體驗很好，房間很乾凈。在隔音上稍微有點瑕疵，早上可以隱隱約約聽見其他房間的鬧鐘聲。但總體來説是很好的一次入住。延遲退房功能可能是需要入住時給前台展示？我忘記展示了，後面也就沒有延遲退房，兩點到了就走了

酒店應該是剛開業不久裝飾很新房間也蠻大的，服務人員也很禮貌客氣，聽到我們是旅遊的還免費升級房型，而且出酒店不到三百米就能到比較老牌的街道里麪很多當地有名的特色餐食，吃東西也很方便。

PPengguna Tetamu寶藏酒店。出來廈門開會，會議指定酒店一晚800，交通不便。於是尋附近的寶藏酒店，樓下就是便利店，周圍應有盡有，交通便利。
關鍵是不到一半的價格雙層套間，100平米，小米電視，各類會員，有洗衣機、灶台等可滿足日常各種需要，而且室內相當乾淨衞生。
更重要的是客房服務隨叫隨到，服務態度超好，滿足各類需要，真有一種make yourself at home之感。
不禁感歎廈門的酒店住宿居然已經到了這個level，本次出差體驗極佳，極大部分是酒店的功勞，果然住宿環境十分能決定人的心情的。

DDavis LimUpon check in, Manager Andy was at the reception and offered an upgrade when he saw that I was with my eighty years old mother and children.
He was amazingly polite and I truly appreciated his effort to make our stay as comfortable as can be.
The hotel is amongst the best in the region and I was given a room with sea view.
Highly recommend this hotel to those who love a great view and impeccable service.

One of the standout features of my stay was the complimentary laundry service. This thoughtful amenity made my trip even more convenient, allowing me to refresh my wardrobe without any hassle. It’s a fantastic perk, especially for travelers who are on the go or attending conferences.
Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast offered at the hotel. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, providing a delightful start to each day.
I also appreciated the gym facilities, which were practical and useful for maintaining my fitness routine while traveling. It had everything I needed for a good workout, making it easy to stay active during my stay.
Another unique aspect of the Mercure Hotel is the innovative use of robots to deliver food orders from ** (Meituan) directly to your room. This modern touch added a fun and convenient element to my experience, making it easy to enjoy delicious meals without leaving my room.
Lastly, the hotel features a designated space for pick-ups and drop-offs, which was incredibly convenient for my travel arrangements. It made coming and going a breeze, allowing me to focus on my activities without any stress. there are mall nearby within 2KM and it’s so cheap and convenient to just didi anywhere from here. FYI during winter most hotels in china does not have air conditioning, here offer both air conditioning and heater, which is a must for me.
Overall, I highly recommend the Mercure Hotel for anyone visiting Xiamen. The combination of a clean, comfortable room, delicious breakfast, practical gym, innovative delivery service, and excellent amenities like free laundry makes it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaCheck in time supposed to be 3pm and I requested the room not to be near the lift or the last room. But by 3pm, the room is not ready although I had register the check in at 1pm. By 3.20pm, the got me a room that is right beside the lift (ignore my request which I had reminded them twice).
Order for room service and told the front desk to clear it out around 6pm when I went out. But the dirty plates and leftover food is still there when I return to the room around 11pm
Staff at the front desk is not attentive and the staff said will get the manager to contact me regarding the missing food for the room service but there’s no one contact me since 30 October
Location wise is good, room is clean but service wise nah

帶娃出行感謝酒店營銷部盛總給升級了海景房，打開窗就是大海，幸福感滿滿，客房部送來歡迎水果看到我們有小朋友，特地給我們加了小床，送了小童拖鞋和挖沙玩具，感謝客房部霍經理和所有的服務人員，温馨周到的服務！必須要贊一下酒店的環境，房間乾淨整潔，走兩步就到沙灘和環島路，晚上的夜景也很美，早上因為天氣原因沒有看到日出，但是也感受到了晨曦之海，吃過早飯還可以去感受一下親子環島路騎行，很贊！如果下次還來廈門，金沙灣首選，因為值得奔赴！

Terdapat tingkap yang luas dan pemandangan adalah jalan yang tenang di bawah dan dua gunung kecil di kejauhan. Tak teruk eh! Inilah masanya kami mula berasa selesa dan santai dalam 4 malam kami menginap di sini. Katil dan bantalnya padat dan sangat sesuai untuk tidur. Sesuai untuk berehat selepas seharian melawat atau bekerja. Terdapat meja makan kecil serta beberapa ruang atau kawasan untuk bekerja dan meletakkan barangan anda yang lain. Tandas adalah automatik sepenuhnya jadi ia sangat selesa untuk digunakan. Kakitangan secara amnya membantu dan penyambut tetamu wanita yang mengendalikan lobi sentiasa bersemangat dan membantu. Sebaliknya, lokasinya jauh dari pusat bandar jadi mungkin kos anda lebih tinggi jika anda kerap mengambil didi. Selain itu, tambang sarapan adalah jarang semasa kami berada di sana, mungkin kerana masih musim pelancongan. Tidak pasti tetapi atas sebab apa pun, apabila kami tiba di sudut sarapan sekitar jam 8 pagi, kebanyakan makanan telah hilang. Kami terpaksa menunggu kira-kira 30 minit untuk beberapa dulang diisi semula dengan makanan manakala bakinya hanya kosong. Jika anda tidak menyukai sarapan tempatan, maka sarapan hotel ini bukan untuk anda. Secara keseluruhan, ia adalah penginapan yang menyenangkan untuk kami.

PPengguna TetamuFirst of all this is NOT a HOLIDAY INN, indeed the hotel's name is SEP HOLIDAY. However on DIDI and Trip.Com it is listed as HOLIDAY INN. The real HOLIDAY INN is located about 200metres away. So please do not book this hotel if you are looking for a real holiday inn (IHG hotel). Having said that, this hotel does not need to call itself a HOLIDAY INN for you to consider it. We stayed here for seven(7) nights and will stay here again as it is very convenient, clean, provides a decent buffet local breakfast and is in a good location near bus station (50metres away), Metro Line 2 (Cruise Centre station) is across the road 300M away (there is a proper overhead walkway to cross the road, no escalators though) and you can walk to the gulanyu ferry terminal and sea world. It is also on the same side of the road as the start of the Mountain to the Sea Walking trail which is about 500metres away. Short, since the trail itself is 23km. The rooms are decent size (We got a corner unit room 8403 on the 4th floor), attached bathroom with all the amenities for 2 persons with hot shower and cold air conditioning with free cable tv and wifi and lots of power points. It doesnt have a fridge but none was needed. No swimming pool and really a too tiny gym with just a bit of free weights here and there. So don't bother packing your gym or swimming stuff. But if you are looking for a value for money decent and clean place to sleep and to have a cooked breakfast before going out out and about xiamen city for sightseeing, then this hotel is highly recommended. Just forget about the HOLIDAY INN part!

PPengguna TetamuReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.
