新開的民宿，所以非常非常乾淨!廁所沒異味，屋裡也沒有裝修的味道。房間不很大，但榻榻米夠寬敞，放行李拿東西非常方便。乾濕分離的衞生間，水温水壓都很好，終於洗了舒服的澡而不用擔心弄濕馬桶。 老闆娘是個有格調的小姐姐，樓道和房間裏都有香薰，聞着超級舒服。 之前看評論説沒得電視機，沒想到今天正好趕上老闆裝移動電視機，需要可以從前台借，本來不想看電視的，我看着新奇借來感受了一下，相當不錯！ 酒店的一次性用品非常好用，不用自己再準備洗浴用品。 最後必須再説一下，我本次出門去了六個地方，這是床鋪和枕頭最舒服的一家! 來襄陽的朋友，住這裏絕對不後悔!

酒店位置極佳就在管家巷，出門直接開逛。下午五點之後好多演出。物價及其便宜。酒店環境古樸，設備新，戴森吹風機，很棒，小童玩具和洗漱用品很好，爆贊。那説一點缺點：1、酒店沒有電梯，如果出行行李重很不方便，當晚服務員幫我提的，感謝他，走的時候叫我哦自己提的很重，很費事；2、酒店因為剛開業沒你多久，氣味有點重，孕婦當心，酒店應該主動為客人提供空氣凈化器。總體很棒，希望以後更好。對了，停車免費

【襄陽洲際酒店.套房】 留醉與山翁 🛏 【️襄陽洲際酒店】 📌 酒店概覽 Overview ❶. 綜合評價：酒店8月25日試營業，9月15日正式營業。湖北的15家洲際系酒店都住過了，皇冠6家、智選4家、洲際兩家、VOCO/套房假日/假日各一家；和四川、雲南、廣西、海南等旅遊大省比起來，湖北的酒店行業還是略遜一籌的，頂奢酒店暫無；奢華酒店有兩家，都在省會（費爾蒙與瑞華）；豪華酒店的競爭角逐中，我覺得這家襄陽洲際會勝出，因為硬件實在是無懈可擊； ❷. 屬地簡況：打車去機場30-40分鐘；去襄陽東站約20分鐘。襄陽東站到漢口站大約一個半小時，漢口站與地鐵無縫對接，從漢口站地鐵到國博中心南地鐵站，大約45分鐘車程——因此，全省人民都可以來看武漢車展，交通很方便，哈哈。 🏨 有關客房 In Room ❶. 客房格局：迷你吧不免費；卧室電視有音量鍵顯示，客廳電視則沒有，不方便；絕大多數酒店都在大環境不好的時候降本增效，有的是直接取消了外國和地區頻道，有的衹保留極個別的國際頻道，這家IC除了傳統的幾個台以外，還提供鳳凰電影、CNBC等，很厚道了；房間裏最喜歡的小件兒是可調節時間與顏色的滅蚊器：8小時、12小時、全天分別用不同顏色顯示，真的很細緻，建議其它酒店效仿；客房準備了賓客關係團隊Somi的手寫歡迎信；寫字桌的椅子沒有靠背，我不得不自行與梳粧台那邊的椅子對調，寫字桌底下的支撐架容易磕腿；衞生間地面沒有做防滑處理，有水的時候很危險；卧室枕套沒有寫明“軟”、“硬”；迷你吧酒櫃的頂上一堆浮土，客房部該檢討了；我所住的房間斜對面就是布草倉庫房，門總是大開着，裏面凌亂不堪，倘若是女生住我間房，晚上出去還是挺瘮人的；酒店有5種套房，70平、78平、94平、110平、159平（總統套），前兩種都叫單卧套，區別在於有沒有私屬迷你花園；第二、第三種是大使套，區別和上述一樣；我這次住的是70平單卧套； ❷. 歡迎禮物：我入住酒店前，都要大量瀏覽第三方網站住客們對於這家酒店的評論，其實是大有裨益的。譬如評論中説，贈送了羽扇綸巾的金屬材質書簽，我的房間就沒有準備，後來在我“索要”的情況下，酒店才趕緊給送了過來，酒店方的小心思、小九九、小心機與不情願，通過許多細節我都能感知，畢竟住了一千多家酒店了——該是你的就是你的，多餘的權益我絕不強迫，屬於自己的權益，我絕不退讓，這便是我的入住原則，呵呵。説到歡迎禮物，我就想起昆明洲際的印有證件logo的透明封皮，又實用又醒目，建議其它洲際能跟進。朋友入住時，歡迎甜點與小食琳琅滿目，輪到我，就仨甜點，還要讓我簽食品安全協議，活脱脱一個生死文書。住了那麼多酒店，有那麼多酒店因為我到的晚，特意把甄選的“歡樂時光”提前送到房間，簽協議的還是頭回遇見，酒店有些過於自保了，過度自保，一方面體現了自私，另一方面體現了對客人的不信任、不尊重甚至敵對。 ☕️ 餐飲點滴 Dining ❶. 美食掠影：他們家的咖啡豆是我喝過的洲際咖啡豆中味道最醇厚綿密的，必須為這家供應商點贊；行政酒廊的曲奇餅已經受潮了，但是特調的雞尾酒真的超讚：“起子”和俄羅斯“騾子”，鍾愛至極；意大利科莫湖的Passalacqua是今年全球酒店50佳的亞軍，襄陽洲際的綠化率和早餐質量，並不輸給Passalacqua，加油！ ❷. 城市饕餮：如果要吃襄樊菜，那就去襄州區的“陳府”；吃牛腩麪推薦人民廣場商圈的“鄧家”；吃牛肉麪就去“汪胖子”或幸福路，當然，酒店“源”全日制餐廳的麪條出品也是一等一的棒。 🏊 硬件設施 Facilities ❶. 酒店環境：唐華華邑是盛唐文化的代表；而這家洲際則是楚文化、三國文化與漢文化的結合體，畢竟這兒是以上三種文化源頭，諸葛亮躬耕於南陽就在這兒，文化底藴極其深厚。因此從園林設計到空間佈局等，都在傳達上述三種文化的底藴與精髓，讓人瞬間就能愛上襄樊（還是喜歡14年前的這個古樸的老名字），這一點，襄陽CP的表現就差一些。這家洲際，為了是可以升級為“洲際度假”的，畢竟旁邊就是古城哦； ❷. 康樂健身：泳池開放時間是早九點到晚九點，有嬉戲池和桑拿室；健身房24小時開放。 🌟 難忘瞬間 the Moments ❶. 明星員工：酒廊的Parker任勞任怨、跑前忙後，給我留下了極其深刻的印象；因為剛開業的緣故，前台小姑娘許多事情拿不準，都要跟大副再三確認，相信以後就會好了；下車的時候，門僮一看是爛車，都不願開後備箱幫拿行李，後來是愣了下神，才勉強提的，服務行業最忌諱的就是有色眼鏡；接待我的賓客服務經理Ray是黃岡人，曾供職於廣州W； ❷. 入住次數：酒店7月18日試營業，7月31日正式營業，這是我首次入住此酒店； 📍 簡要總結 Conclusion ❶. 精彩時刻：園林夜景超級出片兒； ❷. 遺憾不足：客梯不用刷卡，這是把雙刃劍，方便的同時卻少了一絲安全性。天目山英迪格、昆明華邑和襄陽洲際都不希望我寫客房升級的事兒，怕其它客人看了，觀感不好，這個就有些多此一舉了，比如這家襄陽洲際，本身就是給我升的最小的套房，加上我是鑽石大使，在疊加處於淡季中的淡季（入住率極低），酒店彈性越級升級是常事兒，怎麼到我這裏就成了給我的施捨了呢？究其原因，有這麼幾點：第一，你不是“烏鴉行為”那樣的大咖，那樣的大咖理所當然是總經理全程接待，理所當然要升總統套的，像我這種小角色，給升級就算極大的恩惠了，酒店是希望我知足；第二，國內的鑽石皇家大使多如牛毛，更不要説低一級的鑽石大使，重視程度自然不高；第三，有的會員看了我的文章後，會照貓畫虎地跟酒店要升級，酒店很難做（問題是，明明是淡季，為什麼不能遊刃有餘一些呢？幹嘛要和所有客人做對呢？）；第四，你已經是大使，他們不能賣會籍，又少了一項創收與業績——其實，真的有些防微杜漸過度了。就好像光谷皇冠的接待人員看到我就一個人時，驚訝地説：“您就一個人？”他的潛台詞是，你這種自媒體不是該有一個龐大的團隊嗎？什麼攝影師、剪輯師啥的，一個人一定很low，這種偏見歧視在襄陽洲際也能體會得到。可是我想説：你們完全搞錯了，我不是所謂的自媒體和網紅，我對那些行業是嗤之以鼻的（無論他們掙得再多），我的主業是職業汽車與地產主持人，“酒店控”和寫作是我的個人愛好，自己看或留給孩子們看，是一種生活積澱與紀念，僅此而已。
