Ms薛and Ms常at the front desk were warm and friendly, and the check-in process was fast and efficient. Ms杨 helped me with my luggage. The room is spacious and bright, exquisitely decorated, and the bed is comfortable and soft, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. The room cleaning work is also done very well, spotless. The hotel's dining is even more surprising. There are a wide variety of breakfast options with excellent taste, and both Chinese and Western styles can meet the needs of different people. Selected this hotel as it is close to the new Qin Han branch of Shaanxi History Museum (15 mins drive), and the airport (15 mins drive). Room was big and hotel modern. Really like the hotspring, there are multiple hotsprings to choose from including the carbonic acid and the silky smooth ones. Mixed bathing so bathing suits necessary. Food wise, above average in variety and taste. A comfortable overnight stay.

第二次來這個酒店了。實際也是上次體驗非常不錯，這次還想來，酒店最大的亮點就是温泉水水非常的好。然後床品也不錯，睡着也蠻舒服的。整體酒店停車非常的安全，也很方便，周邊有很多好吃的。比如説當地的特色小吃，周邊都能找到。房間房間本來就是温泉水，想洗的好，還可以去旁邊的洗浴中心。真的非常舒服，搓個背洗個澡沒幾個錢，但是呢挺享受的。沒有想到的是酒店的餐飲做的實際還是很不錯的，點了一衹烤鴨，點那些菜，家人吃的都很開心，總之三原來一趟還是非常非常開心吶！但確實沒有想到原來三元也是每週限號的，各位親。要考慮你的車牌號碼是否當天限號哦。重點要感謝一下前台的小夏美女，人特別好上次就是他，接待服務留下很好的印象，所以這次還是願意來，謝謝

再次來到袁家村竹風堂温泉私湯小院，古風環境靜謐淡雅，每個古色古香的關中小院都有獨立的户外和室內私湯泡池，每天消毒，確保清潔衞生。我們住的是最大的院子，二層木樓，還有一個大庭院，每個房間都有觀景落地窗，視野開闊。衞生間乾濕分離，寢具及浴具非常乾淨。24小時地暖很是暖和。每天管家團隊都將豐富營養的早餐送到小院，還有品種多樣的新鮮水果、咖啡、茶及茶具、小吃和飲料。地理位置便利，停車快捷方便。酒店提供一對一管家式服務，工作人員熱情周到，體驗感滿分。

酒店在袁家村南門入口處，假期憑訂單訊息可開車進去。酒店門口停車位不算多，也能停下，有充電樁。假期人多，退房清掃時間較長，可以先去周邊逛逛。感謝給我們免費升級成套房了，房間佈局合理，有陽台，衞生間面積也大，床品是舒服的，隔音效果也好，很贊。早餐種類還行，米線挺好吃。 提點建議：一是房間缺少放行李箱的架子；二是室外温泉池邊可以放置乾淨浴巾。
