這家酒店服務態度超級好，一進酒店前台服務員超級熱情，跟我們把房間情況講解的很是清楚，比如小度的使用呀，還提前給我們把房間的空調開好了，進房間感覺很舒適，房間的水也是免費的，需要冰水的可以放進冰箱，床墊超級舒服，對腰的支撐性很好，窗外風景的夜景也不錯，旅行和出差家庭出遊都是個不錯的選擇。酒店離火車戰跟高鐵站坐車十分鐘內到達，離的不是很遠，下次出行還選擇秋果。

咸寧的温泉酒店也多數住過不少了 這次是以聚會為主順帶去泡温泉所以選了這家 因為説是去年才開業的 首先外圍地理環境離碧桂園温泉不遠 步行15分鐘內 車行7分鐘左右 以上是大環境説明 服務和細節： 酒店大堂挑高很高 佈置很簡單 前台在中間區域還附帶副食架 進去的時候前面有個人在買温泉門票 前台一個女的 像是被刀架着來上班的 別人跟她説話的時候也是跟個機器人一樣 效率奇慢 一點事搞半天 等了大概十分鐘 沒有任何服務用語 就跟剛才一樣全程喪臉 大過年的 問她問題也回答 就明顯感覺出不耐煩的臉 第二天上班的服務員就明顯正常很多 態度也很好 親和力很強讓人很舒服 這位要好評 ！ 再來講房間內： 辦完進房間 推開門的一瞬間 果然是新裝修的 味道很大 還好房間空間比較大 有窗户可以打開透氣 晚上回來味道好點 但還是避免不了有點燻人的味道另外房間裏陳設整齊 床也乾淨比較大 衞生比較乾淨 就是幾個房間裏的用品不統一 像我的房間就沒有吹風 我們另外用的房間沒有燒水壺 打電話給前台 當時説問一下 直到退房也沒有説什麼原因有的有有的沒有 ～迷一樣的操作 餐食： 早餐品種太少了 牛奶沖調不均勻 總體：價格和環境還是可以的 但要結合地市縣來説並沒有特色 除了房間大 想不出其他 服務意識太單薄了 如果不是過年遇到我還真懶得説 尤其第一天接待的那個女 想着都膈應 過年不想做就回去 幹嘛給客人臉色看 我又不差你錢 攜程方面：第一次在攜程上訂酒店 一直用的去哪兒 是朋友給我的連結 體驗還是很好的 不錯 ！以後會關注多點根據優惠活動多個選擇
