Room is near to airport n hotel provide free pickup n sending..nothing much near. The hotel area.. 15mins there a night market foe food

Thank you for a mostly pleasant stay. The hotel is clean, efficient, and the staff we interacted with were helpful. The proximity to the airport is its biggest advantage. A small note for future guests: the complimentary shuttle to the hotel requires a bit of patience. After calling the hotel from the arrivals hall, the shuttle took about 20 minutes to arrive for us. It's not a major issue if you're not in a rush, but it's something to be aware of. Perhaps the hotel could look into making this service more frequent. Overall, a good airport hotel experience.

Moon Hotel is hotel near to Xianyang Airport. Before arrival, we communicated with the staff through WeChat. The shuttle service pick up was smooth The staff at the hotel welcomed us warmly. The young lady that check in for us was polite and friendly and offered great travel tips. When we checked out the next morning,  a young man served us. He too treated us respectfully and even made us coffee.  When we left, he gave us some snacks. Compliments to the staff. The room was spacious and clean. Shower and toilet worked well. The bed was really comfortable. Though some mentioned about noise from flying aircraft, we didn't hear it. We had a good sleep. Breakfast was included. Sufficient variety and good enough for a satisfying breakfast. All in all, and good start to our trip to Xian. We highly recommend Hotel Moon.

I had to deduct a star as the night when we checked in, there was no hot water for my shower. It was one of those unlucky moments but the staff were trying their best to make the stay comfortable. Hot water was supposed to be back at 10.30pm but unfortunately it came on at 11.45pm. Staff did call to inform but it was already too late at night and we needed to get to the airport at 4am the next day. The hotel is only 10 minutes away from terminal 5 and they do provide transport at 4am.

五一假期入住，體驗感很好。 對餐飲部的員工，印象深刻👍這些平凡崗位的工作人員、盡職盡責，任勞任怨，而且一直樂呵呵的！早上一窩蜂的人來人往，遊客都亂了，就餐秩序很混亂。但是，餐飲部一位穿灰色西裝的女工作人員黃玲帶領着餐廳服務員劉雲、張悦，一直補給沒有的餐食，及時響應客户的需求。很快，在她們的耐心疏導下，就餐井然有序，賓客們用餐愉快。看見小朋友她們也會熱心幫忙，沒有任何的焦躁和不安！希望她們在自己的崗位上發光發亮，酒店軟服務太需要這些人給我們提供有温度的服務！

Hotel harus menerangkan bahawa ia terletak bersebelahan dengan Menara Trafik Udara Xi'an. Perkara lain ialah pintu pagar utama ditutup jadi saya perlu ke bahagian belakang. Semua yang lain baik-baik saja. Baik untuk tiba pada waktu malam

What a wonderful place to rest before my 2am international flight. Inside Terminal 5, this hotel was away from the noise of the arrival/departure hall so you can get some good rest. And there’s a great restaurant next to it. It was tricky to find at first arriving by metro and I was shocked none of the airport staff could point me in the right direction. But upon messaging the hotel staff, they were quick to respond and helpful to point me to the long distance bus station on Level 1. Be careful with the other sleep pod inside this terminal as that was the default spot the airport personnel kept sending me. I want to thank the hotel staff for their kind support throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place!

As I was in transit overnight, I tried out this capsule accommodation in Terminal 3. I landed in Terminal 2, but these terminals are connected, so it was easily reachable on foot. The capsule place is easily spotted on the arrival level in T3. The experience was very good, it's more private than I thought. My capsule was impeccable, the matress quite nice and firm, blanket and pillow quite comfy. There's a little bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower exclusively for the guests, the toilet is however the public one down the hallway. As it was night, it wasn't busy at all, though. It had a good sleep, so I guess it was very quiet that night as I did not wake up from noise. I was able to get some food after 11p.m. at an open restaurant in the same arrival level, so that's a bonus in terms of convenience. I would book this place again when in transit.

Note: we only stayed in this hotel for less than 12 hours since our flight arrived in midnight and we left for Xi'an the next morning, so this is only a quick impression. This hotel advertised for its closeness with the airport, but note that it takes 10 mins from and to Terminal 5 of the Xianyang International Airport BY CAR/SHUTTLE BUS. You definitely can't walk from T5 to the hotel (or from). However, the hotel is very accommodating to travellers arriving / departing at odd hours (like midnight or super early morning) as they have a free shuttle service to and from T5 -- as long as you remember to notify the staff at least a day prior that you need the service. If you are an international traveller, make sure your phone number / service is able to call their front desk from the airport for detailed communication once you landed. The only terminal it is close by was Terminal 1. The 4-person room was overall clean and the beds were very comfy, even having a walk-in closet, but didn't have a lot of walking space. The bathroom is also very small; your legs would be brushing against the toilet bowl while brushing teeth at the sink, but it was clean. Check in and check out were quick and easy. For a quick overnight sleep and shower there's no complain and everything was good.
