdapat meja makan kecil serta beberapa ruang atau kawasan untuk bekerja dan meletakkan barangan anda yang lain. Tandas adalah automatik sepenuhnya jadi ia sangat selesa untuk digunakan. Kakitangan secara amnya membantu dan penyambut tetamu wanita yang mengendalikan lobi sentiasa bersemangat dan membantu. Sebaliknya, lokasinya jauh dari pusat bandar jadi mungkin kos anda lebih tinggi jika anda kerap mengambil didi. Selain itu, tambang sarapan adalah jarang semasa kami berada di sana, mungkin kerana masih musim pelancongan. Tidak pasti tetapi atas sebab apa pun, apabila kami tiba di sudut sarapan sekitar jam 8 pagi, kebanyakan makanan telah hilang. Kami terpaksa menunggu kira-kira 30 minit untuk beberapa dulang diisi semula dengan makanan manakala bakinya hanya kosong. Jika anda tidak menyukai sarapan tempatan, maka sarapan hotel ini bukan untuk anda. Secara keseluruhan, ia adalah penginapan yang menyenangkan untuk kami.

PPengguna TetamuFirst of all this is NOT a HOLIDAY INN, indeed the hotel's name is SEP HOLIDAY. However on DIDI and Trip.Com it is listed as HOLIDAY INN. The real HOLIDAY INN is located about 200metres away. So please do not book this hotel if you are looking for a real holiday inn (IHG hotel). Having said that, this hotel does not need to call itself a HOLIDAY INN for you to consider it. We stayed here for seven(7) nights and will stay here again as it is very convenient, clean, provides a decent buffet local breakfast and is in a good location near bus station (50metres away), Metro Line 2 (Cruise Centre station) is across the road 300M away (there is a proper overhead walkway to cross the road, no escalators though) and you can walk to the gulanyu ferry terminal and sea world. It is also on the same side of the road as the start of the Mountain to the Sea Walking trail which is about 500metres away. Short, since the trail itself is 23km. The rooms are decent size (We got a corner unit room 8403 on the 4th floor), attached bathroom with all the amenities for 2 persons with hot shower and cold air conditioning with free cable tv and wifi and lots of power points. It doesnt have a fridge but none was needed. No swimming pool and really a too tiny gym with just a bit of free weights here and there. So don't bother packing your gym or swimming stuff. But if you are looking for a value for money decent and clean place to sleep and to have a cooked breakfast before going out out and about xiamen city for sightseeing, then this hotel is highly recommended. Just forget about the HOLIDAY INN part!

GGuojiadongxianshengIni ialah hotel kuarantin yang saya tinggali semasa saya terbang dari Kaohsiung ke Xiamen pada September tahun lalu. Saya menemuinya semasa mendaftar masuk. Oleh itu, banyak kemudahan baru dipasang, dan secara keseluruhannya lebih bersih. Air, minuman dan biskut disediakan di bilik tetamu, dan teh juga disediakan di lobi, yang sememangnya sangat bertimbang rasa. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah penghawa dingin yang lama dan bising. Secara jujur, harga ini agak baik.

Staff at the hotel are attentive and conscientious, however overly zealous about upselling the benefits of the club lounge rooms. Club lounge is small, doesn’t have much to offer by way of snacks. Very limited food options at breakfast. Doesn’t open of offer anything around lunchtime and has limited options for dinner. Ok if you’re a drinker, but range of spirits is small.
Didn’t feel I received value for money for the upgrade. My clients and I ended up eating at the main restaurant for breakfast, which was not included in the club price?
Also, the views from the club floor rooms were not river views- we overlooked the noisy bar street at the building across the road.
Had a problem getting fruit to my room over my 4 day stay, so had to go out and buy Bananas for myself.
Another issues was that despite leaving the room available and arranging with reception for housekeeping to clean the room in time for me to have a video conference call without interruptions, they did not and so, i was interrupted during my call and had to repeatedly explain and deal with housekeeping insisting on coming in!
The last straw for me was when reception neglected to extend my stay as requested the day before and so I had issues with my card and with checking in again, so I simply booked into another, more welcoming hotel.
Overall, the hotel is professional and well managed, but they do seem to have some problems co-ordinating back of house teams.

The location requires getting a taxi or hiring bikes. Also worth noting that the hotel is on the side of a hill so a steep walk back up if using a bike. Overall would recommend but probably better to eat out in the evenings. Staff helpful throughout the stay so no complaints.

EExpatThis hotel was priced above average considering the time of year and the neighboring hotels. I cannot say that my stay was very good here because of a few things. When I checked in the procedure for passport and everything was completed. They had to do the process again later that night. The water did go out while I stayed there but they fixed it within 20 minutes. The neighboring hotel and beach were doing construction, so I had lots of noise going on out my window early in the morning. The location is good because it’s close to the beach, however the dining advertised is at the hotel next to it. I did ask the Trip.com app to update the information for the hotel because the breakfast included was not what they would typically serve because they confirmed it depended on the number of guests. I could not eat the food that they offered me and they were not willing to adjust the price. trip.com offered me trip coins, however my overall stay here was disappointing because even the car gate was having delays. There were things such as maybe teabags or cotton swabs that I asked to have in the room, but none of those are offered. The view is very nice. The cleaning staff is very friendly. However their breakfast area was just an empty banquet room with empty shaving dishes and they had a family temporally making plates of whatever they decided. I definitely think this hotel needs to have some love and attention, especially considering that the neighboring hotels are upgrading their properties. I feel that the rates should’ve been lower considering all of the construction in the walkways behind the hotel. I honestly have no clue have dinner was available or not. I saw a total of three staff members there and then the family of three making the place of breakfast in the two days. The price of the hotel changed by 200 yuan in Trip.com in less than 12 hours on the day that I reserved. Only difference was that breakfast was not included.

PPengguna TetamuReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.
